Id give them zero stars, but it wont let me. Sunday nite, the day before Memorial Day, my husband was taken there via ambulance for a severe wound to his hand. While he was in the ER, he said he was hollering out because he was in so much pain, and two staff members told him to quiet down because there were people in there who were in worse pain. He was admitted but not given any pain medicine that would work plus his wounds were such that he was bleeding constantly and they would only keep adding gauze to them and not stop the bleeding. By the next morning he was just laying in his own blood, (which I know was true because I took his blood soaked clothes home), and even one of the staff members told another in the room, this guys going to bleed to death, they should have taken him to surgery when he came in. When he went to surgery he begged the anesthesiologist to PLEASE have them change his bloody bed and pillows, and she said they would. Unfortunately I was out of town when all this was happening, 8 1/2 hours away otherwise I would have put him in my car and taken him to another hospital. When I got there on Monday, it was 2:00 pm and they said hed gone to surgery around 11:50 am. There was an extremely bloody towel on the floor of his room and when I left after 6:00 pm the bloody towel was still in the room. This is how the rest of the 3 day stay was; no housekeeping till I called the nurse manager phone number and asked them to have someone come mop the floor. The floor was so filthy that when my husband would get up to go to the bathroom and then get back in bed, there was dirt on his sheets from his socks from the dirty floor. That is the LAST time we will EVER go to BS&W Dallas.

If I could rate this hospital lower I would.I took my grandma who is 73 years old to this emergency hospital. Took her Friday March 12 2021. She had a dislocated and broken arm from a fall. They took sent her home that same day few hours later saying they didn’t specialize in broken arms.Which is pretty crazy to me since it’s not a super odd emergency. It’s a broken arm. Nonetheless, they referred her to another doctor and told her to call and make an appointment. When I took her home, her pharmacy was closed so I couldn’t get her pain medication. Called them to see if they could send it to another location, they tried refusing to do so. After being passed to 4 different people, someone eventually sent her prescription to another location where I picked it up. I tried calling the referred doctor the next day to make an appointment, it was closed for the weekend. During this whole time my grandmother who is in excruciating pain is at home with a broken arm. Come Monday I called to make an appointment for her because her medication had run out already and wanted an appointment ASAP. I call and they tell me they can’t take her in because her insurance doesn’t cover that. I told them i was told it did cover it and Baylor referred me there. They said they wouldn’t take her in because of that. We wasted all that time waiting to get an appointment from them. Now my grandmother has no pain medication and no appointment for her broken arm. Decided to take her to parkland emergency room.Terrible experience with Baylor, so inconsiderate.

Just read the memo posted by Dr Robert Fine MD, Director of Clinical Ethics. In his memo, he states that autonomy is never absolute for patients. Excuse me, what?????If this doesnt send chills down your spine then nothing ever will. This basically means that at Baylor Scott and White physicians can do whatevwr they please to your body regardless of what your wishes are. Go in for a sleep study, come out one kidney less. Yes, it sounds dramatic, but essentially that is what could very well happen based on BSWs Directors philosophy on patients and making decisions for them. Very scary, and not a healthcare system I would ever want to be treated at.

One star only because it wont allow a Zero. And there were some good professionals there.Im completely appalled at what I witnessed over the last 2 days....My partner was admitted for surgery yesterday morning. We had to use this hospital as this is where his surgeon operates.I must first give the good part. From the pre op, to the surgery, to the post op , all A + . people! But thats when it all went downhill-We waited a couple of hours for a room.Once we got in I was surprised at the size.Like a little closet it was...I was intent on staying with him the night but there was not a proper place to do that@But this would be the least of our problems.Patient was in terrible pain following his neck surgery. The medication was not really working for more than 10-+15 minutes. I immediately brought this to nurses attention. She answered : hhmm well we could give A, B , or C - Im not really sure- Ill be back!!!She did this twice !!!Even asked him what do you think we should do ???Left the room as he lay suffering for the next hour,,,I pressed call button, no one came, I went to look for her,,, no luck...Asked other nurses who said they wouldget someone and never did...His pain was not addressed at all for a very long time. Finally after too much suffering I asked the next nurse who just came on duty to please call the Doctor and get something for my boyfriend that would help the pain. This nurse did make the call, but next it took a team of 4 nurses about 2 hours to make this actually happen !!!None of them looked like they knew what they were doing!!!! A few even said so!We heard things like :oh Im not sure.and let me find outand Ill be right backOne even put down other drs in our presence..We felt like we were in the twilight zone!Who trains these nurses? Why dont they know their jobs?I felt very unsafe for my partners health and welfare the entire time we were in that room!At one point they had so many wires going and things half hooked up to him he said I dont feel right here at all .He had to literally take off his gown and we removed all the wires and things that were not even connected, just hanging off his body! How sad for someone recovering from neck surgery to feel that way!And the amount of time he had to wait was inexcusable!I just read the review of the lady whos partner was left in blood. We would have to believe this as his room got quite messy with all that was happening in 24 hrs there. Not one person EVER cleaned up anything! It looked and felt dirty. Finally I put gloves on and got busy cleaning afraid for both of us in this unclean environment! If he was able to I would have put him in the car and left, never to return! You call this a hospital where people need to feel safe??,,?Think again, we didnt feel taken care of or safe at all....He got really worried about his condition!Shame on whomever is in charge of this charade ! Ive seen some hospitals in my days, and never anything like this.If you have a shortage of nurses you should close vs putting people in charge of others very live or die scenes.... they dont know their jobs! And the personalities on some of them !Dont get me started...May God bless all who stay here....

I stayed with him almost every minute in his room and watched as his amazing Nurses, (Candice and Heather especially, along with Nicole), respiratory specialist, neurological specialist, and his doctor, showed nothing but absolute loving care and professionalism to my brother. Candice and Heather made constant checks through the night and day, often asking me if there is anything they can help with and making me feel amazingly comforted and stress relieved with the unfortunate situation we were in. They frequently adjusted my brothers sheets to make sure he was in a comfortable position and stable. I couldn’t have asked for a better staff to aide with my brothers surgery and recovery.

Very rarely do I ever write reviews. I experienced the most disgusting service from the Pickens building administrative staff members. I had a colleague and friend of over 10 years who was admitted into the hospital. I had called over 5 times to try to receive a call back from a nurse or administrator to confirm my friends condition and protocol for visiting her at the hospital. Luckily her father was able to fly out to Dallas to pick her up. I had one of the attendants tell me that even though she could see my friend being discharged from the front desk that she would not put her or her father on the phone with me. She literally said to me you have been calling all morning and if you is who you say you is you can call her on her cell phone. She told me that the reason that I never received a callback is because she aint finna lose her job. The company we both worked at hadnt heard from the patient in TWO DAYS, which is why I called. Since she was admitted she did not have access to her cell phone because her boyfriend had it on him at the time of her admission. I asked the attendant for her first and last name and then she hung up on me. I will be filing a formal complaint.

I am normally a huge fan of the Baylor system and staff, but after our experience on Monday with the BUMC emergency room, I can assure you that I would not send my worst enemy there to be cared for by Nurse Amy Williams or Dr. Andrea Goode. These two are terrible examples of medical care professionals and should absolutely rethink their career choices. After spending all morning in the Baylor ER, my husband was diagnosed with pancreatitis based on his elevated lipase numbers and a CT scan. We were sent home, but could not manage his pain and he could not keep fluids down. After calling back to the ER and speaking to the charge nurse, we went back to the ER that evening for care. Unfortunately, we didnt get that.Once we were finally in a room, we immediately felt like a nuisance to the staff. Example, when I asked for a warm blanket, Nurse Amy came into the room and threw the folded blanket on my husband and left. It was up to me to unfold it and actually cover him up. No one seemed to take us serious that he was in serious pain and there was a real issue. We finally got him on fluids, FINALLY met with Dr. Goode who told us that she wasnt convinced he had pancreatitis because his numbers were unremarkable.Hours later, he is still in pain, we are still trying to get information about his test results, find out what next steps there are, find out how we can manage his pain. During the entire process, his blood pressure is reaching levels of almost 200/100+. When I mentioned my concern over this, I was told by Nurse Amy that those werent real blood pressure numbers. Dismissed again. When Nurse Amy took him off his one bag of fluids, I chased her down to show her his almost BROWN urine and ask if she really thought he didnt need more fluids. Luckily, she actually agreed and gave him another bag.We left at 10pm, labeled as drug seeking with no answers, no relief, no care. I brought him to Methodist Richardson the very next morning where we were immediately admitted. He was put on fluids, they got his pain level under control and we were finally receiving COMPASSIONATE care. Weve been here for two days now, treating the pancreatitis we tried to get treated at BUMC.Oh, and those unremarkable numbers Dr. Goode was referring to, they more than DOUBLED over night due to her lack of care. (Normal Lipase = 400, Baylor ER = 657, Methodist = 1441)If you find yourself at the BUMC ER and Nurse Amy Williams and Dr. Andrea Goode are who you get stuck with, run. Ive never experienced such gross negligence in a doctor or hospital setting.Comments

I would give zero stars, if I could. I visited Baylor on 2/10/19. I had a fall earlier the previous week. I was in too much pain. My head, my face, my hands, my back everywhere it hurt. I finally decided to go to the hospital. There I told them about the date and how the fall happened and that I fell on my face and hit my head and chin. Their main focus was that I am asking for too much pain medication. Which I was. I was in too much pain. I kept on telling them, my face hurts bad and that I hit my head when I fell. They did not do any CT or X-ray of my head. They did X-ray of my hand and said the right hand has a displaced fracture and gave me an orthopedic surgeons number to follow up. I requested stronger pain medication. At least Tylenol#3, which earlier she said, she will give me. The PA refused. I said, I guess you have made your decision. She said, absolutely. I told her that I am in too much pain. She said this is what it is. She is not going to give me any pain meds or treat me any further. I may follow up with another doctor or hospital.Baylor discharged me without adequate pain medication as well as treatment while I was in excruciating pain. I myself could not understand why I am hurting so bad. I assessed my face in the mirror. My smile was uneven. My one nostril was appearing narrower than the other. I kept on debating, is it stroke or what. Anyhow the pain was so bad that the next day I went to a 24hr orthodontist. There, they did an X-ray of my head and yes I had a fractured upper mandible. Also the tooth that appeared to be broken was not broken, it was actually pushed up into my skull. They felt so sorry for me. They said they can see why I was in so much pain. They prescribed Tylenol#4 for me. I was able to see an orthodontist on Monday, they had to pull that tooth out. The moment, the tooth came out, I felt great amount of relief.Baylor failed to diagnose me properly. Left me untreated and in pain. I am attaching y pictures from 2/10/19. How someone did not think of assessing my head while I looked like this and kept on complaining of pain. Their focus was not to give any pain meds. With an uneven smile/face like this, I could have been having a stroke, but Baylor chose not to assess or treat me. Please stay away from this hospital, If you want medical treatment.P.S. I really wish I did not have to attach my photos, looking like this. But attaching the photos, to give people a better idea of how I actually looked like at the time I visited Baylor.

All the nurses who came in to attend to my friend were professional and empathetic. they were happy, smiling and made us all feel positive. I am from the middleast where medical staff works for low pay and is generally not happy in their jobs... that is reflected in the way they serve. The nurses at Baylor were genuinely concerned for their patients. Also, the cafeteria was amazing. the variety of food available was great and the staff was very friendly. The prices were low and very affordable. Since we were the last customers, they insisted that we take extra food as it would be thrown away. My experience here was a nightmare. I went in for jaw surgery, and it was a mess. The anesthesiologist was one of the rudest, most condescending people I have ever met, arguing with my mom and refusing to tell her what he was going to be giving me, even though she had a right to know and had enough medical knowledge to understand what it all was, even though he didnt think she knew anything. I was a very young teenager and was terrified, but no one even really spoke to me or explained anything. In fact, multiple staff members repeatedly told my mom and I that they dont deal with children very often, which just made us feel even more uncomfortable. After surgery when I was in recovery, all of the nurses nearby left, and I began to cough and have a hard time breathing. My mom had left and I was completely alone. Panic ensued, but because I couldnt open my mouth I could not call out or anything, and I had no choice but to wait for someone to finally come back some time later. The nurses who were supposed to be taking care of me in recovery didnt talk to me or anything and just sat there. When I got overheated, they brought a fan but had it on hot, so it was blowing out hot air and making me even more sweaty and uncomfortable. When I was moved the next morning to my own room, the staff did not know what they were doing and ran me into walls, which jolted me around and made me sick to my stomach. I was told my room was going to be spacious and luxurious, but instead it was no bigger than a closet and I barely had room to walk around. My surgeon had told my mom she could suction out my nose when needed but the nurses argued and said she wasnt allowed. None of them checked on me very regularly. I had a lot of panic attacks and cried a lot because of the situation, and when one of the nurses came to see me, we thought she was going to comfort me and actually try to help, but instead she sat on my bed and told me to stop crying and suck it up because getting upset wouldn’t help. That did it. I fell apart. My surgeon finally had to discharge me before he wanted to because I couldnt stand it anymore. I left there absoutely broken emotionally and wishing I’d never walked in to Baylor. During the ordeal no one ever addressed how I was feeling or what was going on. The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because of a wonderful nurse who came to take care of me in recovery at about 2am and was an absolute angel. She realized I was freaking out and talked to me and really calmed me down, explaining everything and reassuring me that it would all be okay. If she had to leave, she told me where she was going and that she would be back shortly, which was all I needed. She realized the fan was blowing hot air and fixed it immediately so that I could be more comfortable, and did everything she could to help me. She took out my tubes in the most gentle way and made me feel like she truly cared. Without her I dont know what I would have done and I only wish that everyone at Baylor would have been like this. The whole experience greatly traumatized me and I will never be the same.

Almost a week ago I went to Baylor Scott & White Emergency Center - Dallas for pain that turned out to be a burst appendix, and it was one of only two times in my entire life that I have not felt seen or heard as a human being.I was placed into an emergency room alone (understandable, COVID restrictions) without being given any way to contact the nurses. There were large (what looked to be) portable air conditioning systems in the hallways, making it too loud for the nurses to hear me shouting for help for upwards of ten minutes. I was in the worst pain of my life, unable to free myself from the bed to find a trash can to throw up in. I had to scoot to the end of the bed (ruptured appendix in full swing) and only made it as far as the floor, where my puke was left for at least fifteen (15) minutes. I was denied water, ice chips, mouth-wetting sponges, or any other sort of relief all night long.Once it was found that appendicitis was my problem, I was scheduled for surgery almost twelve (12) hours later due to there only being two allotted COVID or COVID-possible operating rooms. I was informed these rooms were being reserved for “more life-threatening operations.” I was not operated on for almost 24 hours while my appendix leaked infection into my abdomen, and Baylor Scott & White Emergency Center waited for the results of my COVID test. I ended up finally being taken into the COVID operating room a FULL DAY after I came in, and the cherry on top? my covid test came back negative while I was in surgery.I have Never had problems with any Baylor center, but my experience in this emergency room will remain with me the rest of my life. I’m not trying to Karen right now, but I sincerely I hope this is not how you treat every patient who walks through your doors needing your help.

I felt like some of the staff cared and others were ready to get off. The waiting room was full of people who said theyd been there for hours, but it didnt take long for us to get in considering the amount of people that were there. I know the nurses and receptionists probably work long hours, but they have to remember that we feel thee same way when we come in.

I went in for help with body pains and a lack of appetite. I was not treated in a way that I would have liked to be. The specialists did not even seem to care that Ive been having trouble eating. They did bloodwork and had me pee in a cup for testing but the cup never even left the room. I waited over 1 hour for my results and my urine cup still never left my room. They seemed more focused on getting me out of the room and discharged. I am completely dissatisfied.

Terrible place, my wife had brain surgery to remove a tumor. The Roberts building was fabulous ...she was moved from there to the Hoblitzelle building and the difference was night and day. The doctor and nurses were great... exceptional. The room was bad... no AC for the first couple of hours, one chair that was as comfortable as a stack of bricks, No Kleenex and no cups. For 24 hours the person across the hall was moaning so loud you could hear her all the way to the nurses station ...not something you want hear recovering from brain surgery. When she was discharged we waited well over an hour for a wheelchair....we ended up walking out. I suppose it’s the luck of the draw which wing you end up in but avoid this place!6 Days and counting for a call back... I submitted the a video that recorded the moaning that we were subjected to for 24hrs...just a lovely place.

In the year of 2009 our lives changed drastically but God guide his angels to Baylor Hospital and the paramedics took my dad there.... being from North California I dont know much about how hospitals are in Texas, I am going to talk only about my personal experience. I wouldnt pay the staff with anything for what they did for my dad and our family back then. I was only a young girl that just wanted her dad to be alright, now working on the medical field and being a married woman I can see all the work that everyone did to help my dad. He had a really bad truck accident while he was working across the states, sadly he looses his left eye due to this incident, the diesel tank lid exploded on his face due to pressure at a truck stop while he was trying to load more diesel to keep driving back home. He almost died but Baylor professionals where there to help and thanks to God and all of them we continue to celebrate my dads second chance of being at this world. They reconstruct almost 90% of my dads face, and they did an excellent job. I still remember all their hallways, the lobby, the waiting room of ICU and the chapel like if were yesterday when we spend a month and a half there. Sleeping on a waiting room and living there for almost two months wasnt easy but it was worth it.Thank you BAYLOR, thank you for doing your best while my dad needed your help the most. Thank you for your hospitality. Thank you for doing your best, thank you to all of those Doctors and nurses, and all the other staff whom where there to help us. God bless all of you.

Today, after visiting my 93 yr. old mother in Roberts at Baylor, we got in our cars in the outdoor parking lot across from the Emergency Room. It was 5 oclock and there were NO Attendants to let the dozens of people out. The Arm Was DOWN and no one could get out. The machine took money only and most people didnt know how to use it. My husband got out of his car and spent $20 getting people out, but the machine ate my ticket and it wouldnt take my bills so I was stuck for half an hour. A green-shirted official was there, but she REFUSED to raise the arm so we could go. Cruel. She said my bills were wrinkled. I said, its crisp and looks practically new. She said, yeah, but it has a wrinkle in it. Way to go Baylor. Way to treat people who have been watching their loved ones suffer. Trap them in the parking lot. Cruel. No escape unless you want to break the arm, which I didnt. And stupid. Let the attendant go right before the 5 oclock rush. Great idea. That wont make the dozens of bereaved and trapped people angry. No, not at all. Security needs to step in before someone decides to make a new way out of your parking lot.

This hospital use to be a great. Now this place is a total dump. My grandmother fell and broke her hip so we thought Baylor would be the place to take for her needs...boy were we wrong. First off the place is just dirty. The floors needed to be swept and most of the staff didnt look like they even wanted to be there. Well she ended up having surgery and has been in the hospital for 10 days now. We are waiting on a room to become available at the rehabilitation center across the street. Let me just say the time here has not been pleasant for her . She calls to have somebody set her plate up for her to eat and they show up about 20 minutes later...obviously by then the food is cold. The food is already horrible so now it is also cold. She will ask for a straw and they never show back up to bring her one. I could go on and on about how horrible the staff is here, but dont have time since I am actually here at the time I am posting this. Baylor (Dallas) has definitely gone down the drain. I will never come back to this hospital!!!!!😡

My mother was admitted to this hospital about a week ago (she has been discharged). I have never seen doctors, nurses and nursing assistant that do not want to do their jobs. The family and I had the very difficult time getting them to provide the proper care for her . We needed them to confirm with us that she didnt have another stroke and a MRI could confirm that. It seems like we had to jump through hoops to get this done. Maybe it was because she was brought to the hospital by a nursing facility. They didnt think it was important enough to care for her. They didnt want to answer any questions about what was going on with her. I know there are other patients they have to care for, shes not the only one. But shes our loved one. Shes paralyzed on the left side and need total assistance with her day to day life activity. Thats a bit much, I know but shes here because shes very sick. I dont think Baylor would be the hospital of choice going forward. Also the social worker was very rude as well.

I went to the ER with a friend. The room they put us in was not clean. Next, as the nurse was taking her blood pressure she explained that she normally has high blood pressure. He told her she should get on blood pressure medication. She is 25 years old and he wants her on medication. First, it’s out of the nurses scope of practice to tell a patient that. Second, that is fixing the symptoms instead of treating the cause. Nurses like him contribute to the opioid crisis.

I had a high-risk pregnancy so I visited the maternity triage area four times during the pregnancy and had great experiences. All of the nurses were wonderful and I received excellent care. When I went back to deliver my second son via C-section this past March, it was a wonderful experience. All of the nurses and doctors were great! It is a teaching hospital, so there were lots of folks in the OR during my sons birth. We got to play music while the delivery & surgery was happening. They accommodated my husband wonderfully and made sure he had everything he needed so he could stay by my side the whole time. We were discharged after 2 days. I will always be grateful to Baylor for ensuring my son was born safely. Special thanks to L&D nurse Anita, L&D charge nurse Latonya and OB Dr. Caram. Ive never been to the ER here but the maternity triage and L&D dept are both excellent.

I wasnt expecting this hospital to be terrible but I didnt have too high expectations. Figured it would be an average hospital. I didnt like the parking prices to start off, but as it turns out, it was superb, beyond expectations. My grandpa was not expected to live much longer. We were planning for end of life care and transition into a hospice or dying at home. Instead, he had surgery and was able to pull through, and he is expected to make a full recovery. The surgeon was polite to us and told us he thought of calling it off, that it was one of the most difficult surgeries he did, but he and his team persisted and persevered and managed to pull off the seemingly impossible. The criticism on these reviews I have read seem so petty compared to this. They saved his life, and even if he dies sometime in the near future from old age, he has time he didnt expect to have. None of us expected to have. These surgeons are damn good at what they do. They deserve the full 5 stars I am giving.

My wife’s PCP is in the Barnett Tower at Baylor Dallas, so when my wife began to experience crippling abdominal pain that lasted several days, we tried to go to the ER, since her Dr is on staff there. However, we couldn’t get into the ER. There’s a big Tent in the driveway, that is supposed to serve as the ER Entrance but it was closed and there was no one even out there to try and direct traffic, then we got blocked in by someone who decided the drop off drive was a place to park, all the while my wife is in severe pain. We finally got out and went over to Presbyterian Hospital. No Tent blocking the drive, an Officer outside to help with drop off and direct traffic, and we got her in immediately. All this time I just thought it was only the one on Buckner that sucked apparently ALL BAYLORS SUCK now.

Ended up getting worse from being under medicaided. Staff will not listen. Necessary tests are being denied. Im in the worst pain right now. Its in my chest affecting my heart and it moves to my back. Gets more severe with movement. Cant talk or get out of bedcant even move to the side without severe excruciating pain. Been gripping chest area for days with no relief. They Could atleast control the pain but i am being neglected from all areas. This is unethical and the worst treatment by far . i am too weak to advocate for myself anymore but they are not listening to anything. I asked to speak to management and was denied. This facility should be shut down and the staff should not be getting paid to put people lives at risk when their job is to save lives. Not horrible service but could definitely be better. None of the nurses really came in to check on my son after my he came in after being hit by a car. They didn’t ask how much pain he was in or offered pain meds. They were very polite and professional and the techs were nice and professional. They provided decent care but could improve in some areas such as overall patient care and just checking on the patients versus sitting around. Jordan Bailey was very attentive and thorough. The original X-ray tech, an older lady could have been more thorough but maybe that’s all she was told to do. Not the worst service but not the best either.

Waxahachie Baylor all the other doctors and other people was very helpful to get the medical records quickly to my life insurance company but Baylor in Dallas was so slow It Took over a month to get it after lots of emails and calls so I am still waiting to see if life insurance will pay but BSW in Dallas are very quick to hound me for their money that my deceased husband owes. I have had a concussion for a few days, diagnosed at a different ER. My Dr had been trying to get me into a neurologist but nothing available until November which he felt was too far away. He recommended I go to Baylor ER because they have a great neurological department. I went, when I showed up a blonde girl named Courtney rudely greeted me. Asked why I would bother coming to their facility if I had been seen elsewhere, I explained. She then complained of how hard it will be to get the records from the other facility, not knowing I had all my results. She finally agreed to let me go to the next counter to get a wrist band!My husband and I sat for a good hour, the noises and lights were killing my head. I then overheard another patient say she had been there 4 hours! There was no way I could sit in that environment, in pain so bad I could barely hold my head up for 4 hours! I asked another girl at the check in desk how long, in my mind 1 hour - ok, 4 hours- I am leaving. Well before the sweet girl I asked could answer, Courtney snapped - WE WILL GET YOU IN WHEN WE CAN! Well Courtney wasnt asking you or for cuts in line, asking so I could make an informed decision! Worst experience. Sick people dont need to deal with people like Courtney! This hospital need to be shut down! All the staff - security, nurse, doctor - should never work in a hospital because they have no concept or value of human life. I showed up at their emergency room because I was having a dizzying spell and thought I might be having a heart attack. There was no body to check me into the emergency room and I waited for 10 minutes before a nurse could be found. At this point, Im very frantic and afraid and they told me I have to complete four-page form before a doctor can see me. How do you expect me to complete a form when I can barely stand. The doctor told me that if I can get my self to the hospital then I can complete a form. At that point, I quickly called an uber and went to another nearby hospital. There is no way I was putting my life in the hands of people like that. I was afraid I may not make it to the next hospital, but I was more afraid of being in the care of people that didnt care if I lived or died. It is so unfortunate that a hospital like this exists. Please STAY AWAY!!!If there is a formal place to complain Ill like to know
