Went 4 weeks without a response about how or if I could be reimbursed by insurance for a September visit.Since their physical office isnβt open, they did not respond to my emails, and rents coming due, I left 14 messages before they finally responded today.I Learned they Did not produce information to be reimbursed $300 for 2 hour visit and blamed me for running the meeting. π€¦πΌββοΈIt would seem professional and downright in your own interest to let clients know exactly what information you need to generate your arbitrary diagnosis codes for them to be reimbursed to cover the next visit.The were ignorant of this and Haughtily accusatory of me wasting their time with my stupid persistent questions because i did not understand whatever they think they communicated. π
