LEE TIPTON is the man who I saw. I am incredibly grateful and plan to come back when my insurance allows. He was attentive and followed my story. I ended up having to stop going before we got too far, but when we spoke, his feedback, questions, and tasks were reflected on in my personal time.These self reflections allowed me to direct my relationship with my toxic mother while also communicating with her about what my boundaries are, in a way that didnt allow resentment to fester. HUGE DEAL because I now have a relationship with my mother while my siblings do not.I also was separated from the mother of my son due to unhealthy relationship habits picked up from childhood examples set by my mother. 2 years later, my sont mother and I are reconciling.I remember feeling like I was lost and trying to find my own direction before I met with him. After our sessions, I remember feeling more secure in the direction I was taking which helped immensely with my confidence and self image. I realized that I wasnt a terrible person and that I didnt deserve to live in hell on earth.I realized while I was there that I was deceiving myself into thinking that I was a terrible person due to things Id done in the past and as a result I self sabotaged my relationships with others, which caused more grief. I really appreciate this place and Lee Tipton. I NEVER forget my debts.
