I attended the reclaiming authenticity workshop with Erin. I have been in counseling since May in her practice with Delta. I wasn’t sure what to expect and had only recently delved in to inner child work. The prework for the intensive was thorough and so valuable. The reading required and videos definitely help me understand what we would be doing better. I felt safe and excited when the weekend finally arrived. This was a big financial investment for me but one worth every single dollar. I don’t think I’ve ever made an investment more rewarding. After the intensive with Erin I am honestly forever changed. The resources I received during the intensive have also been wonderful to have after to go back to. You get so much more than just what happens within those 72 hours, you get life lessons and resources you can apply for the rest of your life. Going in to the intensive as a 34 year old adult I thought my life was pretty good, the whole reason I went in to therapy was to answer the question, “but what if it could be better.” It certainly is getting there and I continue to grow and learn. I’ve been a lot kinder to myself, and I see my way of thinking changed. If you are thinking about investing in an intensive or just curious about getting some counseling, don’t hesitate. I am so happy I did this for myself.

From the moment I met Erin, she made me at ease. I like the way she listens and can adapt my conversations into clear and simple insights without judgement. She does not give you a free pass- you have to do the work and be honest.Truth be told, I expected to go to her for a simple solution, but she helped me to realize my path to being a more functional adult takes time and a lot of hard work. The breakthrough moments don’t come without some tears. I am glad I took her Intensive class – the organization, class objectives and materials are valuable to help with lasting change. I approach my future with a more positive understanding of how to care for myself and be a better partner, friend, and family member. Thanks, Erin.

Being a behavioral health professional myself, Erin came highly recommended from respected colleagues in the field. Her breadth of knowledge and experience in the treatment of addiction and all of the ever more important underlying, beneath the surface, core issues truly makes her one of a kind in the healing arts.I am grateful for my own personal transformation as a result of attending Erin’s individual sessions for over a year now including trauma work utilizing EMDR and Somatic Experiencing. Her 3 day family of origin intensive brought me to a deeper level of healing than I have ever experienced before. Erin also referred me to a program in Colorado for two weeks last year that literally saved my life. You are in great hands with Erin,-Austin Shook

I decided 2021 was going to be my year of mental health care, and I’m so lucky to have found Erin Wysong-Warren and Delta Shuman to guide me along my way. The Reclaiming Authenticity workshop, specifically, was life-changing and life-giving. It was very challenging and unlike anything I’ve done before, but truly the most enriching way I could have spent a few days. I look forward to continuing to work and grow with this practice.

I attended Erin’s Family of Orgin Workshop several weeks ago and really connected with Erin, the other gentlemen in the intensive and the materials and homework she had us all do. The various somatic therapies she employed on us got me to appreciate the severity of early childhood trauma that I experienced. Erin’s materials and exercises that we used throughout the weekend were organized, informative/insightful, and impactful for me.I actually plan on attending another weekend intensive with Erin to continue to go deeper into those early childhood wounds that I experienced. I would highly recommend her program.
