Nice office, staff was great. Saw me in a timely manner, and the Groupon paid for everything, which was appreciated. Only problem I had was that the isolation method they used for the whitening process was huge. Like the plastic when they take your pictures for braces but horrible. It stretched my lips so much that they went numb, and I was told that was the only size the company makes? It is possible to find other brands that make it more comfortable.

I was a patient of United Dental group since their grand opening. I always have good experience so I didn’t change dentist. However, things changed after I told them I purchased dental insurance on July. They told me I have $50 copay and I need pay around $360 for 6 fillings after insurance. I trusted them, so I paid immediately. My insurance company sent me a claim, insurance already paid 80%, I only need to pay $162 (20%) My insurance agent told me I don’t have copay or other payment, so I only need to pay $162. Why do you let me pay $360? I don’t understand! I called United dental group many times during these 2 weeks, the front desk lady keep saying they need to wait a email reply from their billing department. Well, it’s 2021. Billing department doesn’t have a phone number? Why not give a call? Insurance company already paid you! Stop charge extra money from patients!

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU DO MAKE SURE ON YOUR PRICE AND SIGN FOR IT OTHERWISE THEY WILL CHANGE ON YOU. When I stopped by the first time, my old implant was loose. They fixed it fine for $150. 2-3 months later the implant screw was loose again so I visited again. On the 2nd time they said they would tightied it. During the procedure they found out that I needed a new implant because my old implant was damaged and there was no other choice. On August 31 I was given a price estimate of $2,300 dollars for the procedure to be done with a new implant from the Dentist Jeon. I agreed upon the price with a plan to come back 4 times with payments each time. When I went there on September 28, 2021 it was agreed upon with the payment plan being $1,200 on the first time in the 4 part payment plan. When Dentist Jeon finished the implant removal I went up to the front desk to pay the bill. To my surprise there was a extra charge of $500 on a new bill for a graft, not the one we agreed too. NONE of this was explained to me before or during the implant removal. I made a complaint to the receptionist named Sunny saying this cant be right. I was never told about this let alone the price add on. When I tried to ask for the Dentist they refused, When I refused to pay the $500 they threaten to take this to the collection company. I still refused to pay as I was not made aware of this graft before or even during the procedure. This is a bad business practice to charge up charge your clients right after the procedure is done. DO NOT COME HERE.

My experience at United Dental was amazing. I went to an expensive office in uptown and they had quoted me at $1500 for a deep cleaning and mouth guard. I looked around and found United Dental and once I walked in they were so helpful. After doing X-rays they immediately took a look and quoted me with a reasonable price ! I’m so happy. I have a mouth guard that fits perfectly and will be coming back for my cleaning in a week. Brandi took my impressions and was so sweet and kind and makes great conversation Thanks so much Dr. Jeon And Brandi for being so kind to me and helping me. I really appreciate it !! These guys literally turned my frown upside down :)

The place was very clean and followed COVID-19 protocol. I had full x-rays and cleaning. Everyone was friendly. They did a great job cleaning my teeth. I went ahead and made a 6 month check up appointment since I was impressed with everything.

The staff was super sweet and helpful! The Dr. walked me through my entire exam with patience. He pointed out a cavity that needed to be filled and was able to do it right on the spot. Everything was reasonably priced.

Dr. Jeon, DDS is great - kind, efficient, and thorough. He is the only reason why my family and I go to United Dental Group in Dallas. However, we recently had a negative experience with one of the front desk ladies. She was rude, interrupted my mother while she was speaking with another front desk lady at check in, and berated my parents publicly for not picking up the phone a couple days ago to confirm their appointment (we were at a funeral on the weekend and they did not leave any messages). While this must be frustrating on the staffs end, Im sure there would have been a better, more pleasant way to communicate and deal with patients during such a stressful time.

Terrible dental experience. This place is the reason children are scared of the dentist. My gums are still swollen and in pain after several hours. Very ROUGH handling of my teeth/gums and overall sloppy workmanship. I don’t like how they excessively cut corners during treatment. Routine cleanings shouldn’t hurt. I’ve never had such a painful cleaning experience before today. They didn’t even put the radiation protection vest on me when taking my x-rays. They were working super fast even though I was the only patient in the office. They should have slowed down to give a thorough job. They also falsely advertise treatments stating after arrival in the clinic certain discounts are for existing patients only. If that is true, it should be listed in the fine print of the ad. I dislike surprises were you book and paid for your appointment ahead of time to discover extra add-on charges that were never discussed prior to the appointment.Transparency is everything.

I got the cleaning voucher from LivingSocial, and I have to say you are better off brushing your teeth at home. Worst cleaning I ever got in my life, when I asked why more was not done, I was told because I didn’t buy the upsell they offered. They couldn’t even give a regular floss as part of the cleaning. SO IF YOU ARE NOT READY TO BUY MORE EXPENSIVE PACKAGES WHEN YOU GET HERE… PLEASE STAY AWAY.

I went to United Dental Group today. When I say they never meet me but when I walked in for my appointment they knew it was me. Also, when they called on Saturday for the reminder and I missed the call the Yau was like i know who this is because I keep up with all of my appointments. I didnt have to show my deal from Groupon because they looked it up theirselves. 😊They are very organized. They was very professional,polite and they didnt try to upsell you like the other dentists. They showed you the images on TV screens so you can be able to see what they see. The office was very clean. I wasnt sitting for a long time, when they say appointment they are ready to assist you. I will return and make them my dentist...This is why I recommend 5stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🌠

This was the worst dentist experience I’ve ever had. The office was disorganized and unprofessional, staff were arguing with each other and no one had any idea what was going on. I was there for xrays, cleaning and teeth whitening. After my xrays the doctor came in and talked to me and then left and I had no idea what was going on. I sat in the chair for at least 20 minutes before the office manager came in and tried to upsell me and then tell me I can get a reduced rate if I leave them a good review. Then I sat there for a long time after (I had been here for an hour at this point) and someone came in for what I assumed was the cleaning. They quickly used prophy paste (the polish at the end of a cleaning) and then started the whitening. When that was done after 20 minutes she said I was done and was good to go. I told her I was supposed to have my teeth cleaned and she went to check with someone and came back and told me the polishing was the cleaning? At this point I had been here for an hour and a half and knew she had no idea what she was talking about so I left. They did not floss, scale or check/clean my teeth in anyway aside from the xrays. I will never visit this office again and I would not trust the good reviews, it’s really likely they were left by people who were promised discounted services.

I was driving in this area and needed to use restroom. This was the only place where I felt safe to go into to ask if I could use facilities. I explained that I needed to go badly but they said no because they dont allow outsiders to use the bathroom there. I was dressed in nice business clothes and didnt look like a bum so was disappointed in how I was treated. It was embarrassing to have to go so badly to go in and ask, and even more embarrassing to be told no while I was afraid I might not be able to hold it any longer. Why didnt I deserve some compassion and kindness?

My experience was awful, the male dentist left me alone for almost 20 mins in the middle of deep cleaning! I had to “hello, anybody there?” to get a staff come in. They explained they were busy that day and the dentist went to see another patient. Excuse me? Is this common and acceptable?

Treatment equipment and devices are up to date. It was great to receive detailed explanations and detailed medical treatments throughout the treatment. This is the dentist I would like to recommend. It wasnt an advertisement, but I paid for my treatment. This is the first time Ive been touched by a medical examination and have a review attached with my own hand.
