Dr. J. Loftus is an exceptional dentist. Professional as well as warm and engaging. I expressed to him that his receptionist was quite rude and unprofessional. His response let me know that she wasnt going to be leaving, so I did what was best for me I left. Dr. Loftus please know that your front desk staff is the first point of contact for patients and that representation will either keep patients returning to your office or make the decision to leave. As I read the other reviews I see that I am not the only person that has experienced her lack of professionalism and her inability and refusal to show common decency and courtesy to patients, It is indeed shameful. She is in the wrong profession. Her obvious sense of entitlement and privilege are on full display. Customer service should be #1.

Super nice guy. Got me right in. Receptionist was particularly helpful and friendly.He reattached a crown that had come off. Charged me next to nothing.

From the moment I step one foot in Dr. Loftuss office, Im immediately greeted with a smile from the receptionist and then notice all my worries go away via the warm/comfortable atmosphere! Im not 100% sure what Dr. Loftus does in order to make my dentist nightmare go away, but ever since hes been my dentist... all my worries go away.Mr. Loftus has customer service down to a science. Hes not afraid to adapt to new technology, in order to provide better service to his patients. From the automated text/emails (reminding me when its time for my next appointment is) to Dr. Loftuss gregarious laugh/highly prized knowledge/dental expertise.. Whenever its time to leave, I always feel like one million bucks.Thank you Dr. Loftus! You are truly one of the best!

Amazingly friendly staff from the time you walk in. The hygienist was knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Dr. Loftus spent a lot of time with me going over his recommendations, and explained why he was making the recommendations. The office was also meticulously clean. Overall, honestly the best doctor appointment I’ve ever had. After 1 visit, I trust Dr. Loftus 100%.

Dr. Loftus is the best Dentist I have ever been to! I was a new patient (and new to Texas) and he made me feel so welcomed. He seems to genuinely care about his patients and what my issues were he talked to me for hours on why we needed to do such procedures, why this happened or that, and offered so many cost effective options versus going the expensive route! Best dentist like by real. You will never have to be waiting in a crowded waiting room, Joseph actually spends time talking to you and answering questions and most important he LOVES what he does. There is a huge difference between loving your profession and loving your profession because it gives you a bunch of money. I wish I had a guy like Joseph as a mechanic that would my life much more easy.

My two children and I have been patients here for years. My insurance changed at work, so I called to see if they took my new insurance and to schedule an appointment. The receptionist was rude and said the earliest appointment was six months out and she would put me on a waiting list. She acted like she was doing me a favor by even talking to me. I will not be back and currently looking for another dentist for my children.

Dr. Loftus is a wonderful dentist! His office is modern and very clean. I almost look forward to my visits! ;-) He and his staff are always very nice. I get regular cleanings and had a few other odds and ends. All have been completely pain free. I am very pleased and recommend him completely!

Joe and his staff are just good people. They are never over booked. I never have to wait beyond my appointment time. All the most modern equipment, and TVs. And best of all, you can trust him. Called to make an appointment and was highly disappointed with the lack of professionalism from the woman who answered. She was unfriendly in manner and portrayed an attitude throughout the phone call. I let her know that I changed my mind about the office. People have bad days, but if this is the office’s first impression on new patients, they are losing business. I’d recommend customer service phone training for her.

Love my old Dentist but hes just to far away now. I saw Dr. Loftus once for an issue he could easily have charge me for and moved on. Instead he offered to supply his Xrays to my dentist to save me money when I went back to my dentist in few days. He even complimented my self patch job. Id fear changing if Dr. Loftus had not been so obviously professional, honest, and decent. As it is I have zero fear and am happy to add another 5 star rating to his list.

I recently moved to TX so finding new doctors is daunting. I found Dr Loftus office from my insurance site - so you never know what you can get. The office space is clean and welcoming. His staff is so kind and willing to work with you. Dr Loftus made me feel very comfortable and really gentle. I received a cleaning along with a fill to a chipped tooth. By far the best dentist around.I have been going to Dr. Loftus for close to 20 years, since he started his business. Dr. Loftus is a very compassionate, personable, honest and all around good man. He always gives you his upmost attention, listens to what you say and offers the best solutions for your needs. In addtion, his staff is very friendly and welcoming as well.

My wife, kids and I have been patients of Dr. Loftus for about 15 years. We see him every 6 months and he keeps us in great dental health. My kids not only dont dread going to the dentist but actually look forward to seeing Dr. Loftus. Dr. Loftus starting treating them as young children (they are now in high school). One sign of how good a doctor he has been is that my daughter still enjoys her visits even though he has pulled about 12 of her teeth! He has also done some cosmetic work on my teeth and the work is so good you cant tell anything was done. We will be patients of Dr. Loftus as long as he is practicing!
