This long process was made acceptable by the great people at the Dallas location of ClearChoice. From Gary, who explained the year long procedures to the hygienists and Drs. I saw at each visit, everyone was always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I started in 12/2019 and just finished today. COVID really threw a wrench into the 1 year process, but the CC Team was very supportive and kept me informed. I even got my final teeth in a month early and they contacted me to get them put in. My wife and I received out dental implants from Clear Choice - Dallas in 2012. We are very happy with our implants even after almost a decade of usage. We recently went to Clear Choice - Dallas in July 2021 for our annual implant removal and cleaning and have to give a shout-out to Vincent Nguyen, our implant Hygienist. He did it all - removal, inspection, cleaning, patient X-Ray and implant installation. Vincent was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, thorough, and showed a genuine caring. UPDATE: I am changing my recent rating and review of Clear Choice. My initial rating and review was not very positive and was due to an error on their part in re-scheduling my cleaning appointment following the Covid shut down in 2020. More important is what has taken place since that initial rating and review. I was contacted by the General Manager who apologized for the error and then instructed the front office staff to get me in sooner than the appointment set up for December. As a previous executive of a Customer Service group, I know mistakes happen and I am a firm believe in owning up to the error and doing whatever it takes to correct it. Clear Choice did that for me, and I am quite pleased. Clear Choice has made me feel like a valued customer again.

If they had a minus star I will give them a -5As if it wasn’t stressful enough to take the leap and get started on this type of treatment, add a two hour and a half waiting time for your alleged “free” consultation that never happens! They had me wasting my time to not be seen at all. And when I called to complain the manager Cameron was so dismissive and with such a lack of empathy. Definitely the Choice becomes VERY CLEAR. Stay AWAY from this place! Not worth the time wasted for Nothing!!!!

I was very scared even trying the implants. It took me over two years going back and forth, checking different companies to see which was better. I thought it was going to be painful. But I tell u if u are thinking to have implants, I suggest clear choice, I have changed the set of temporary set already two times, they are very patient and actually understanding. Yes sometimes when I eat I get food go between my teeth and my gum, which very easily will get out with a just simple rinse. Also my gums are doing much better now with implants, because now I wash my teeth with water washer which is beautiful and keep my gums healthy. I was very difficult for them to satisfy me, this is the only way I can do for them in return to say thank u. Also make sure u ask for Michel at the front so she can get u scheduled on time. After learning I needed to have one of my back, bottom molars extracted, I went to two separate dentist offices to get a quote and understanding of what all would be done to my mouth. Neither place gave me any sort of hope or comfort, nor did they even really explain the process. If I didn’t find ClearChoice, I may have very well just ignored my tooth and pray for the best. My husband paid the $20,000 for the dental implant for his lower teeth. The patient care is horrible. Once they have your money they don’t show any effort to care for you. They drag out appointments. If you have broken teeth they don’t care if you go 4 to 6 weeks without it getting repaired. I would encourage everyone to go elsewhere. The patient care is shockingly poor.

The staff is excellent with great customer service and always a friendly smile. My experience as a whole was great. The only thing I wished was that I knew it was going to be almost 10 months before I could eat chewing type food such as most meats. Being limited to a fairly soft diet was difficult with my job and I lost almost 30 pounds. I am with my final set now and go in for my last regular visit in about a month.

Alicia had attended to me since I started with dental implant in 2010. I am now upgrading the denture to zirconia. She is always sweet and caring. I will easily give her 5 stars for her care. I go to ClearChoice in DALLAS,TXI give a 4 star here because of the WAIT time. Even though I was punctual for my appointment and ready for the doctor on time. I always had to wait for around 30mins for the doctor to come by.Also if I had to call the office about an appointment. I NEVER GET through when I called. The only way was : if the office CALLED ME, I picked up the call. No one in the office EVER picked up my calls!Overall my experiene had been pleasant otherwise

Oh and she did a great job removing the dentures from the implants and replacing them. The teeth are not aligned as I would have expected. The front teeth hit before the jaw teeth. Chewing is next to impossible. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I am pleased with that , but somewhat disappointed with the results of the surgery at this point.

I had an upper all on 4 done and the surgery went very well. The was some pain after but not that bad. Definitely better than I expected to feel. Swelling was annoying but only lasted a few days. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and just super nice. I was very impressed at the way they accommodated my husband and he was able to work while I waited on the prosthetic. Over all very good experience. Surgery is a major thing and I am happy with how it went and how I am healing now.

I started my process going on two years now, and its still ongoing. I thought ClearChoice was the best dental implant center around, it has turned out to be an agonizing experience, thought the staff is very courteous and professional, having to make appointment after appointment for medical issues with my implants makes me think that I made the wrong choice choosing ClearChoice. After driving 45 miles to get to the center, if you have more issues during appointment time than when the appointment was initially made ClearChoice would not attend those issue. I have to make another appointment, drive 90 miles again, this has happen more than once which makes me feel that this company is more about getting my money than they are about attending my needs I have paid a very large sum of money for what I thought would be a life changing experience. So far my experience as been a total nightmare, needless to say if I could start over I would not pick ClearChoice for my Implants needs. Could say more about this nightmare of an experience.

I also had a tooth that never came in and i also had them to put an implant there as well =7. 30 thousand dollars later i had 3 implants to fail within a couple of months = surgery.... when i was going to have my permanent teeth put in i had two to fail = surgery. so this is how it goes. surgery wait 6 months for healing oh then they fail surgery wait 6 months again. On the area i never had a tooth i had put in with in the first week it failed.. So bone grafts blah blah second implant try it failed. FYI i had 4 different surgeons during these years. I was told 2 different times it must of been the implant itself. This was a horrible experience. I think most people think this is their only option (finance) well it is not do your research. Clear Choice is a corporate business so they can only do things a certain way not like a real dentist office. Dont go here. I am afraid my implants will not last long and i will be forced into full dentures. I am only 47. wish i had did more research.

I am satisfied so far. Had initial treatment in late September, 2018. Got my first set of trial teeth today, June 4, 2019. Go back to get zirconium teeth started in 2 weeks and should have final set on July 24.Revising my review on 10/7/2020. The upside is that I have beautiful teeth. However, I have to eat soft foods. Cannot eat steak, etc because they pack all inside and under the teeth. Corn on the cob makes me laugh out loud! Very disappointed! But it is what it is after spending a king’s fortune for cosmetic effects.

I am extremely pleased with the service I have received at Clear Choice. Today was maybe the best annual I have had since receiving my implants. It was educational as well. Learned some things I had not known in the past about the implants. Would highly recommend.

Very impressed by the overall treatment and visit to the ClearChoice Dallas branch. The entire staff was very friendly and informative from the moment I arrived. My treatment plan was explained in detail. Payment plans discussed with many options to choose from. Surgery and Post-surgery explained in details leaving the area of unknown to a minimum. All areas of my concern were addressed and after the surgery and the 1st set were in place, I was amazed on how my underbite and was corrected and I now have a different and more beautiful smile. Thanks again ClearChoice for each and every one of you who assisted me in obtaining this wonderful smile and corrected underbite.

Mary, the hygienist who worked with me, was very kind and complimentary. She was patient and sweet. She made sure I felt comfortable and asked me if I had any questions. My experience was comforting because of Mary.

My final set was delivered yesterday and I was served by Ty, who was exceptionally talented, well trained and had great confidence in her abilities. Ty & Dr.Roxanna Esguerra set all of my apprehensions aside concerning a slight speech impediment. All of the employees who served me during this experience were very professional and I appreciate their care.It took 72 years to learn to talk and sing with near-perfect diction and with a few exercises I am sure Ill be Back to near- perfect again! Im super happy and cant say enough great things about my smile and the wonderful professionals at ClearChoice Dental. Its been over two years since I received a full complete upper set of teeth and implants. No more repetitive attempts to fix things with painful and expensive old school solutions. No multiple attempts at single implants (that predictable dont seems to last long), crowns, bridges, bone grafting, etc., etc. People complement my wonderful smile and I feel much more confident. My scheduled returns to check fit and finish are great. Im always treated kindly, professionally, and quickly. I highly recommend Clear Choice Implant Center in Dallas. They always have a five star rating from me. I got my new smile 4 years ago and was extremely nervous about it. I had to have 7 teeth pulled in order to get a new upper and lower smile, but as they guarantee, I walked out with a new smile in one day! I get so many compliments on my teeth and they couldnt be more comfortable. I go every 6 months to get them cleaned and every time it is a wonderful experience. They always make me feel like I am their most important patient. I drive an hour to get to their location, but I wouldnt ever consider going anywhere else!

I originally had my implants done by the staff at the Dallas Clear Choice office. I couldn’t have been more pleased with my implants. However the drive was just draining from Fort Worth to Dallas. Once they opened an office in Arlington I thought it would be closer to home and I transfered to the Arlington office for the convenience of being closer to home from my follow-up services. However; service I received didn’t equal to the quality and courtesy that I get in Dallas.I would prefer a long drive to Dallas from Fort Worth for the courteous and kind treatment, and a big shout out to Alicia the dental assistant always makes me feel like family and leave with a smile due to her courteous and kind treatment.

Ty is excellent, she told me more about the care of my implants in 15 minutes than I had been told after several visits.Explained every thing she was doing and what to expect. Really an asset to your staff!

I only needed one rear molar removed #18. My dentist referred me elsewhere. I am a GC and believe you hire the best person for a specific task. Clear Choice are experts and specialist in implants. that is their Core Competency. I cant say how pleased I am so far with the TEAM at the Dallas location. Gary explained process in a very straight forward manner, Tara handled my xrays, she has such a pleasant countenance to her which puts you at ease, then Dr. Krieger managed me and the process His communication every step of they way made the process somewhat enjoyable. NOW, HOW can one say pulling a tooth is enjoyable?? maybe i took too many pain pills.... All kidding aside, feel confident with CC.

It’s too early to tell as far as the implants go,But the staff was amazing, Harleigh was the sweetest young lady I have had the pleasure to meet in a long time .Alicia was amazing as well.Those two ladies apart from the implants made this a great experience.Take care of them.Tim Sicking
