I am a senior who finds her pleasant and attentive. She has always refilled my prescriptions when requested by pharmacy, maybe bc I do follow her requests for annual visits and lab work.

Dr. Vavilala is wonderful. I have found the best doctor that I have ever had and Im in my 60s. She is very professional, knowledgeable and empathetic. I would highly recommend her. And, her requirement for wearing a mask is totally within her right. She understands the science and sees many patients all day long. Wearing a mask protects all of her patients as well as herself. If she didnt require a mask, I would be highly skeptical.

Dr. Chandana Vavilala you have no right to mandate anyone to wear a mask anywhere! A recommendation is all you have the RIGHT to offer

This doctor RARELY responds to prescription refill requests, unless it is about a week later. She constantly gets the prescriptions wrong, she will call in a refill for the wrong one or send the request to the wrong pharmacy, even tho you changed your primary pharmacy 6 months prior. Her office staff is terrible about giving her messages, or perhaps they do give them to her and she lies about it. She just all around SUCKS as a physician.

I have so much to say but just know she doesnt care about the individual and thinks she has the right to dictate what you can or cannot do. Her license should be removed.

Dr Vavilala is very nice and caring.
