Dr Jacobus, his nurse practitioners, nurses and staff are all excellent. Been going here for a out a decade and dont plan on leaving anytime soon!

Almost killed me!!! And my friend too!!!Because he is arrogant and does not know what he is doing and instead of suggesting another doctor he tries to do it on his own and he does not know what he is doing... you need a Band-Aid this is the doctor to see...

Everybody there is very friendly and Dr Jacobus is just wonderful! He is worth it to go see! I highly recommend him to everybody I know because he is just one of the best actors Ive ever had and I have had some pretty terrible ones. I had not seen him in 2 years and he remembered my daughters name and that I even had a daughter. In my opinion thats one hell of a doctor! 10 stars if I could ♡♡

Do not recommend for anything other than immunizations. I dont know how this man still has any patients. Probably all from his church. No one ever answers the phone and if they do they put you on hold for 15 min. If you leave a message, they get back to you about an hour to two hours later. Then when you do manage to make an appointment, he keeps you waiting in the patient room for over an hour in addition to the half hour he had you in the waiting area all for a five minute interaction. To top it all off, he wouldnt bother to look at my chart before coming in. I had to remind him that the nurse found I had an infection before he was about to send me on my way. So he didnt bother checking my chart before coming to talk to me. I have since found a different doctor an am much happier. I suggest you do the same.

Magnificent! Wonder filled! Precious being! Amazing! Well schooled in what he practices. Wondered why we did not come across his path sooner!!! and on and on and on...

Dr. Jacobus has been our family physician since 1994. He has always treated us with care and compassion during our visits. He is a very knowledgeable physician that I trust with our on going care.While there is a wait for service some days, we recognize he has many patients and plan accordingly. We try to be proactive in our scheduled appointments with Dr. Jacobus, but have seen Dr. Brechner and the three Nurse Practitioners also on occasion.The office staff has been helpful with our appointments, prescription refills, nurse call returns and lab results. While we have recently moved out of state, we still return to Indiana for family visits and appointments in this office.

If i could give 0 stars i would!! He hands pain medicine out like candy and then Drs wonder why we have such an opioid epidemic!! Because Drs like this only care about their pay checks! Good luck to the existing patients.

Dr. Jacobus has a wonderful bedside manner. He greets everyone in the room, and even interacts with our children. I have been a nurse and worked taking care of many of his patients. Dr. Brechner is also fabulous! He delivered 3/5 of our children, and the NPs..including ****Brit** is #1.The practice works for God, and participates I. Numerous mission trips!
