Melissa was absolutely AMAZING!! She asked many questions about my hair and what i wanted. She took her time and did things little by little incase i wanted it to be longer or shorter. My curtain bangs and my layers are exactly what i wanted. This is going to be my new hair place for sure. love love love !!!

I wish I was able to use this business per the question on here asking me if I had used it. I showed up at 5:30 on Thursday afternoon. When I went to open the door it was locked, the open sign was still on and the updated sign said they close at 7. Weird but figured maybe there was only one stylist working and they had to use the bathroom or were on break. Sat in my car for a bit then when I saw somebody moving around I got out of the car and walked to the door. Pulled on it and it was still locked. she wouldn’t acknowledge me till I started knocking. She then came to the door and told me they were closed.I pointed to the hours sign on the door and pointed to my watch then pointed to the completely lit open sign above and she laughed turned it off and walked away. Needless to say they’ve lost my business. It was 5:45 when I walked back to my car

Nice people. They cut my husband and sons hair on a holiday weekend which was packed. It was a hour wait but considering the holiday weekend

It is really pathetic to see people (probably from other salons) making fake bad reviews to try and hurt reputations. I have been a customer for almost 2 years now. I have never seen the place dirty, no one has ever been sprayed me in the face and no one has ever been rude. I have seen Melissa many times and I am very happy with not only my haircuts, but how nice and personable she is. I highly recommend Supercuts if you are in the area for a reasonable priced haircut and a very friendly and clean atmosphere.

Anastasia was great and very passionate about doing my color and styling it. I was very please with my service with her! She is very soft spoken and outgoing. I will definitely be back for a touch up color! They were very clean and sanitary, witch Im very glad about especially with covid(I did not get sprayed with any chemicals like the other guy said). The stylist at the salon are all very welcoming and very nice and outgoing. I will recommend to everyone!

I have come here for haircuts for years. For myself, and my children. The ladies have always been very professional, provided great haircuts, and the location is excellent.I appreciate their attention to cleanliness in these troubled times. I will definitely continue to come to this business.

Very friendly, hair cut was nice, but pricey from other Supercuts Ive been too. They dont take coupons or competitor coupons. They dont give you a punch card for each hair cut you get. After so many cuts you receive a free cut.

For this alone I would like to meet with you and discuss what must have been a harrowing experience with this lunatic. If you could set aside 5 minutes of your time to talk about your experience with her, I will make it worth your while. The booking app doesnt work on there end. Got a confirmation email sent to me confirming the appointment. The 2 hair stylists there acted like booking a hair appointment thru their site was nonexistent. Ive booked there before and never had an issue, computer error I guess?

Surprised door locked without a sign, but they were open. Measured my forehead temp and said I was a little high but OK. Just came in from golf course with sunburned face! The person didnt ask if she could check my temp, but I used to ride people. But when she started to spray my arms and hands with something without warning that was enough. I asked what it was and she unlocked and opened the door and said have a nice day. I think spraying people with some explanation could be considered assault. Some people might react to sprays on skin and in air. Decided to go somewhere with people that treat the customers with courtesy.

Jess is the absolute best! Does a great job with haircuts on all 3 of my boys. And she is very engaging with all of them. Even if youre not in her chair she will get you involved in a conversation with everyone there.

Melissa was the rudest at customer service I’ve ever seen at a haircut place. Absolute garbage experience. I’m sure some franchise owner somewhere would like to eliminate the problem instead of letting their whole business go down. So I hope you review these reviews.

Been waiting here about an hour and a half with no end in sight. I was told there were only 2 people ahead of me, yet people kept walking in with call ahead appointments apparently. Thats fine, but why would I not be informed that there were in fact two people ahead of me with an additional 4 appointments ahead of me? Wouldve changed my mind and walked out.

Horrible Experience.Ive had a few good experiences here before, but a lot of bad ones. The good experiences however could not be called anything more than average. Today will be my last experience here.So I walked in tonight (7:30pm or so) and saw that another guy was already getting cut so I just sat down in a seat to wait. While waiting I happened to overhear a conversation going on between the guy and the female barber. Lets call the guy Jeff. Jeff wasnt very happy about how his hair was being cut. Jeff would say things like I hate to be one of THOSE customers, but can you please do that again, it looks a bit off I assumed Jeff was just picky and ignored his complaints. Soon Jeff leaves the store, now its my turn. I explain to her what I want (3 on top and 2 on the side buzzed with my back neck line pushed up), okay says the lady (Lets call her 15 dollar ripoff). 15 dollar ripoff begins to cut my hair, things go rather normally for a while until I become quite aware of the fact she is just using one hand. 15 dollar ripoff thinks that it is a great idea to simply lightly push the clippers up and down and all around without holding my head to ensure proper, level cuts. Rather than taking her time 15 dollar ripoff decides she needs to do this quickly, so around 3 minutes later of cutting and hair blowing she asks Is that good? I stand up and look at my hair. Oh...oh.. I think to myself. Well this doesnt look good at all, how do you mess up something like this? My hair is uneven beyond belief. No 2-3 meshing has occurred, the front of my hair is not straighten out, this is a pig slop job. I sit back down, Ya how about we just buzz the entire thing to a 2. Humph goes 15 dollar ripoff and she begins to go to work again. After buzzing she asks me about my sideburns and if I want them cut, I say yes and she asks me how much Up to where my glasses would be I respond. A short little while later she says she is done and I decide to just get up and pay rather than deal with this devil anymore. I pay and tip (I know what a job like this can be like) and walk out, immediately 15 dollar ripoff turns off the open sign even though they are still open for 20 more minutes. I just head home disappointed. I look in the mirror in my house, a sliver of my hair is still at 3, the back of my neck hasnt been upped tightly, my front hair still isnt lined up, and even my sideburns are uneven. Okay, time to write a review.In summary if youre going to get a hair cut, DO NOT GO HERE. Head over to somewhere else like Js Barber Shop (inside Meijer), it is thousands of times better then this dump and every time I have gone they cut my hair the proper way.
