Yikes!! This place is not worth it. You might as well take another five minutes to drive to the next one. No one was friendly. The man who did my acrylics was so so harsh and aggressive with my hands. I have several little cuts on multiple fingers. I was trying to talk to my friend and had to keep stopping bc he was hurting my fingers so badly. My nails ended up being crooked and the color I chose wasn’t at all the color they had displayed it as. Bad painting job too. Overall just plain bad experience. I’m not going here again 👌

The dirtiest nail salon I have ever set foot in. Even my techs hands and own nails were dirty. Awful quality manicure, mediocre pedicure. Im shocked this place is in business, let alone busy as it was.

I made an apt for dipped on my natural nails. The nail technician was professional and friendly. I showed a picture found on their website of a color I wanted. I also asked for a matte top coat. The nail technician mentioned the matte top coat might make the nails not last as long. Unfortunately, the orange he matched to the photo was not correct at all (it was darker and had sparkles in it). And even though he said the shinier top coat instead of the matte would make the dipped nails last longer, it has only been 2 weeks and 3 of my nails have cracked! I paid $55 with tip for dipped on naturals nails. The overall experience was nice, but the finished product didn’t last long for the price paid.

They have pics up of nails that noone can do in their salon. False advertisement. They can only give you a manicure and pedicure and do basic acrylics. If you want anything fancier than that, LeVu isnt the place for you.

I made an appointment to get a pedicure. I was the last one in the salon to get my nails done. Even a lady that walked in got her nails done before me. They take for ever. Don’t recommend.

I came here this morning to get my wedding nails done with my bridesmaids and we had the best experience! They were so funny, kind and attentive to detail. They were also quick we were out in about an hour! All of our nails look amazing! I will definitely come here and recommend to a friend 😁

The guy who did my pedicure was super rude and told me no one could do designs as I have been there a few times to get my nails done and had design work done . So as I wanted a cute pedicure for the 4th of July I got attitude, rushed, and not what I wanted.

Me and my sister both got our nails done and they look great! First time there and they were super friendly and affordable. We both got full sets of acrylics both regular polish, mine were 35$ because I got coffin, hers were 30$.

I usually dont leave reviews for any services but this visit requires one... this was my first visit to the salon and it didnt make an impression 🙃 It seems that technicians were super nice and friendly to their regulars... i didnt feel welcomed and comfortable...which I think its unfortunate. The bigger issue for me was the way my no chip was removed by the technician using the electric buffer. I never have the no chip removed by the electric buffer/drill! It ruins the nail plate!!! Then after this procedure almost my entire hand was placed in a bowl filled with warmed up acetone. What happened to the cotton ball soaked in the acetone and placed directly on the nail technique?This place was recommended by someone and I do hope they receive a quality treatment and service when they go there, but for me it was just a bad experience.

Im really sorry, I never leave negative reviews, however this experience warrants one. Ive been here a few times, and always had a good experience and would always recommend people to come here, UNTIL my last visit.The man who did my nails seemed to be in a rush, he cut into the skin of 3 of my fingers by sanding them too aggressively and didnt apologize or even slow down when he saw that I was bleeding.He kept trying to get me to pay more for a French Tip when I asked for a solid color, and then ignored me about 3 times when I asked for the color swatches, so by the time I finally was able to pick my color he was halfway done with my nails and I felt rushed.To top it all off, he asked me to pay before he ever even applied the color to my nails. I have never been asked anywhere to pay before my nails are complete. I was charged $50 for a no chip acrylic set, one solid color, when everywhere else Ive gone Ive never been charged over $40 with the exception of tip, and my nails were mediocre.I hate being that person to leave a review like this, but I felt it necessary under the circumstances. 😕

My friend and I both went and both agreed the services were not the greatest. My main reason for posting is to warn people that it’s not clean. They didn’t wipe down one thing while we were there. I called prior to making the appointments and they said they were being very clean and limiting the people in there due to Covid but when we arrived for our appointments there was already 6 people in there. Everyone kept rotating using the dryers and touching everything in there and the staff did not wipe down anything even once while we were there for an hour and a half.

This place was amazing! They are completely honest with you when it comes to your design because they don’t want you do be disappointed! I will definitely be going back!!

They have all these pictures of what they can do and everything I showed they couldn’t do. The guy rushes through my nails, the filing wasn’t good at all. I paid $60 to settle for a no chip French tip. Could’ve done it myself, the talent of the pictures is very deceiving. I won’t be returning and taking myself to Walgreens to fix my shape of my nails 😫

A bit expensive

After searching on Google for a nail salon near my house, I finally decided to give this place a try. They took their time with each service it made me feel completely relaxed! Will definitely come back again.

They did an amazing job with the gel on my nails and was pleased with the result. The ambiance here is perfectly clean. It was so nice to be pampered by women that seemed to be loving life.

Its hard to find a good nail shop for good prices. They offered me a drink and got me in right away. I will definitely be coming back!

This is like the go to place ! Its first come first serve and they always have people here! But they move super fast! I love my nails! They asked me what I wanted and I got just that !

The ladies who work here are great and our pedicures looked nice, but the guy who seems to be running the place was totally careless and inconsiderate. He acted as though it would only be a few minutes for 2 pedicures, but then we waited 25 min just to get to chairs. As we were sitting down, I asked if we could have an express pedicure since we only had 45 min before we had to leave and he said it would just be 10 more minutes and we should be fine, But then we waited another 20 min! In the meantime he started manicuring a woman who came in after us. Felt like we were just dollar signs... Made us late and made me not want to come back.

Love my nails! The experience is great. The staff is friendly & personable. Best no-chip I ever had.

Amy is awesome but everyone is nice. My no chip lasts up to 3 weeks sometimes.

This is the BEST nail salon in the Crown Point area. Amy and Lee will treat you royally! They do a perfect job on both manis, Pedis AND eyebrows!

Wonderful service. Friendly owner. Fun relaxing atmosphere. Pedicure - Whirlpool foot spa, Salt Scrub, Citrus rub, Hot stones and towels, amazing massages!!! No other nail place does it like they do!! The best part is they do NOT shave my callouses!! They use a pumice and file for smoothness. My heels and toes have NEVER gotten painfully cracked open a week or two afterwards like they do at almost every other salon in the area I have tried. The No Chip manicure on my regular nails always last the two weeks minimum. They are very detailed and meticulous about the manicures and polish. The pedicures generally last until I am forced to clip my toenails because theyve grown. There were only a couple times I had polish come off before two weeks (because of the weird way my nails grow) and they happily fixed them for free. There might be fancier places to go, but for quality and service, support this nice Hometown business!! And there is no extra upcharge for french polish.

They always listen to how I want my nails or pedicure. They are so helpful and always willing to make my nails just how I want them. Thank you!

Perfect, so far I found something good!

Best gel nails in Crown Point, lasted 2 weeks and were done with great detail. No smudges or sloppy edges! Super friendly employees and cozy atmosphere.

Enjoyed the pedicure. They were taking their time and I felt very relaxed! Will be going back!

When I went to LeVu spa, the girl I had was supper sassy, and rude and went as fast as she could to get my nails done. She was just rude, and I definitely will not be coming back, and I dont recommend this place!

This is by far the worst set of acrylics I’ve ever gotten put on. After having done them a second time, i still absolutely hate them. The shape is terrible, and my fingers are shredded. I wish I would’ve walked out.
