I had a great experience here and would highly recommend! My nail tech Megan did a great job. Make sure to make an appointment asap when wanting to come here. The store only have 3 nail technicians here so the spots fill up quickly.

Luxe nails is an amazing small business to support. In times like these its important to put our business back into our community. I have known the owner for over 10 years and she has always gone above and beyond to make me comfortable and provide amazing service with very reasonable prices. No one one does nail art like Megan and I truly appreciate how she takes her time. She recognizes that our hands and feet are walking advertisement for her so she will not send you out the door until every thing is perfect. She is clean and courteous and very friendly.

I see Megan, the owner, and she is awesome! Love her and how meticulous she is to detail and how she treats her clients. Everyone that works there is super nice and very considerate of all the clients. Have and will always recommend Luxe Nails to everyone I know!!!

Wasn’t greeted when I walked in. Very rude and off putting. Salon wasn’t packed at all. I wanted to try them based off of the reviews but first impressions go a long way. Even if I was on the phone, I could of still been attended too. I ended the call shortly after walking in. I’ve managed a nail salon before and that’s definitely not an excuse. I found you all on google maps, so unfortunately I did not read the salon rules on the site. Please update your cellphone and salon policy via google so that people may not encounter the same unpleasant experience I did. A simple apology would have went I long way. Again, I managed a salon for years and always put the customer first. Especially, if they are claiming to have a bad first time experience. You never know the clientele you are servicing but no worries. 😉 Have a great day.Update: Maam, if the waiting area was closed, then you should of had some type of indicator on the furniture like other salons that are actually abiding by Covid 19 policies. If you dont take walk-ins then your door should be locked at all times to prevent confusion. The young lady who walked in before me sat in the same area. Im assuming she must of missed the memo on the site about the waiting area being closed too huh? Furthermore, you had no receptionist at this supposed reception area that I missed. Let me not fail to mention that the lady who came in before me didnt go to any reception area either. I followed her lead. Also, how did you accidentally overlook me but somehow noticed I came in on my phone. That seems to contradict your statement. So, I am confused too. To the people reading this, if you own a business, proper etiquette would be to apologize and offer the customer a chance to have a different experience but the owner clearly did not want my business nor did she try to offer me a way to book after pretending to not see me. My response would be to offer a new potential client a card and explain to them how to book online and what the standard procedures are. After being gone for military training, I just wanted to find a place to relax and be treated like a human being, so I look up a business on google maps, tried them out and it went bad. I have a right to express my displeasure. You owe it to people who are trying to patronize you to make them feel good. Instead of a simple, Im sorry, how can we make this better, please book online, I am meet with confrontation. This is so inappropriate on so many levels! I really hope you do not judge or treat another person the way you are treating me and instead of being defensive, take the time to think about how this could have been rectified rather than you fighting with me via a google review.On another note. I went to another salon and they were may more friendlier. They actually greeted me, asked me to step to the reception desk and scheduled me for an afternoon appointment because they were booked for the morning.

I was searching for a new salon with a technician that was very meticulous and detail oriented because I am very picky. I searched many salons in my area and this one had a 5 star review across the board and I now know why. I got the best manicure and sculpted nails I have ever had! I saw Melissa and she is awesome! All of the ladies were so nice and social. Melissa got the shape perfect and the Polish and design was beautiful! And their prices are reasonable. I have found my new salon home I would 100% recommend Luxe Nails!

Megan always does a great job making sure you get exactly what you want! The salon is clean and gives off a nice vibe. All the nail techs are friendly and polite.I would recommend booking online through yelp because the appointments fill up fast. If you want to do a walk in I would recommend calling ahead to make sure they can get you in. Since walk ins are only taken if they have the availability that day.

Really great service. Megan is a fantastic nail tech. She did some really cool fun nail art. You show her picture and she can pretty much do it all. Really great job! And the online booking site is really convenient and easy to work.

Megan is great! she always does a great job! and is very reasonable. They are very nice there. I have been going to Megan for over 3 years and wouldnt go to anyone else. they have fabulous rock star colors as well and she is good with designs. Give them a try you wont go anywhere else!!

This was definitely on my top worst nail experiences. I booked online also because they never answer the phone. The hours posted are not valid they make it up as they go. This was my second time so called second chance I gave this shop to do my nails. They do not use a drill. They waste your time along with cut open all your cuticle beds. I’m posting a picture to verify how bad it is I had to stop before I even got anything new done. Took over an hour to scrape an emery board against my gel polish to look like this mess. Then had the nerve to take $40 out of my $100 I handed to the nail tech Megan stating that I owe that for the hour it took to do the damage she did. Horrible customer service. The shape was awful no where near close to what coffin looks like. I am posting a third and fourth photo at a different shop just 2 hours later to get my nails fixed and done right.

I needed to kill some time on a recent trip to Crown Point, so I decided to get my nails done. After some online research I made an appointment with Megan. She was able to squeeze me in at the last minute. I was so glad! Not only did they have the perfect color but the no-chip mani turned out flawless! I was in and out quickly. Megan was super friendly and you cant beat the price! Next time I am in town I will definitely be going back!

Called twice two different days and apparently they dont want business they cant even return calls

I walked in (which the door does say accepts walk-ins) and I was barely greeted by the worker. My mother said, Hi how long for two manicures? and the worker says Next opening is Tuesday. We say, Okay never mind thanks, and she gave us quite the look and didnt even say thank you have a nice day. If you want good business and reviews I suggest to first have some customer service skills. Whether you were getting our money or not you never know the power of our mouths. Had she of been nice maybe I would go back or even refer the salon. The salon was very small and was overwhelming upon walking in because the clients getting their nails done were pushed against the door and it felt as though I was walking over them. Not comfortable what so ever. I would much rather go else where with at least some space. The salon also smelt dirty and did not look very organized/clean. Also I checked the website and on the home page the first sentence uses the wrong word. It says Were not your average nail place. It should be Were not your average nail place. That is also not a very professional look.

I get my nails done by Holly every 3 weeks. She does an amazing job on my rockstar acrylics and rockstar toes. She is also very funny and we chat like weve been friends for years. I get my nails done every two weeks....great service, clean establishment, great location.

The online hours are different then the hours they have listed on the the Front door. They opened at 9am today, we showed up at 9:30 am. All the doors were locked with no lights on and nobody there. From what we saw from the outside its a very small place, they only have 2 nail stations.

If youre by appointment only advertise this so ppl wont waste time coming to be told youre booked😐
