Best place for an Eyebrow wax! Erika is normally who I get my brows waxed by, and let me tell you she is AMAZING!! I have thick/stubborn brows and she always follows my natural shape perfectly!! Ask for Erika if you’re getting a brow wax! I recently got my brows waxed by Carmen since Erika was unavailable and She was great! Messed up my natural shape on the bottom a tad but otherwise good! Great place, super friendly, and inviting!

Lauren is always so professional and makes me feel so comfortable. She does an awesome job with all of my waxes and is so thorough with her explanations to put you at ease. Julia did such a great and even spray tan. The experience was easy and comfortable. She was able to pick the color based on your individual skin tone. I loved how it does not smell after and did not leave me feeling sticky like some spray machines do. Would highly recommend!

I had never had eye lash extensions before until last year when I had an appointment with Tailor. I didn’t know anything about them or what to expect. She explained the whole process to me and how to care for them.I always look forward to my eye lash appointments because she makes the process enjoyable!!I have a 5 year old son who usually has to come with me to my appointments and Tailor always makes him feel welcomed. Jordan is amazing!!! I messaged her on Instagram and we were able to go about my hair thoughts there. She provided me with how to book my service, then went above and beyond with my hair. Ashley M is the BEST when it comes to lashes! She took the time to talk to me about everything from how I wanted them to look, to what could and couldnt be done, to how to take care of them and more! Shes so helpful and time flies by when shes working on your lashes because she is so easy to talk to. And she is an absolute artist when it comes to applying your lash extensions. You wont find the pretentiousness here that you do at most other salons in the area that somehow forget they are not actually located in Chicago. My most recent appointment was a lash fill with Bella, and she did an amazing job! She listened to what type of look I prefer and was mindful of it during the application while paying attention to the health of my lashes. I had such a great first experience here with Jordan and Kelly! It was also my first time doing anything to my hair and the girls were super informative about how to care for my newly dyed hair.Jordan did the blonding on my hair and Kelly did the toning/blowout. Alex is the absolute best! I came to her for a chemical peel because of bad acne and the dark marks the acne leaves behind. I’ve had 3 sessions now and I notice a complete difference. I still have a long ways to go, but from what I’ve seen so far I’m in awe. Alex is kind, caring, and extremely knowledgeable about acne and the best products to use and not to use. She takes the time to truly understand your situation and she creates a plan of action for success. Because of the products she’s recommended, my acne is nearly nonexistent after about 2 months. I’m so thankful to have met her and I can’t wait to come back in the near future to keep the skin healing process going!

I haven’t had my lashes done since 2019 for my wedding. I decided to get them done for my baby shower and chose to go to Bella based on her work I’d seen in pictures. The pictures lived up to the hype because even being 8 months pregnant I feel so beautiful and will be going back for fills! I made an appointment to get my teeth whitened for a wedding and Sydney was great! She was super sweet and explained the process to me and was very informative about what I had to do and how long it took and made sure I was comfortable throughout it all! Saw Julia for a spray tan and she did an incredible job!! The tan was very even-toned and the color looked so natural! She gave great recommendations for selecting the right shade and the overall customer service was great

Signature celebrity facial was nice. Heather was nice. Salon was crowed when you walked in. Had racks of clothing to sell in the way of the door and in the very small waiting area. No social distancing possible here. Room where facial was performed was super small. When the client arrived for appointment of whatever was happening across the tiny hall, I was unable to fully relax. I could hear everything they were talking about. I felt like I was sharing a room with them it was so loud. When I was leaving, there was a client with their feet hanging out in the hall because that room was so small. The table didnt even fit in the room.I think they have outgrown this space, possibly. It seems as if they were making do with what they had. It was too cluttered and small. All the people were very nice though. Definitely not a spa like experience or calm or soothing. Disappointed for how expensive everything was.

Love love love this salon. The environment is fun and welcoming, the decor is amazing, the staff is educated and has knowledge of all their products, and Taylor Cohs is absolutely incredible. Down to earth, sweet, professional, accommodating, and she has some serious coloring skills. Love my hair every time.

I have yet to be disappointed by any service at Moda. Lauren is my absolute go-to for waxing — seriously, I drive an hour and a half for every appointment because I refuse to see any other esthetician in Indiana! She is 100% conducive to your needs and comfort has been here absolute priority, which makes the sometimes a bit awkward experience of a Brazilian a million times more enjoyable! She’s super fun to chat with; I always enjoy being treated as more than just a customer, but a friend too. You’ll find that with most of the gals here!I also got my hair completely restyled and colored by Savannah back in December. Absolute in L O V E with it from the start, and I cannot wait to get back in soon!You are getting your money’s worth at this place, guaranteed.

Seriously, I went in for a brow design and had the best time…who can honestly say they had fun getting their eye brows done, lol. That’s the type of place this is! So good!

I recently started getting eyelash extensions without a lot of background knowledge, Bella explained the whole process to me and my mom and taught me how to care for them. I absolutely love them and always look forward to getting a fill with Bella!
