STAY AWAY!!!!!! Do not go to this place. The owner does not care about Clients. I scheduled a appointment yesterday and was there 10 minutes early. After waiting a good 40 minutes the owner never showed up. Totally unprofessional. Will never fo there again. Learned my lesson.

This hair stylist is very unprofessional IF YOU DONT LIKE HER WORK SHE WILL PERSONALLY ATTACK YOU . I seriously recommend never coming to her. Anyone that would call a potential client out of their name is seriously unprofessional. She acts like a little kid and not an adult at all!

First time here today. Marissa colored and highlighted my hair and a trim and blow dry. She was professional and pleasant. Took her half the time I used to spend to get similar done. Very pleased and will def be back. Its also very pretty and spacious inside.

Marissa is awesome. I have been to several salons all over IL and some in IN. I was greeted and felt welcome instantly. Not always the case in the larger salons. LOVE what Marissa did to my hair. Fixed the color and did a 4 color pallette. Recommend this salon 100%.

WORST SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. If I could rate the salon with a 0 or no stars I would. I went to this salon to treat myself and have a relaxing day. My experience was ANYTHING BUT THAT. I waited nearly 40 minutes because they over booked. The woman I had an appointment with didn’t greet me or apologize for being behind schedule. Once I go into the chair I showed pictures of what I wanted and specifically said I did not want my hair cut. Well, she cut my hair and I got the “Rachel” haircut, a trend popular in 1999 not what was in any of my 2017 pictures I showed her. In addition, I received chunky highlights. Again, NOT what I asked for. The highlight bleed through the foil and my highlights are spotty like ppl-a-dots at the top. When I left the salon I realized the toner left my hair blue. Legitimately blue. I contacted the stylist RIGHT AWAY and heard nothing back. After a couple weeks living with this hair I finally worked up the courage to go into the salon and complain and they did NOTHING for me. I was asked, “what do you want me to do about it” from the stylist. I asked for the manager and she reference that I may have done my hair myself and took no ownership to the botched job. No apology, no ownership, nothing but blaming, excuses and poor professionalism. The absolute worst service of my life!!! You couldn’t pay me to go back there!I’m not one to go back and complain. It took a lot of courage for me to go back in there and say that I was unsatisfied. Hair stylist are artists and I respect their work. It was unfortunate how this was handled.

An absolutely horrifying experience. The stylist that I saw was very friendly, but she totally screwed my hair up. The top half of my hair was bright orange and the bottom half was purple. I just wanted to cry. She colored it for a second time and all it did was just lighten the colors. She said she could try to fix it again and I just wanted to leave by that point. I was so upset that I even forgot her name. It was my first and last visit there.

Beyond disappointed. I could cry. She messed up the color and highlights. She Attempted re-dying and color correction 3 times. And it isnt even close to what I asked for! Awful! Its embarrassing! From now on I will continue to color my own hair, a box of any brand from any store looks better than what I walked out with. Sick to my stomach 😫 absolutely horrible and ugly.

Mariza always does an amazing multi color job! Im talking pink blue and purple highlights throughout. The salon has a very homey feel. Im usually there for several hours but time flies as conversation flows throughout. Mariza is also very accommodating, patient and understanding when it comes to scheduling. I have been going here for two years now and highly recommend this salon!

I came here after a friend had recommended a stylist named Erin, and I was not disappointed! She did an amazing job! I will definitely be back.

There are various hairdressers there, just like any salon. My girl is Beth Burkus. I dont know what Id do without her. She left the place she was at, so I went somewhere else for a while. She let me know where she was and it was like coming home. Does exactly what you want and offers suggestions.

Kristen was great. We came from out of town and she did highlights and cut for me and cut for husband. Scary going somewhere new but friendly and happy with the results.

I have never left a bad review online before. But, I was really unhappy with this salon. When I called to make an appointment, I told them I was looking for a new hairdresser and would like one of their best hairdressers. Then asked the price for a haircut.But when I arrived at this Salon, the staff was rude. They didn’t greet me, and I was standing around at the front desk for awhile. When my hairstylist did greet me, it was short and without a smile. While she was washing my hair, she was really rough and didn’t say a word to me. After, I told her my hair is pretty hard to brush through while wet, she just said okay. She then took a very fine tooth comb and brushed my hair that way. Again she was very rough and it was very uncomfortable. She still didn’t say a word to me. The haircut was fine, a little more face framing then I asked for, but nothing dramatic.While my hair was COMPLETELY WET she asked me how I liked it and handed me a mirror..... After I told her it’s pretty hard to tell when my hair is so wet. She roughly dried it and then said I was finished. When it was finally time to pay, it was DOUBLE THE PRICE than what I was told over the phone. Needless to say, I will not be going back. Not only was that a very rude & painful experience (literally) it was far more expensive then it should have been. I just feel very ripped off!!!

The new owner (Marissa) of this place is very unprofessional!!! Her staff is just as rude as her! I would not recommended this place to anyone!!! They dont call you back or answer their phones. I scheduled an appointment because i loved Jackie (who is no longer there)and then when I got there they told me I could not get what I wanted done and walked away from the chair like I was not important, without even asking me to reschedule. Then when walking out I told the owner how rude her staff was to me and didnt not want to come back!...her response, OK, bye! Smh not a good way to start a productive business ladies!!!

Shame on you! Ruined my hair! I asked for a trim, the ‘owner’ Mariza chopped my hair. When I left it was curled & I couldn’t tell the damage. Now she’s posting MY NAME & personal info in Facebook groups. Will be making a police report for harassment!

Very happy went on Friday I went from dark brown to blonde bombshell in a few hours thank u so much mariza I love my hair looks so good your very nice and polite my husband loved his hair cut we are definitely coming back to u and only u!!! Your so great and your salon is so clean and good u got my roots good and totally blonde I’m so happy THANK U!!
