Best massage I have had in a long time. Santina was so welcoming and friendly and was an amazing massage therapist that I highly recommend. Since she is the only one she really takes to time to get to know you and your needs/ troubled areas to help during the massage. Shes very accommodating to schedules and was able to squeeze me and I was grateful. I went in with terribly tense shoulders and came out with my shoulders not aching from the tension. She really helped get the knots out and aided in my relaxation. I look forward to my next massage!

I had high expectations because of Santinas high ratings on yelp and here... and ::drumroll:: -- my expectations were met and even exceeded! Santina was very professional and effective. I have had about 8-10 massages in my life; the massage was the most effective and best that I have had. Furthermore, she was very helpful in making communication about pressure easy and comfortable. She was also easy to talk to and yet also comfortable with silence. I booked a second massage for the next month!

Definitely recommend Body Focus. Took care of all my knots on my neck and shoulders and cant wait to go back.
