I forget the ladys name at the front desk but she is always a joy to speak with. Dr. Greiner is everything you want in a doctor. Dr. Nawas however was not the most personable doctor Ive had.

Just ok. The doctor spoke at me, rather than with me. The PT was not as hands on as I expected.. The at home exercises were good. Billing was also an issue, but were able to reconcile the differences in quoted price vs actual price.

I was bait and switched! At their office they told me my insurance would cover 95% of the cost. I had basically a sprained ankle and thought for such a low price I would go twice a week to get it taken care of (my ankle had bothered me for well over a year).After a month of this, I come in one day and they let me know my bill is due of over $1,000!! I couldnt believe it! Well it turned out that the lady at the front desk had read my insurance wrong. I then talked to the manager and tried to find out if we could work something out; after all the only reason I did so many sessions was because it was so cheap.I waited nearly 6 months for the manager to get back to me, and then he pretty much told me there was nothing they could, even though THEY MESSED UP! I cant believe this. So now I am on the hook for this massive bill!To be clear, the physicians were great. But it was clear after everything, that I was really just a paycheck for somebody and that they didnt care about my well being. They just wanted their money.

Couldnt walk for 2 years doctor Nawas Diagnosed me with hip replacement necessary on both sides. I asked for both hips to be replaced at the same time and he agreed the staff was awesome the pain was minor I was up and walking by myself in 3 weeks and have a highest regard for that office and the people in it
