Even when I moved to FL, I could order by phone & get what I needed mailed out quickly. I’ve had good experiences in person & over the phone for several years now. Definitely recommend highly!

So I decided to treat myself today and made the long drive here, came in when the one customer was leaving. I asked if the ladies could help me with dry skin issues and maybe I didnt state what I wanted very well, but it was clear that they were now looking past me to the other people who had now entered. A nicer dressed woman and a man who was there to treat his wife. She was looking at a $7 brush versus a $30 brush. Before they came in, the one associate did let me try a couple moisturizers, but it was so very clear that they didnt want to spend time on me. I just want to say this. Dont judge a book by its cover ladies. That barn coat I was wearing was very expensive as were the yoga pants and shirt. I dressed for the weather, since just last night I climbed into a ditch to make sure that the person who turned over their SUV, had escaped. I was there to spend on myself...treat myself and went ahead and bought what I really needed (2 tubes of makeup and some primer - $101.00), but I was ready to BUY...and I did have plenty of money, so your lack of interest in my wants or needs (and I was very nice, not at all demanding), lost you not only todays sale (I wanted much more than what I purchased), but I will now make every attempt to avoid purchasing there. One of you was far more unfriendly than the other (actually the one lady seemed nice, but distracted with office work and then the more promising looking customers that came in), but it took me a minute to realize that neither of you really cared if I left happy or found what I was looking for. Merle Norman has changed in the 30 years I have used their product, but I hope to find a better experience at the next location that I try. You didnt even take my info to track my purchase or make sure I was on YOUR mailer. I have been in your store many times (even at the previous location) and its never been great? But today finished me off and honestly just made me feel so disappointed.
