Dr.Hanowell is the best, he absolutely knows his calling. He has a wonderful staff also. Very informative and compassionate with you, he never recommends any unnecessary procedures. Which Ive experienced with other doctors. I trust him completely. ,👍🏼

I have been coming to Dr Hanowell and his wife for years and I have Always been treated with care, concern by him and All staff! He and his team exemplify excellent patient care from the moment you enter the door. Dr Hanowell takes his time with his patients and he really listens and take all necessary steps and protocols to offer the very best that he can to all! If you are having persistent pain and are tired of suffering, I refer All to this office and you will be taken care of with the quality and care that All people deserve.

During my visit with Dr Hanowell, nothing was offered to numb the area or help me relax prior to the injections in my lower back. Dr Hanowell’s response was “you should have ask for something to help relax and numb the area of injections”. I didn’t know I had any options for none were ever offered. My lower back is still painful and I still use a cane for support while walking.On a side note Raleigh was always very helpful and courteous.

Dr. Michael is not a pain management dr. He refuses to give pain medication! He only wants to do procedure after procedure. His ex was a wonderful, caring Dr. Sadly she left the practice.

Dr Hanawell and his staff were very professional and polite. Doctor explained the procedure for the second time and everything went just fine. Walked in and no time walked out. Very satisfied satisfied

Dr. Hanowell does not have a very good bedside manner and the fact that he doesnt use pain medication stronger than over the counter isnt great either. I am a caregiver and my bosses mother had a terrible experience I was there to witness. He told jokes that were in very bad taste for everyone to hear. I wasnt impressed and she hasnt been back since.

Dr. Hanowell spends time wiith his patients and explains in detail the procedure he plans to perform and also explains why procedures may not be effective. His staff is also friendly and well trained. Newton county is proud he selected us for his practice.
