Gran Recovery in Covington, GA is great for the 30-day admission period. Do not let any top-level person talk you in to moving down the hill. Once the do that, they harass the tenants, they force them to get work and then kick them out when they have to work overtime. They constantly move people rooming together that get along and make them move in with new persons and they will break into your apartment and room when they are working and harass those that they pressured to get work by not arriving back on time knowing they are working construction and concrete jobs that can last all night. They pressure residents and do not care about them anymore once in Apartments. All they want is the federal money for new admissions.Do not put your loved ones in long term at GRAN. And when they (your loved one) gets kicked out when they relapse and overdoses and dies, the GRAN administration will tell residents they cannot attend the funeral of the person they kicked out that died.Beg every Judge, Prosecutor not to order addicts to GRAN Covington. Bet them to send them to another facility. Your loved one has not a chance there.FROM:A Father that had his Daughter there and lost her due to their self-arrogance of the GRAN Staff and refused to help her in more recovery.

I was given a another chance to save my life. I left the treatment facility with Grace and Hope. I encourage others not to let anyone tell you Rehab is too difficult. The staff here soars among the rest!!!! You too can feel the change in your life every moment you are there! I love yall GRAN

This is the rehab I checked into in 2002. I relapsed a couple times after I got out but this is where my recovery began. Ive been sober for 13 years now. Ron delay was an awesome man who I credit with helping me to open my eyes. Curtis the counselor as well although I dont remember his last name. If youre down and out at rock bottom give this place a shot. Income based prices so if you are at rock bottom this place is cheap. I think I paid $700 for the 30 day program. Eveyone else there was at rock bottom too. There was some serious effort being put in by these guys to get clean and sober. I refer ANYONE to this place who needs treatment. The expensive rehabs didnt work for me. Nobody in a $100,000 rehab is at rock bottom. 5 stars! Thank you gran recovery!

I came here in October 2016. Court ordered This place was great. I felt very welcomed, never judged, the employees are wonderful and they dont just read from a book they have had their own struggles with addiction so they relate and for me I listened more just BC of that I completed the program and over the 30 days I honestly can not think of anything I did not like , ok maybe one of the lunches we were served. :)

I found it quite unprofessional that it took them 13 days to decide that I would be better off somewhere else. 13 days in which I stayed there and participated in all the classes and therapy sessions and work. It took the staff 13 days to come to this decision even though it is only a 30-day program. I was just about half way through the program when they decided to refer me to a halfway house down in Tampa, FL that had at least 5 pill mill Pain Management clinics no more than 10 miles away. Add the fact that staff looked the other way when it came to drug use as long as rent was paid and there was no surprise when almost instantly I relapsed and was back to abusing opiates and alcohol once again. SMH.

GRAN Recovery is like that first step down the path of recovery. Most of the staff are addicts themselves and the staff that are not addicts have all had painful struggles just as real to themselves as any addicts addiction is to them bc of drugs wether it be their parents, sisters or brothers, husbands or wives or children using & such. Every staff member that was at GRAN during my treatment period made time to listen to you, taught us tools to use in everyday life to stay clean and one of the best things about GRAN staff is that even tho you cant just come & go as you please, cant stay in bed past 6:30am every day, are expected to put real thought & effort into groups that clients still yet arent treated like prisoners on lockdown line some treatment centers do. GRAN can not get you clean & then keep you clean!!! You have to decide that being free from drugs is what you want for yourself & YOU have to put in the footwork EVERYDAY for a drug free, happy & better way of life or it just turns into getting yourself stuck in that vicious cycle again. For me GRAN is the best step into a better happy clean life. Hope everyone the best.
