Refused to honor appointment I had with Dr for a month. I was prompt and on time for appointment. Front desk didn’t communicate with back staff that I had both labs and an appointment with DR therefore I suffered at the hands of their mistake. Receptionist told me there was “nothing she could do about it.” Offered me an appointment later that evening (I had to go to work) or 2 weeks away. Medication refill appointment for mental health? Who needs that right?

Debra and Beth were particularly nice when they went out of their way to go the extra mile. There is just no way that I can think of to repay them for their pleasantries.
