Terrific!!My counselor is wonderful. Everyone I have met with are kind and compassionate. They are flexible with my ever changing schedule and speak Spanish, and I love that I can reach my counselor just about any time.

I came in to meet this woman. I was sent there on a professional matter. Hours later after meeting her I received a call from Angela Clarke. She was so unprofessional insulting the way I dress, my hair and saying I didn’t look like a lawyer to her. And this is after she says she is pro black. I have been licensed to practice law for almost 10 years. I was very professional and respectful with her. She had no reason to make that phone call after our meeting and say those things. That was the most disrespectful, unreasonable and unprofessional telephone call I have ever had with someone I met in a professional capacity. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with her for anything.

I love this counseling service! The atmosphere was so welcoming time I walked into the building. You can also tell that the employees genuinely want to help you and to make sure that you have a satisfied visit. My overall experience with this company was great!

Wonderful place to receive counseling .This place offers different services other then just therapy. Everyone is always so friendly and willing to help. Staff always makes me feel welcomed. I enjoy coming here and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great therapy services.

This office has gone down hill since I started bringing my son here. They dont call to set up an appointment they just automatically make one for you and call you two days before hand to confirm your appointment that you didnt even know you had. You also have to wait for hours to be seen by anyone other then the nurse. I recommend that you do not come to this office. I will be changing as soon as I find someone else to take my son.

If I could I’d give the COMPANY A negative 100!!! The company’s CEO as she calls herself is a Complete Moron!!! My son has been in therapy there on and off for two years. He has NEVER missed his appointments however when you call there always some one answering the phones either gives someone else’s information (HIPPA VIOLATING) or the incorrect information! This place needs Therapist’s for the staff!!!!! They have 100 year old doctors that just want some company! The faculty is Old And the staff is ALWAYS CLUELESS go somewhere that values the patients and HIPPA REGULATIONS

OWNER A.C VERY RUDE HUNG UP ON ME because she had people in front of her CLEARLY SHORT STAFFED.. The worst I have EVER DEALT WITH this office never answers their phone so if you miss an appointment or need to reschedule you are OUT OF LUCK unless someone from the office calls you and thats EVEN IF YOU LEAVE A VOICEMAIL. Then they tell you that you should have tried calling when I have called 5 or 6 times in a day... Only has a Doctor Avalible 1 day a week and sometimes less than that. Past few times they didnt have my daughters info on file to rewrite the SAME 2 prescriptions she has been given the past 6 months every 30 days from this office. Therapists are seemingly ok Doctors change very often. This office is just ridiculous misplaces paperwork I made a request for my daughters diagnosis in september and it is now FEB and i am STILL REQUESTING IT.... IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILDS MENTAL WELL BEING DONOT GO TO THIS OFF. They are full of neglect for the patient. Im not sure how they are even still open.

They literally dont pay staff and send emails demanding they make contact with people who do not need or want that contact. The company gets more than $100/hr for each contact and dont pay staff. Where that money go???

I must express, that my time with ASFC was bumpy in the beginning, because I had not expereinced receiving counseling services. I have a wonderful team that continues to meet my needs. Ms. Green & Ms. Idlette are the best and has made my journey as comfotable as possible. I have gained a lot in understanding myself and regrouping wtih life. Again than you ASFC- Ms. Idlette & Ms. Green.

The office was very unprofessional and unorganized. I ask for my son medical records and they gave me another child information. Please please do not bring your family to this place Im begging you.
