I received a call from the Kenton County Health Department today to let me know I tested positive for COVID-19. My investigator, Holly, handled my interview with the utmost respect, care, and understanding. She took a very scary situation and made me feel comfortable and like she truly cared. It really helped make this whole nightmare situation a little better.May we all give some love to the first responders doing their best for the betterment of our community.Thank you, Holly and thank you Kenton County.

Only rating at a 3 star because of the help they/the government provide for my family. Be prepared to wait hours on end while at your appointment. Ive been there as long as nearly 4 hours before and other times 2 to 3 hours. Most of the people that work there hate their job, or at least act like they hate it. I feel judged by the desk staff when Im there. Ive called 5 to 10 minutes before they close to ask when my appointment was scheduled and even though they are open for 5 to 10 more minutes, they told me to call back in the morning because they all have already logged out of their computers. The doctors are nice and the place is semi clean most of the time. Most families that are there with their children let their children run wild, but its likely that theyve been there for several hours.

This is the worst place to come, I always end up sitting here for 2 hours just to be seen. And I always get the same response, that they are short staffing, I mean it helps getting some of the food items, but its not really worth waiting two hours in the waiting room before even getting called for registration.
