Not nearly as bad as you hear, the hospital has actually gotten every bit as good as the ones in Memphis, I think. Jerry Hamm is the best doctor in the ER. I once watched him take money out of his own pocket to help parents accompany their child to Lebonheur (being transferred via ambulance.) He has a heart of gold and he is PHENOMENALLY educated. He explains, in detail, what your diagnosis is and the best home remedies, as well as medication assisted recovery methods. If you go here, consider yourself blessed to get him!

Absolutely the worst hospital ever. Was there about a year ago, extremely sick. They did a Covid test, flu test, and strep test. All were negative and sent off to the lab for additional testing. The ER doctor never touched me. Didnt listen to my breathing, look at my throat, or nothing. Came into the room and said it was viral and nothing they could do and sent me home. A few days later I was still feeling bad and went to my PCP. Told her about my experience. She pulled my tests from the ER and said my throat culture came back and I had strep. The ER never called me to tell me. Tonight I went for a spider bite on my head. Was nursing it at home until I woke up with a terrible headache and body aches. Went to the ER and was told again there was nothing they could do. Go see my PCP. It wasnt enough of an emergency. I even asked if I should be concerned about the headaches and body aches and was told to take ibuprofen, tylenol, and warm compressions. This is after they squeezed on it and hurt me. I will NEVER go back and neither should you.

I would like my SIM card that you guys took, please and thank you!! My doctor was amazing and some Nurses but one Nurse took my SIM card and I will like it back.

Just tried to call in for help with a kidney stone and they were rude and hung up on me

My father passed away and I went to say goodbye to him at this hospital and the medic told the front desk why I was there and to let me say goodbye and the woman at the desk carries on a conversation with another staff member laughing and giggling while I’m balling my eyes out over my dad I understand that she was laughing at my situation but have compassion for others you work in a hospital and you should have been doing your job instead of playing around. I will never come here EVER. And this isn’t even the only bad experience I’ve had here. I’ll take the drive to st Francis. Y’all should hire better people.

This is honestly the best ER that I have ever been to.I had a botched dental job that left me in the worst pain. We got a complete refund for the dental work as they put a couple of holes in different parts of my mouth,to try to extract a tooth. Eventually they told us that they pulled the tooth threw my nose. I knew none of this information prior to the ER. I had ask the dental office to give me something for the pain but the dental office refused .The next morning I went to the ER they confesses to what they did to me only after my ER tip. I also woke during the surgery at the dental office and remembered them hammering my face,they never put me back to sleep. Dr Tyson saw me and I helped me tremendously. I was so scared and in so much pain. My hope is that he reads this and the nurses that treat me that day because I can’t thank them enough for the kindness and compassion.That was one of the worst and scariest days of my life. Even the women that works the front desk was so nice. I hope I never have to come to the ER again. But I feel much better knowing that if me or my children or husband ever fall sick to were we need the ER that we will be given the best care.Thank you to all that work there. Such a professional team.

Was a pleasant experience for out patient X-rays to be done

I was terrified and so sick when I came into the ER. 3 nurses came to help me make it into a room. The nurse that was assigned to me, Leah, was amazing! Hope to she her again someday under better circumstances! Dr. Nickle was fast and thorough. I thank God for that team of fine, friendly people.

Labor and Delivery dept is amazing! The nurses are so sweet and nice. Definitely was taken great care of! Will be going back whenever I have my next child. Thank you so much for everything yall do!

Terrible care and terrible doctors, they are just there for a pay check, they are contracted doctors, could really care less about helping you, agree they need to close it! Not really worth the one star!

I’ve had to go to this hospital several times for one reason or another and I’ve always felt satisfied with how I and my family have been treated.

The other reviews are accurate, do not go to this hospital if you on your last breath. I went there and Dr. Tyson was on duty that night, first he was loud, I truly believe he misdiagnose me without a physical, he guess what I had and diagnose me. At this point I am going to get a second opinion from another docror with a physical. Please do not visit this hospital you will be better off going to a hospital in Ms., Ark, Memphis

Went to Er tonight nurse Evalynn was very rude without any cause told me I couldn’t come back into room i said ok I understand then proceeded to tell me to go across hall and stay there like I was a dog!Haley at the desk was extremely nice and apologetic thank goodness she was on duty !

This place is awful. It’s dirty. I wasn’t taken care of properly! I’ve been having a lot of pain & pressure in my lower abdomen from my birth control. The pain was so bad to the point where I couldn’t stand at some times. The doctor said that he refused to take it out or look at it, but he will do a urine sample. Then after that, he told me to go the health department to get it taken care of. Wasted my time when I could have just drove to Germantown & could have been treated much better. This was the first & last time I will ever go there. Don’t waste your time people. This place isn’t even worth one star & should be shut down.

This place is a joke... the only this good about this place was the nurses.. I have gout and I went there because I needed something to help treat gout.. well all I got were ibuprofen... and a doctor telling me I have gout... I limped in and limped out.... no one offered a crutch. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I’ll never go back...

Never have we been treated like druggies than this hospital today! My husband suffers from severe irritable bowel syndrome and has had open heart surgery. We went in this morning because my husband was having excruciating pain with his stomach and nausea and vomiting. Dr Bennett treated him like he was a junkie!! We know what helps him when it flares up but him and his nurses were no help. All they said was we just wanted drugs basically! Reporting him tomorrow morning

Absolutely the worst hospital EVER! The Labor and Delivery department is an absolute joke! Scheduled for an induction only to be called 3 hours prior to leaving for the hospital to be told the Dr. doesnt want me there until 5 am this morning. Check in, only to be put in a room and wait for 3 and a half hours and still not even hooked up to an IV or anything!!!! Oh and also told that they cant tie my tubes today and if I want I can return on Monday! Like seriously, my husband took off work for this my family adjusted their schedules so that they can watch my daughter. This type of patient care is unacceptable. Believe me I will be filing a grievance against them if things do not improve.

I feel so sorry for every person that has to go there. Dealt with them for years. Sadly my daughter is there now and I fear for her, shes having palpatations and they want her to go home. Worst hospital ever.

I just wanna give big kuddos to the ER Dept, triage and lab tech for their quick and thorough care they gave me when I came in for chest pain earlier today, They were right on top of EVERYTHING, Thanks so much, God Bless Yall

Absolutely trash. I came in with a massive air mass in my intestines, blood pressure near stroke levels, and discovered I had pancreatitis. Ive told them multiple times Im in pain and need a stronger dose of pain medicine and the doctor decreases my dosage and time between dosage, not to mention that the nurses were regularly late, one time an hour and a half late to give me my meds. I was told I would be served breakfast after 3 days of not eating, I did not receive any meal of any sort so they said they would serve me lunch instead, I never saw my lunch. My IV fluids went out and I called 3 times and waited an hour and had my girlfriend go to the desk and demand they come change it before they did anything, treating me like Im stupid the whole time. Dr. Larkin doesnt seem to care about his patients and only does what he wants to do to make himself look good. If I wanted to be in pain and suffering through it with no aid I couldve stayed home. Not a pleasurable stay and do not recommend you take yourself, friends, or children to this place. 0 stars in my opinion, this place is literally a joke

They missed a fracture in my scapoid bone that was plane as day. I ended up having to have surgery and I took the surgeon the x ray from baptist memorial tipton and he showed me and I seen it and never read a doctor book.

Have been here with my 5 month old son for over 2 hours and have yet to be seen or even put in a room .. They took us out of the waiting room and put us in a different waiting area ... Not cool.

I was told I was going to be induced on 9/14/18 and I got up early to go and I was told that I wasn’t getting induced...30 minuets before I was to start my induction.. I will never use them again.
