Have you been prescribed massage therapy for an injury? Good luck getting care here.After getting recommended here in January I scheduled my first appointment. They were booked out until mid March. I was told over the phone that they were only allowed to book two appointments at a time so I took March 18th and April 1st. First appointment rolls around on March 18th and I go to schedule another. Now theyre booked out until early June. Great. Person at the front desk tells me theres no such rule that only two appointments can be booked at a time, so I proceed to book care on a regular schedule through the end of July. Patiently wait two months with my pain for my 3rd appointment excited that I will finally be on regular care schedule going forward. Fast forward to yesterday. I get a call from Lifestyle Medicine that the LMT I was scheduled with is leaving their practice and all my future appointments were being cancelled. No alternative dates offered, no one available to accomodate my appointments.If you schedule with these clowns I sure hope you dont actually need care. They clearly have some staffing issues.

I tried going with pinnacle a couple months ago, I called out five times with no warning that on the fifth call out that you will be charged a fee & they wouldn’t be able to sch you that you will have to call on a day that is convenient for you to see if there is an opening, I filed two complaints about not properly communicating to their clients, I wasn’t able to actually get service from them due to me calling out but I wasn’t warned about about the limited call outs, I am not pleased with them at all, I found another place I am going to which I really like

These physical therapists know how to make me feel better. Recovering from back surgery is tough but Lauren and Diann made it worthwhile. Thanks ladies!

I have going to Pinnacle Medical Wellness for over two years. What I love the most besides their excellent service is the multi aspects of all their services. I regularly go for their massage services (Amanda is great), worked out in their state of the art gym, and even have gone for physical therapy for my arm injury. Just the fact that they thoroughly monitor you and even have nutritional help. Thank you Pinnacle Team for your great care.

I spent a half hour giving all my information over the phone. It sounded like there was a party going on in the background, just to find out they are booked out weeks in advance. Only available appointments are late morning or midday. Ill be going elsewhere.

Pinnacle Wellness is part of the Valley Medical Ctr HEALTHY FOUNDATION program. I joined in April 2018 and I am VERY HAPPY, with how it works together!!! I have my PT (pool) n Nutrition appts at the Hospital and the exercise at Pinnacle Wellness in Covington.Pinnacle is open 24hrs, has inside n outside cameras for security, water, sweat towels, cleaning product for after using the machines, PT, massage, nutrition n your exercise specialist M-F. (It is not crowded like a commercial gym and it works with my crazy schedule)!!!My exercise specialist will correct me when I’m doing something incorrect and I would rather pay a little more for this type of specialized training when I’m working out.If I need to ice this is available too!They have a GREAT staff support from the front desk to the exercise specialists!!!THANK YOU; Scott, Lanette, Matt, Courtney, Keith and the rest of you all I have yet to meet!

The therapists are very knowledgeable, they have an expert about almost every issue you could have.However the parking for wheelchair users sucks!
