It was a rewarding experience. The staff here are highly involved with ensuring that the customers are always safe and satisfied. I was welcomed with a warm smile and a very positive attitude. The building as well as all of the equipment is very clean and sanitized. If you are looking for a good place to get your daily exercise this will be the place to go.

I have been going to this gym for about 6 months now. Was harassed by staff bc I use an oversized water bottle. They also are requiring proof of vax which is fine but havent seen anything posted on their app, and was never mentioned by any employee until today where they turned me away. I am at this location at least 5x a week and not a word on this requirement.

Great place to come work out middle of the night middle of the day. Staff is always friendly and accommodating to make sure that you are getting the best of your workout and anything else that you need. Planet fitnesses a lot better than LA Fitness, LA Fitness yes does have more options for ethnicities what Planet Fitness is more towards the actual person and benefiting themselves more.

Very clean gym with all the newest machines. The gym recently changed ownership and the new owners are absolutely amazing. Antonio is very helpful and always around if you need anything! I can’t recommend this gym enough!

This is my first time using planet fitness and what I initially did was workout for 2 hours and it was very pleasant and clean. Staff is very friendly answers your questions and the whole atmosphere is a feeling of nobody judging you and Im very serious about that thats really cool. They have screens with different shows playing on them and why youre on a machine you can hook up your headphones to it and listen. Restrooms are clean and they have showers. They have a wide variety of equipment to use and if youre not sure on how to use them you can ask and they will show you. So if youre intimidated by going to a gym dont be:This place is awesome. They have lockers: bring your own lock or they will sell you a lock. There are hair dryers in the locker rooms. No towels are provided, please bring your own.They also sell drinks. Face masks are not required if you are vaccinated. I would recommend this place.

Gym is fine. But 1 star is for weak cell phone signal (okay maybe that’s not entirely their fault) but non working WiFi is their fault. It’s 2021 people. This should have stopped being an issue 15 years ago.

Signed up for a card and was walked through it by a really nice lady there, and for the most part they are nice. Had a couple of incidents where I was told to move by them because I was not walking fast enough and the big entitled guy there called me out for having an attitude. Cant forgive them for that. It is not their place to boss people around. Felt unsafe so I may cancel my subscription there

This is the best PF experience i’ve had.I’ve tried Federal Way and Kent before and they both almost made me quit PF but this location opened so I thought I’d try it. And I am glad I did because it never too busy thankfully in the evenings and it is kept uber clean. There is variety of training equipment for all sorts of workouts and the locker rooms are amazing.Staff has been nothing but absolutely friendly here. Parking is convenient and easy.The only issue I suppose is that there is no way to conveniently enter the plaza because of the dumb divider down the whole road, but I suppose you can’t blame PF for that!I would highly recommend working out here, you will feel safe.

I used to go to 24 Hour Fitness, and have always heard good things about Planet Fitness. I bought a Black Card Membership right when this location opened because it is right by my house. I always felt stressed and judged at the gym. Planet Fitness feels comfortable for me. I feel motivated to learn and grow towards my fitness goals because I actually want to go to the gym! The facility is very nice and clean. Jason and staff are very friendly and keep me coming back!

Really nice staff here. For me it’s not common to feel welcome at a gym. Planet fitness really is a non-judgement zone. The amenities are super nice too.

This is the cleanest gym I have ever used. The equipment is always maintained and in working order. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Signed up with Kelsey and she was terrific, answered all of my questions and was very helpful. Paris helped me and my friend the other day and even when the login was giving her problems she was apologetic when it was unnecessary. All of the staff is very polite and hard working. Starting a customer service based consulting service its easy to notice these things. Thank you

Clean, not many people there. Everyone was wearing a mask, 60 % were wearing them correctly.Staff was friendly and greeted everybody.The music was a bit loud, but that happens at all gyms.

I enjoy it. Havent ever seen the link alarm go off. Little disappointed by that.

It says there open 24hours so I get up get dresses come down to see they are not. It pisses me off when they dont care about peoples time very inconsiderate!!!
