Love my gym! Staff is accommodating 24/7 opening is the plus!!! Dont change!

Typically well-staffed but never adequately stocked on paper towels (in both bathrooms and the gym itself), disinfectant wipes, and shampoo (in bathrooms)… you know, the usual basic sanitation items that one would think a public gym would be well-stocked on in a worldwide pandemic…!The gym itself is pretty claustrophobic with how crammed the space is with machines. With that said, it’s a decent selection of machines. The space itself is pretty small for a gym with its amount of members. When someone has a workout session with the trainers, the trainers seem to try to take up as much space as possible, and even if it’s only one or two people all three of the trainers will join in - further taking up the limited space and being an obstacle to everyone else in the area trying to move around.Finally, they have only one squat rack, one bench press, and one bench press - so people looking for a “real gym” for conventional bodybuilding should probably look elsewhere.

Phones disconnected, came in two months ago to cancel membership (due to move not quality of service) Bring in the written notice, sit down with staff, get written confirmation of cancellation. Told one more month to be paid due to contract (which is fine) however I am still getting billed. I call and the number is disconnected and I am 8 states away. Corporate not offering any assistance.

Like the gym everyones friendly and the machines are easy to work with enjoy going there

I have been coming here for over a year and it has always been clean and well taken care of. The price is very affordable, and Simeon will make you work during your free monthly session. All of the staff has been very friendly and any feedback has always been appreciated. I also like that they do multiple events and classes. Definitely money well spent.

Worked out at this gym today as a visitor with my brother. There were sanitation wipes all over the place. Everyone wiped off their machine before and after working out. Everyone kept a good distance from one another. There was a great friendly black trainer who was working with a group of people very friendly and also had them at a healthy distance.There is also an amazing hydro massage chair that left me feeling greatly relaxed as I left instead of tired.Not yet a member but I plan on becoming one soon!

Nice gym but closing grew sucks! Never any paper towels to wipe off equipment, empty cleaning bottles, dirty used paper towels in water holders. If coming in after or before staff hours bring your own. Staff was made aware but of course nothing.

Very small place where all equipment seems to be all crowded up. When they open last year of course everything was nice and clean. This days the cleanliness is less than desirable even the filter in the water machine it says expired for months. They might offer you a great deal to join to get you in the door but then surprise you with crazy fees. Even when I discontinued the membership they charged me for an extra month and a price guarantee $39 fee thats crazy. Even more I referred a lot of people to come workout here not knowing it was like that. Anytime Fitness in front of Kroger just remodeled their facility and its 4 times the size of this place and it might seem a little more expensive but its worth it.

It is one of the cleanest gyms Ive been to in while. And the employees are the best.

Nice and very clean gym! Equipment is up to date and work accurate. Very friendly staff that makes you feel welcomed coming in the door without judgement. Would definitely recommend anyone in the Covington area to stop in for a workout!

I actually just recently started there a couple days ago trying out this 7 day membership me and my girlfriend really liked it so much we are possible gonna switch over cause its so cheap compared to rest the gyms and actually have working equipment. Its cozy all honesty just need know time before someone leaves that works there cause i work 10-7 and why im on this little 7 day membership to see if i continue to like id rather go in after work and see how enjoyable it is but i like it great place clean litterly seen a woman going around cleaning . nicely done cheap memberships and the trial is nice to see if someone will feel comfortable there again great place i like.

You better not bring ANY guess here, its the ultimate sin apparently. Recently joined here had a nephew visiting from out of town that i have been trying to convence to start working out. When we arrived staff wasnt around so i went to look for someone to discuss the additional fee for him to be there and the female staff member i finally spoke with did a Dr Jekylle and Mister Hyde, was very rude with an attitude telling me if you bring him in here again im chargin you $10, its not what she said but how she said it, i will be cancelling my membership here cant deal with nasty people.

Avoid signing the contract!! They will milk you for every penny they can.

Really enjoy working out here, the gym is small but it never really crowded . Simion (probably spelled wrong lol) is an awesome trainer there. The last few weeks he has been there by himself doing everything on his own, but he always has a positive attitude, a smile on his face, and he still provides amazing workout sessions, even though he sometimes has to stop and assist other customers.

False advertisement that you can cancel at anytime! Instead when I gave my 30 day cancellation, I was charged for the 30 days during cancellation period plus 15 additional days that I wouldnt even have assess to the facility. If you are advertising that you can cancel at anytime, then you should be a company that stands by its word. I have no problem paying for the 30 day cancellation period, but I do not like paying for gym membership and do not have access to the gym. Greed.

A very passive-aggressive, cultish environment. Had the feeling someone would scream and point their finger at me like a body snatcher. All of WOAs are like this. Crazy weird. Its like the members and staff are connected to the Borg - You will be assimilated.

Came At 4am and there was a sign that the business was closed. Anytime is supposed to mean ANYTIME.
