I love Lisa Miller Pediatrics. All of the staff is great, helpful and friendly. The staff is very understanding and dont push antibiotics and are always willing to discuss different treatments or course of action for any situation with your child. There is usually a wait but the staff and level of service is worth it. The staff love children and are great with parents.

The most caring and helpful people! We have been going to Dr. Miller’s office for 12 years. The staff are caring and helpful at all times. Dr. Miller, Dr. Mack, Suzette and Joy are amazing. They know my boys, relate well to them, and have diagnosed issues that we were not even aware of that would have major impacts on their future! I cannot say enough good things about this office!

Wonderful doctor! Dr. Miller is very nice and very thorough with her exam. My nonverbal autistic granddaughter was comfortable the whole time we were there, except for the brief wait time. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. They have all worked so hard to help us find the right treatment and therapy for my granddaughter who was diagnosed during this COVID-19 period. I highly recommend Dr. Miller and all her staff!

Dr. Miller and her staff have seen my daughter since birth. I have referred multiple children to her practice. Sometimes there are wait times however, it is usually due to a serious condition for another child being seen. They make sure your concerns are heard. They ensure your child gets the best care. Her nurses are fantastic. Many have been with her practice for several years!

I have been bringing my children here for 18 years and would NEVER consider going somewhere else. I enjoy all of the doctors, nurse practitioners and nurses. Everyone is always happy to see us andAlways makes my family feel welcome no matter the reason we are there. Anything I need something they are always willing to help me without fail, thank you Dr. Miller for all you have done for us!

I sincerely hope for your sake that Dr. Miller is not your rounding pediatrician if you give birth at St. Rose Siena. Our experience with her was absolutely terrible. Our baby had jaundice two days after delivery and Dr. Miller made multiple comments suggesting I had somehow caused this. She blamed me for having high blood pressure at the end of my pregnancy (asked me if I was working too much) and also told me that it had been too long from the time my water had broken to the time I delivered (she ended up having her numbers wrong on this but blamed it on the nurses). She made me feel absolutely terrible as a first time mom and led us to believe our baby was dehydrated and sick. We went to our regular pediatrician the NEXT day and he said our baby looked perfectly healthy. I am a nurse practitioner and my husband is a pharmacist and we were both shocked at how poor her bedside manner was. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Horrible simple horrible. They not professional at all when it comes down to communicating. And they will have comments on your parenting. There not good at all eather. And Lisa Miller is never there when we go in the office. That shows her commitment to her own office. Just that should let you know what you need to know cause her staff dont know how to let people know anything right. Its actually sad

This is by far the best pediatric practice me and my baby have been to. The office is bilingual which is awesome. You dont wait hours to be seen. They have have a very prompt nurse line. Lastly, its so clean! I would recommend my fellow parents to come here.

The front desk staff are very friendly and polite. There are some really cool fish tanks in the well and sick child areas for the kids to look at which is a fun visual touch to the decor. I have been taking my one year old to Suzette for the past couple of months to treat a very difficult ear infection, and I have found her to be super knowledgeable, friendly and personable. She always answers my questions and concerns. I love that they dont rush you through like the bigger practices do but really take the time to get to know your family..

Havent had any completely discouraging experiences with the doctors or physicians. However, they are quick to prescribe antibiotics for ear infections. Ears may be a little dull in color and antibiotics will immediately be prescribed. I once did not purchase the RX for an ear infection, aka red ear, for my child and my child did not show any signs of infection or further sickness. I understand the importance of them, but discretion on easily handing out antibiotics would be appreciated considering more bacteria is coming resistant to the medication. I also had a problem with billing. They sent a bill stating that I did not pay a co-pay for a sick visit months prior. I went ahead and paid over the phone. Upon reviewing receipts and statements, the sick visitss co-pay was paid and after consulting with billing, a credit was placed on my account. I later visited the office and the credit somehow disappeared. I can also attest to some that say those who answer the phones can be rude at times. Other times super nice.

11+ years later we still adore Dr Miller! She does not conduct sick visits anymore. But she Is there at well checks, sports physicals, etc. As always---what a great experience.!We have been with Dr Millers office since our daughters birth and I continue to have excellent care here. Yesterday we went in b/c DD was ill and had some problems with urine collection...however the office staff was supportive...giving suggestions and help. Then we had a big issue at the pharmacy--again the staff helped and a solution was offered that was better than any I could have hoped for. THEN--we get a call from Dr. Street about the issues we had. I have never in my almost 40 years received a phone call from a Dr. after our visit. I am still very pleased after 4 years.

This place has awful wait times. Its pointless to have an appointment if your going to have to wait an hour, mine as well be first come first serve walk ins. And if you need a paper signed or something that should take five minutes drop it off and wait three days they might get around to it. Just not a very efficient place.

This use to be a great office. However, all the great Drs they had, have left. Dr Miller herself is RUDE and doesnt listen to a word you tell her. She is much more consumed with texting on her phone then listening to your concerns. The office staff is HORRIBLE!! Maryann is a rude old bitter lady who talks to people like they are children. I loved this place at first but, once all the great people started leaving this place is a MESS!!! I give it a few yrs and this place will go under. I wish Dr. Street would leave also and start her own practice. She is the only competent one in the whole office!

I dont see anybody but Dr.mack if its not her I will not see anybody period ! She has seen my daughter since she was born. I do not like the nurses line they do not answer back and they never pick up the phone ! I had one time that I didnt like going because the nurse was very hard on my baby legs giving her shots . my baby legs turned purple and knotted up after that she has had different nurses for shots and has had no problems with the other nurses!

They charge $3 per copy for and paperwork your child may need such as shot records or regular screening which is fine however, it was not filled out the same as the one I recieved the day I got it. It was incomplete. Also. I had to bring my daughter two weeks in a row for the same symptoms to recieve a diagnoses and proper medicine, by this time she already missed school and was sent home for a fever. I dont think i should have paid a co-pay the prior week for no diagnosis just to let things get worse and had to pay it again later.. but I was made to pay it anyway. Make sure you see the doctor. There us a difference.

Lisa Miller started off being my sons pediatrician in 2004. She was great. Over the years, she practically disappeared from the practice and my child had to see a different doctor or nurse practitioner every visit. My sons insurance lapsed one time in 13 years and the practice dismissed my child as a patient because ONE bill in 13 years for $125 went to collections. The bill was paid and they still would not see my child. I am not sure who manages this place anymore but I dont recommend it. The customer service over the past few years has been horrible.

Missing obvious issues with the kids. They also forget to log information. My niece.had constant ear problems and they kept dismissing it. She finally, after years, got tubes in her ears and is doing better. Also, she had to be taken all the way to South Carolina to get a referral for a specialist. Why did the doctor here not notice anything off with my niece? She has been going to this location since birth and she obviously has delays. Prompt and proper diagnosis is very important

My 3 children have been long time patients of LIsa Miller Pediatrics since Birth my oldest being 13. and within the last 2/3 years the customer service of the office staff is a disgrace. It is always something with these ppl. The office manager is no help. She insults your intelligence and speaks with no knowledge of the situation. I have tried a numerous number of times to give them chances because I love the Doctor my kids see but it is no longer worth the drama. IF your child is ADHD DO NOT GO HERE!!! they give you the worst service! Its almost as if they wished you just go somewhere else.
