My kids have been going to this doctor since they were babies.. my daughter is sick and needed.to be seen but they said they couldnt see her because her sister has an outstanding bill. Thr factors my child is sick and they wont see her thats messed up but I will be reporting this.

Always listens to any concerns we may have with our children. Excellent doctor that explores all resources for any and all ailments because involving an outside source. Highly recommend to friends and family. Believes and practices functional medicine which is really important to me.

Dr. Nahas and Amanda West are excellent! Theyre very thorough which I love. They have wonderful suggestions for treating the root cause of issues that actually work. Ive had nothing but a wonderful experience here and I will continue to come here until my kids get too big!

We highly recommend Dr Juliana Nahas and the staff at Covington Pediatrics. Dr Nahas has taken an excellent care of my Kid and her practice of functional medicine to investigate the root cause of problems is much detailed and we have seen good progress under her care. They always goes an extra mile when providing care to kids.

This facility is absolutely great! Highly recommend for your children. They are very caring and put your Child’s needs first.

I love Covington Pediatrics with Dr. Nahas and Amanda West. The entire staff are so friendly and courteous. Both Dr. Nahas and Amanda take time with their patients, are courteous, compassionate and always listen. All 4 or my children go here! I highly recommend them to friends and family in the Covington area.

I have been using Dr. Nahas since I had my son, almost 8 years ago and with my daughter who was a very small preemie. She is very friendly and personable. She answers all my questions with no judgement, and helped my daughter thrive when she wasn’t putting on weight. All the nurses and nurse practitioners are very sweet as well, overall it is a wonderful practice!

Dr. Nahas is a Great Dr. and has seen my child since Birth. Always cares about children wellbeing and wellness. Love them

Absolutely love Covington Pediatrics. I went there when I was a kid and now my kids go there. The dr and nurses are spectacular. I have never had any issues with that. My children go here and so do all of my siblings.

We love Dr. Nahas and the whole staff! Weve been going here for 3 years and theyve always been very helpful and accommodating when the kids are sick or need well-checks. The nurses line is also very helpful for quick questions!

I was a foster parent when I meet Dr. Nahas, I had about 10 children that she took excellent care of. It didnt matter what their conditions were. She remembered them and was very compassionate about their well being. Shawna the nurse was very accommodating to the forms and whatever the needs were for foster children. If I needed an appointment right away, she made it happened. My kids are in high school and they still attend there after moving to Lithonia. I adopted 6 of them because of the love of their pediatrician team provided to them to make my transition smooth.

I love the Doctor that my children see there but as for the staff and who answers the phone, they seriously need to check their attitudes. They are so rude. It takes a lot to upset me and they did that. I understand it was the end of the day and this person was literally 30 minutes from leaving work but she took her frustration out on me and she could have been nice but instead she could care less about her actions affecting how i view this office. Had i acted the way she did towards the people i serve at my place of business, i would have gotten fired. I only gave three stars considering i love the Doctor but everybody else there can adjust the way they do things. One of nurses is really nice but as for the front desk personal and the phone nurse, who ever owns the business need to have a long talk with them. This just recently happened literally 10 minutes ago and i hope she see this. I wish i had gotten her name but she was so rude i just had to get off the phone with her. This is my first review ever because i feel like something had to be said.

My children have been going here since they were born! My oldest son is almost 11. I absolutely LOVE Dr.Nahas! She genuinely cares about her patients! She does whatever is best for them!! She is always very informative and knowledgeable about everything! She explains anything i ask her to explain and she explains it to where i understand her! She and her staff are amazing!!!

My kids LOVE Dr. Nahas !!! Little lady up front is awesome, always has my work and sons school note ready before we even get to check out. She’s so quick and the nurses are great I give them 5 stars !!!!!! :). Awesome job ladies

Dr. Nahas did the exam on my first daughter when she was born 15 years ago in the hospital, from that point forward all 3 of my children have been patients of Covington Pediatrics. I absolutely love this practice! Shauna the nurse is absolutely PHENOMENAL and my kids love her so much

I have been going to this Dr office since my daughter has been born and have never had any issues at all. This isnt a complaint to the doctor office but more so a complaint to one of the medical assistants to whom Ive never seen before til that visit. She was just a little bland. She seemed like she was there to clock in and clock out. No engagement with my daughter at all. She seems like she would do a lot better with adults. My daughters appt was on Thursday for immunizations and both legs havent stopped hurting til Sunday.

I love Dr. Nahas office, Ashley Germani is who i spoke to today and she was very quick about fitting my daughter in and making sure she was on the schedule as soon as possible and she is also very sweet! What a great team you guys have!! If you are looking for a great pediatrician for your little one i highly suggest this office!!

Dr. Nahas is very attentive and thorough with each visit as well, the staff there are very friendly. My toddler is comfortable at each visit.

Very helpful. Answered all questions we had. Wait time short. Visit time reasonable. Wasnt rushed out but wasnt forgotten either. Nice people.

They have had 3 different doctors throughout the past couple of months, and theyre constantly miscommunicating with appointments and time. The first time I brought my daughter there, the doctor ripped her belly button cord off at only a couple days old, then it got infected. Smh watch them with your babies.

Took my children here three different times in the last two months. We had appointments each time yet still waited over an hour to be seen. Awful service, awful time management. If you care about your time, find another pediatrician.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Our son is a patient and we just had a newborn. So we call to get her an appointment and are told she isnt accepting new patients. Say what? We are already patients, but nope, she is not accepting new siblings of existing patients. Nice to be told that after just having your new baby, Dr. Nahas. I guesss she has an opening now since we wont be using her for.our son either.

My kids have grown up in this practice since birth. The Doctor and NPs are always caring and efficient. They are usually on time and we are in and out ,fast!The front and nursing staff are very friendly and know us all on a first name basis. It feels like family.

Ive loved Dr. Nahas and Covington Pediatrics for 17 years and 4 kids now! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Wouldnt change a thing!

This is the worst pediatric office. No professionalism. They charge you for things that your child doesn’t have done. I recommend no one take there child here.

I absolutely LOVE the doctors and nurses at Covington Pediatrics! My first child is 4 months old. I probably see these folks once a week sometimes with my first time mom struggles lol. No matter how often I go there voicing my concerns for my son, they never make me feel like im being too worrisome, and they always greet us both very warmly from the receptionists to the doctors. I love this place for my son! You can tell each person in there truly loves what they do. If i could give Covington Pediatrics more than 5 starts, i would!

My newborn was treated and handled with respect and a caring touch the whole staff were great from front desk to nurses to dr . They took their time and listened to all concerns answered all questions i had in a way anyone could understand.

Dr. Nahas is beyond impeccable. She is an amazing pediatrician who truly loves what she does. Her caring heart means everything to me and my family. My kids have been going to Dr. Nahas for 9 yrs. now and they refuse to see anyone else in that office (when located at the Physicians Pavilion building at Newton Medical) Thank you Dr. Nahas and staff for being such an outstanding medical team!!!

One of the worst visits to a doctors office ever. Took my three day old baby in for her first visit the new doctor they have Cindy Juster was very rough with her and was very sparatic with how she performed. They also wouldnt even call the hospital to try and get records they wanted us to come over ourself and go to the records department. Not very good business manner if you ask me. I will not return there nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.

Incompetent staff.I called to ask beforehand to update my new patient info and they told me to come in (my child wasn’t seen yet and they were informed). Once I arrive I was told that they’re not accepting new patients. Why couldn’t they have told me on the phone beforehand? I drove all the way over to be told.
