I waited for an hour and 45 minutes after my appointment to see Dr. Amar Rajadhyaksha. He came in the room for less than 2 minutes to tell me that nothing was wrong with my neck and what I was feeling was normal even though my MRI was not normal. I would not refer him to anyone, he’s trash. Don’t waste your time.

This is the worst Joint Reconstruction place. Dr. Amar is the by far the worst. He has no bed side manners, will do anything and everything to bill the insurance, even though he has sufficient evidence with MRIs that everything is fine, he will take x-rays and keep on asking for more MRIs. Staff do not answer the phone. You cannot reach Olga the Office Manager her phone line is full and disconnects you. Run from this place and Dr. Amar.

Bad experience. I was seen by a tired PA first. then Dr Amar came in and spend almost 2 minutes prescribing physical therapy at his office next door. I explained that I have herniated disk, numbness to my both legs, and physical therapy will not do anything and I have the best insurance. he got upset wrote prescription for MRI & physical therapy and left. looks like he does not like his job. dont waste your time.

Horrible experience. The Doctor never spoke to me, he was writing his notes on his computer. Never looked at my face, never provided me with options to make me feel better like a cushion, therapy, nothing.The staff was rude and never follow thorough with Medical requests, they never obtain my authorization to get my MRI. I called Them numerous times after to retrieve my records And left many messages, but no one ever called me back. Don’t go there, they don’t care for your health just your money, its a Waste of time !!!!

One of the worst experiences I ever had in a Doctors office! First there is no social distancing in the office. I had like around a half hour of paperwork and after around 1 hour of waiting they finally call me In. First they want me to take X-rays which I told them that a previous Doctor had taken them and that I didnt feel comfortable taking them again because of the radiation. They told me that if I dont take the X-rays that the Dr. wont see me. I said okay if the Dr. doesnt want to see me its fine. Its like they were trying to scare me into doing the X-ray. On a side note, it helps if you are fluent in speaking spanish.Then I am put in a room and I thought they had forgot about me. I was thinking of leaving and I wish I should have. At one point I explained to Dr. Rajadhyaksha that when I go to Physical Therapy that I have a lot of pain when doing some of the exercises and that I cant do them. My Physical Therapist advised me to ask the Dr. for a strong painkiller that I can take 30 minutes before so I am able to do all the exercises so I can get better. Long story short, I dont think the Dr. was listening because he Celecoxib which is an anti inflammatory and isnt even strong for pain. My previous Dr. prescribed me Meloxicam which is similar and that didnt do anything. I was also prescribed Cyclobenzaprine 3 times a day which is a muscle relaxant which is know to make you drowsy and I drive for a living. To top it off I got some medication for my stomach to help for the side effects from the other medications. Instead of sending the script to my pharmacy they conveniently dispensed it in the office.i wasted over 2 hours of my time and I felt like this office was more about making money than helping someone in pain.

I’m 39 and have had chronic back pain for 3 years due to an accident. I tried everything possible before exploring surgery as it scared me tremendously. Dr. Amar is nothing short of amazing. He patiently walked me through all of my options and took absolute wonderful care of me... I am 6 months post surgery and feel amazing!I read some of the other google reviews, and I can tell you that Dr. Amar truly does care for his patients. He even met with my wife to answer her questions/ concerns to put her mind at ease.Truly a wonderful surgeon and person!

I think people should really stick to reporting about the Dr. Qualifications and professionalism instead of gossiping. If you want to feel better and be seen by a professional then visit Dr. Amar office. He is a Great Doctor. He is very knowledgeable, professional and unlike other doctors explains everything to his patients. He transformed my fathers life from constant pain, limited mobility, and short periods of standing tolerance to a better quality of life. My father can now enjoy spending time with his grandkids, go to work and not focus on back pain or limitations. I owe my fathers transformation and recovery to Dr. Amar and his team of skilled professionals. I will be forever grateful for my fathers recovery. Hands down the best doctor in his field. Amazing experience from beginning to end. Im a Special Operations active duty soldier and he came highly recommended by others that he has fixed in my field. At our level we get the very best and thats what he and his team is.

I was unable to walk or sit and this Doctor took care of me like turning a light switch on, that quickly! He is a genius! Yes, they are busy in that office and you have to wait but a spine issue is not like seeing a dentist. Dr. Amar operated on me and three others known to me.... all were a success. I would not recommend anyone else....

I will review him later if I decide to be treated by him. The first visit with him was very quick, undetailed, and the receptionist was rude at the Ponce de leon blvd location. The receptionist rushed me through my paperwork. The second visit was at the SW 90 st location and was a lot better. The receptionists were nice and more professional and the office was in better condition overall. He was also very open to answering questions on this visit. He was never rude to me during any of the visits. My biggest problem is I have difficulty asking questions so wish he would lay everything flat out on the table. Its hard to ask questions about a procedure I barely know anything about.

Carbonel (fabulous podiatrist) every visit I had with dr. Ammar was more than exceptional its sad not all doctors are not like them. HE DOES CARE ABOUT YOUAFTER MY ACCIDENT I MOVED TO COLORADO AND BEGAN SEEING A PHYSICIAN THERE MY EXPERIENCES WITH HIM WERE AWFUL THE FEELING THAT I GOT FROM HIM WAS I WAS WASTING HIS TIME. However I needed the procedure and scheduled in Colorado springs for the surgery. Called today to make an appointment and the girl sounded like a robot! And apparently in a huge rush she misunderstood completely the type of insurance I have. They just care about money, yes! They only take PPO insurance like the rest of the Spine Surgeons in Miami, except UM. So it will be a great idea to expose all the doctors in Miami they were made to make money and no to safe lives; The Sunshine State?

At 48 I had to get surgery for my herniated disc in my neck. For months I endured a discomfort that would creep down my arm and after some time I ended up having numbness in my fingers, loss of feeling and eventually I was noticeably weaker in my right arm. I was highly recommend to see Dr. Rajadhyaksha by a good friend of mine. I must say that he is a truly talented and amazing surgeon. He and his team have been wonderful from beginning to end, they made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed and really let me feel at ease throughout the entire process from preop to postop. Not only were they attentive and caring with me, but also with my family during surgery day. Once I fully recovered from anesthesia I had 80% feeling back in my arm and the discomfort was entirely gone. Im currently one month postop and couldnt feel any better and all thanks to the talented Dr. Rajadhyaksha and his team.-Raul Urra

Very rude and unprofessional does not care about your pain or what hurts you. The receptionist has an attitude she does not help she just sits their not attending people at the window.

Terrible doctor and very rude person. After 3 times the doctors in this practice made me wait an average of 45 mins to an hour, one time I am 15mins late after crossing all town and he does not want to see me. This is the type of practice that only cares about money and they dont worry about patients.

Do not forget to bring $4 cash for parking at this location. If you are running late they will not take credit card. Bring cash. Will update other details later
