The staffs at the check-in receive you in great response and are nice. However, the doctor did not attend me well. He sort of just wanted to get through me and prescribed me something that I took before and that I was negative about... Why give it to me again?

Been trying to contact this office for results for a procedure my father had done and its impossible to get in touch with them. Waiting for minutes on end without anyone answering the phone. Weve been calling since Monday. Unbelievable.

Great Dr and friendly staff . I was there for a Gastroscopia the procedure was smooth Dr and staff explain me everything very clear, they even send me the results via email.I would recommend it with not doubt.

Hello ; my name is Erkys and i wouldnt recommend this place or Doctor to anyone at all , my best friend / sister had a procedure done and it has been almost two weeks and she has still not received any results or a courtesy call from the staff or the Doctor to at least give her a peace of mind , i also called to try to get them to call her and still nothing , i work for the University of Miami for the gastroenterology department and i have never seen such unprofessional ways of treating a patient who is desperate to know her results , the office staff does not seem to know what they are doing and its very sad that they have people who dont care for the patients the way they deserve to be cared for in this time for them. I would truly recommend for this Dr to really take a look at his staff and hire people who are willing to help the patients instead of making empty promises of a call back.Please make some changes for the well being of the patients who really need it.

The most unprofessional staff... Wow. I had an appointment for a colonoscopy for the following day and had just realized that I had taken a NSAID a few days prior. After doing my own research I have come to find that this is a contraindication before a colonoscopy procedure considering the risk of bleeding and wanted feedback regarding this concern. Mind you this was not stated no where on the instructions given to me... In addition I had questions regarding the sodium solution that was prescribed to me before enduring this procedure.I had called the office about 20 times and NO ONE picks up the phone. I dont understand how they can run a practice like this. Point is that my family and I did not feel comfortable proceeding w/ this procedure and being sedated by a practice that is presented to be so irresponsible when it comes to their patients. That night after no response from prior emails or phone calls I had sent one of the front desk staff named Maria an email stating why I was going to cancel my appointment for the following morning and stated as a patient why I was so disappointed and how I will be continuing my treatment elsewhere. The response that I had received back was unbelievable. I cant make this stuff up. As a med student myself, I would never dare to treat my future patients like this. No one deserves that type of treatment especially when you are ill.

The office staff by the worst people to deal with, never answer the phone and if they do they keep you on hold for 45 minutes. And they never know anything.

This is the worst place to go. I spent 4 hours and 15min waiting to see the doctor with an appointment. That never happens. Finally I get tired and leave to find another doctor.

Terrible service, an endoscopy that did not last 5 minutes because I was awake in all that time until I generated a cough when they inserted the tube, his diagnosis of reflux and gastritis, on top of that he sent me an abdominal tomography and he never asked me for it since it was in Another laboratory, they only made their profit and thats it, the worst thing is that it is recommended above by the Good Shepherd clinic that is in Hollywood, terrible, until now I am still the same, I will have to go to another gastro, they never gave me a follow-up of anything, I I had to call to request my results for my doctor. They charge expensive and for nothing.

Horrible experience. Brought my grandma for an endoscopy and colonoscopy, which is already an uncomfortable experience and they took forever to even call her in. Her appointment was at 10:30 AM and they called her in at 1 PM. Very inconsiderate to get more appointments than they can handle in one day. Would not recommend to anyone.Horrible experience. Terrible experience, after waiting an hour and forty they make me go to another waiting room, when I go to the new room I pass by the doctors office and I see him watching a movie at very high volume, when I see that I kept waiting longer and He continued watching his movie, I stop and ask the secretary, she tells me that the doctor is watching some procedures on the computer, I look at her and say, (shes watching a movie and Ive been waiting for it for 2 hours) To attend me, a consultation that lasted no more than 2 minutes, and he asked me to do a colonoscopy without even asking me almost anything, or explaining anything about the colon or the examination, a disrespectful doctor disrespectful for the time of others irresponsible, I will never return.

I was reading the unfavorable comments of some patients regarding the waiting time. The bad information comes from the patients clinics, because I have always been to the consultations and I am informed that it is in order of arrival. The staff and Dr. Selema are excellent and very professional.

I was reading the comments and not everyone has the same criteria, some good and some not so good, I went for the first time 30 days ago, I think the fact that I have so many patients already speaks well of the doctor and the rest of the staff, not all We had the same consultation time, some of us are young and we communicate better, I saw a patient there of 91 years who according to me has been 30 in the consultation, his words and slow movements and helped by a granddaughter and be amazed with patience and love of the doctor to the Lord, and also with patients who come from WP because here they are treated differently despite their immigration status and do not mind driving 2 hours or waiting 6 because they leave pleased. When I made my appointment I was notified that it was in order of arrival and I took the day because my desire is to get well. Enter this page before the consultation and read the comments, I arrived at the scared consultation and today I can say that it is worth the time you have to wait To the doctor and his staff that God sells them to me. My respect, of the GOOD SHEPHERD.

For several years I have been a patient of Dr Selema and I have the best opinion of him and everyone who works there.You cant like everyone and in all medical consultations you have to wait!Among other things that is why they call us PATIENTSI wish some doctors were like him.Thanks to Dr Selema and his staf for being there !!

If you are going to see this doctor you have to be willing to wait up to 6 hours to be seen. All patients are assigned at the same time, if your appointment is at 9 or 10 in the morning, hopefully you will leave the office at 3 or 4 in the afternoon.A lack of respect for patients

For me Dr Selema is magnificent, very professional and human.They have a spectacular treatment in the office in general, they are all very kind, I recommend to all my family and friends Dr. Ademas that he has been my mothers doctor for more than 6 years and everything has been 5 stars and more. Horrible, my mother-in-law came out very upset because the colonoscopy hurt her. He never comes back with that Dr, he is an animal. I do not recommend it for anyone.
