Every time I have left here I have been happy and have never had to come back to “fix” a thing! She is very conservative and uses the best products. Totally disappointed with this company, the internet promises, and the product services. I returned all of my product, very expensive, because I believed the long winded Dr. and purchased additional. Have never received my refund, even though all of the product was returned and I was very dissatisfied. My bank is now involved, I cancelled my credit card because obviously you are disreputable. They have not answered their phones in months. Dont trust them.

I am reviewing the whole institute to let people know about the scam products she is touting on the internet. None of the reviews on line are real. The lift and firm cream is worrthless. They will not honor the 60 day money back guarantee. If thats how the rest of her business is run, run away from there!

Went for the vivace therapy which is FDA approved. Because I have really bad acne before and now I have ice picks scars which helps with smoothing Miami Skin Institute more. Nicole is my go to girl!

I higly recommend Kybella at Miami Skin Institute. It significantly improved the irregularities I had after a bad lipo. I tride lipo revision but it didnt help much. Than I researched and found that some doctors use Kybella to target small fat pockets left after lipo. Not everyone has a good technique though and I had a bad experience at other place before. I am so glad I found dr. Jegasothy. She did a great job on me.

She ruined my face and does not want to take responsibility. Back in 2014 she burned me with the hair laser removal machine. At the time I told her no worries we will figure it out and I did not freaked out about it. She told me she was happy I took it so well. I spent so much money on her and now I truly regret it. I spent thousand of dollars on acne treatment and hair laser that all failed. Did nothing on me except age my skin. I stopped going to her since her treatments did not work me. 4 years later I still have the scar on my face. I thought with time it would disappear. I asked to have it looked at and now she is saying I’m a liar and I could had got that scar somewhere else. This makes me feel extremely upset. Also the two clowns that work for her lie about stupid things over the phone. It took me over a week to get an answer. They kept making up fake excuses. One told me that they had to figure out a plan on how they were going to work on my face. I figured that’s a lie. How can they work on a plan with out seeing me first. After a week of no answer they told me she was out of town. Today they hit me with the I’m a liar and they are not responsible. Stay away from this people they lie and will ruin your face. If she half way cared about her patients she would had fix her bad work for FREE and took responsibility for her bad work.

Dr. Jegasothy is constantly coming up with new ways to improve my face with the current lasers and fillers in her practice. Just the other day, she literally invented a significant eye lift using her Ulthera® laser. My results look as though I had a surgical eye lift, but with none of the bruising, swelling, recovery time, cost, and unnatural look. She RUINNED my SKIN with laser v-bean.She took the pigmentation out of my skin. It has been almost 5 years and the damage is still there, my skin will never be the same again. I was tricked by her Harvard Diploma on the wall. I trusted her and she took my pigmentation away. It will never be the same again, it burned! I look at it everyday and makes me deeply sad. I went to other professionals and they think she did not know how to operate the machine and had it too hot, used it for the wrong reason.. makes me feel like crying. She had a guy, like a technician to help operate the machine..I do not recommend this Doctor, what happens to me can happen to you. Unfortunately, but perhaps I should have realized by her presentation. If I could take that day back.. I would never have driven to that office.

Im one of those people who is skeptical about everybodys guy when it comes to my face. I used to see A doctor I LOVED in Weston, and was very cynical after bad experiences with other med spas and quacks. I was so iffy about seeing a new person, but two ladies I work with told me about Dr. J and I was absolutely thrilled with the quality of her work! I always feel like half the medspa reviews are fake. She is NO medspa (and boy will she make sure you know) but her education and credentials are impressive. Harvard AND Yale?? A++ for me! Ive had botox, voluma and mole removal done at her office (and seen much of her other work on my friends) and I can honestly say she is the only person I can confidently recommend!! You get what you pay for and having the peace of mind knowing that she is going to give you an honest opinion and not treat you like a guinea pig is priceless!

I have been going to Dr Jegasothys office since she was in Brickell, she has recently moved to a beautiful office located right near Merrick Park. Dr Jegasothy does a great job at making me feel younger/beautiful/and natural all at the same time. I started seeing Dr J for my acne when I was younger, I did chemical peels and creams. Now that my acne is under control I continue to see her for injectables. I was a little nervous at first because I didnt want to look made up, or look like I have had work done, but Dr Js work is very natural. Dr Js office is warm and friendly, I highly recommend her for all of your beauty needs, you will not regret it.

I have been going to Miami Skin Institute for 3 years and every time I have any procedure with Dr. Jegasothy I leave the clinic more than happy. I regularly do chemical peels, Botox every 3 months, Dysport / Juvederm once a year. I also had the Viora laser treatment, radiofrequncia for cellulite of the legs and the results are incredible. This summer I turned 30 and I can only say that I feel exceptional. My friends, who are much younger, invite him because I look much younger than them!
