Everyone I came across at this office was beyond friendly and helpful. I’m not a huge fan of going to the dentist like many I assume arnt but they definitely made it easier. DR C and amber(hope I have names correct) both went the extra mile in making sure the patient is comfortable. I never waited long in the waiting room. AND I was able to get all my appointments in a timely manner. Other dentist offices in this area have a several month wait. Will defiantly be going back and highly recommend for all dental needs!

I came into Aspen after experiencing some toothaches for awhile, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Dr. Farid and his team were very gentle and efficient in finding out the source of my toothaches and coming up with a dental plan to help correct the issue. I really appreciated everyone I met and came into contact with. The Staff is great and the dental hygienist is super sweet. This is an investment worth every penny. Not just do you get to invest in yourself, but you get an amazing business to stand with you through the process.Extremely grateful for the treatment I underwent to heal my gums and cut back the bacterial infection that was eating my gums and loosening my teeth. Just 24hrs after having antibiotics deposited under my gums do I feel a huge different in my mouth. A jawline toothache is gone and my inflammation has decreased significantly.I have 4 Extremely bad cavities and 2+broken decaying teeth. I really cant wait to have them removed and good partials in so I can chew all the food I am starving for. However, I am really grateful I went with their guidance and chose to combat the bacterial infection before extracting several teeth. Cant wait for my next appointment to continue restoring my smile and focusing on my oral hygeine.

I will never go to another dentist. I have PTSD from a bad experience years ago. They made me feel so comfortable and at ease and didnt make me feel ashamed. Amber (i think was my hygienist) was amazing. She didnt make me feel ashamed for my years of neglect of my teeth. Chezney Duncan was the real MVP for me. She was able to get my dentures financed so that I will finally be pain free and have a beautiful smile.

My insurance wasnt gonna cover it so I was about to leave the office balling and in pain but they stopped me and said they would only charg me $19 for the visit an xrays. I was so relieved. You cant tell this office cares about their patients. I will definetly go back .

I went to Aspen Dental on May 24th 2021 to set up an appointment for a tooth that was hurting. I was able to be seen while I was there.I went back that afternoon for a cleaning to my right side and I was able to have an appointment for the next day for cleaning of my left side. I also needed to have oral surgery and I had an appointment the following Wednesday May 26th. My procedure went very well. EVERYONE in the office is wonderful and caring.Angela Carroll

I went in to Aspen Dental the other day for consultation on getting my left, upper wisdom tooth out since it was causing me a great deal of pain. Both Dr. Farid and Haley were very helpful and understanding since I had my four year old daughter with me, they helped me with her and not only looked at the tooth bothering me but they got both of my upper wisdom teeth out! They answered any and all of my questions and were very kind through the entire process! I highly recommend them, especially Dr. Farid and Haley, to help with any dental services you need.

My husband Ivan Gomez Velazquez was in severe pain yesterday. We called in the morning and they saw him in the afternoon. Dr. Farid removed 2 teeth that were causing his pain. My husband discussed about a upper denture because his teeth were not in good condition. They did impressions. We went back today and Dr. Farid removed the other teeth and had his denture ready. All the staff were very nice. The dentist did a good exam, as did the hygienist. My only complaint is the cattle herding and extreme fragmentation of the process. Waited way to long at each step of initial visit process and had at least six different staff persons doing each step. What should have taken 45 minutes took over 2 hours. That is way too much time.

Staff doesn’t care if you get in or not had an appointment and they couldn’t “find” my insurance although I had two family members use the dental insurance a day before and they didn’t try to contact the insurance company to even try finding it. If you go on a Friday just know they look a little more worried about going home early than helping out patients

I went to Aspen because their adds say they areAffordable. I thought they would work with me, I have low income. Instead they said $33,000 if I wanted it discounted I could have oral surgery without anesthesia. That would be a $9,000 reduction after I looked at what they were saying. That’s not helping me that’s not working to be affordable. Who has Oral surgery without any Anastasia whatsoever? Will Never Go Back.

DR. Farid and Shea are honestly the best!! i had a couple of procedures done and they took really good care of me. Invisalign was one of then and ive never been so happy with my teeth. The whole procedure was painless and i loved every step of it. they were the best part of every visit i had, since they really know how to take care of their patients and their only goal is to make your teeth/ smile better.

Had a erupted tooth yesterday to deal with. Went in as a walk-in and was promptly greeted. Later that afternoon I was treated. They were very friendly and helpful.

I went to Aspen Dental in Cookeville ,Tn. on 04/29/2021 and recieved the utmost Professional care as usual.This is my second visit to their office and I would recommend Aspen to anyone.Dr,Farid is an excellent Dentist.Chezney Duncan is an excellent manager of financial services as she helped me with my monetary adjustment because of my lack of insurance.I have to say I have never met a more courteous staff as the one within this business.

I highly recommend Aspen for anyone needing a dentist. They are , hands down, the best dentist group Ive ever had. Dr. Farid is fantastic. The tech I usually have, Shea, is the best. She always makes sure Im comfortable during whatever procedure is going on at the time. You wont regret gong there.

I had never been to Aspen Dental before yesterday. I had called all the dentists in my surrounding area and none of them had availability to see me on an emergency basis for severe tooth pain...except for Aspen! Thank the Lord for them! I gladly drove 45 minutes to get there and would do it all over again if I had to. Haley was fantastic from start to finish and Dr. Farid was honestly one of the nicest doctors Ive met. He explained everything clearly and made sure I had no questions. It turns out I had an abscess under the root of my wisdom tooth! Dr. Farid was able to extract my tooth during the same appointment and it was literally PAIN FREE (except for the pinch of the numbing shot). Dr. Farid kept saying I would feel a lot of pressure, but honestly, it wasnt bad at all. The experience was so wonderful! I would recommend Aspen Dental with my eyes closed! Im sure the other doctors and nurses are great, but I would personally ask for Dr. Farid and Haley.

Staff and Dentist where very caring and nice to deal with. Made a very unpleasant visit to the dentist a good one. Only real complaint that I have is when I ma wee a gift card from Walmart when I came into the office. Which I did not. This was promised not by the office in cookeville but by their headquarter office. But the Dentist was excellent.

Well for one thing when they pulled my tooth they would NOT allow my mom to come back there with me.. They gave me an antibiotics that I was not supposed to have. They said that they would call me in something different and NEVER did.

Dr. Farid, Haley and Chezney have all been so amazing to work with. I had 14 of my upper teeth pulled and dentures put in at a young age and they have been extremely amazing through this entire 7 month process and have always made me feel amazing! I was afraid of being self conscious but they have been wonderful about making me feel great, I would highly recommend this amazing team!

Best dental experience I have ever had. I had a broken tooth pulled and I was extremely anxious, but Dr. Farid and Haley took such great care of me. The dentist was so fast and precise that Im barely in any pain. I highly recommending this dentist!

Everyone was very nice and professional, my only absolute complaint is that the website said a tooth extraction was $116 per tooth extracted (plus medicine tools and time costs whatnot). My boyfriend needed 2 teeth pulled so I looked online for quotes and picked aspen, our bill ended up being $695. Were still paying on it.
