No issues with the front staff. Kind and cordial. Technicians were personal, but also quick in their necessary assessments. I had Dr. Patel. He was very kind and compassionate. It would seem that patients that are seeing a retina specialist may be under some stress due to their possible condition and Dr. Patel appeared to understand that and spoke kindly and clearly.

My appointment with Georgia Retina was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had at any doctors office, ever. Karem and her entire staff were extremely kind, efficient, and genuinely concerned for my health and comfort, from the moment I walked in. I highly recommend coming here for any of your eye concerns, you won’t regret it.

Office Manager not very accommodating at all when it comes to billing!! My husband was referred to this office for treatment to his eyes due to diabetes complications. He received a call the day before his appointment to advise he had a $400 + balance due from the last appointment which was in January. (He paid $200+) in January and explained he would not be able to pay the entire $400 on this visit. The person on the line advised he would not have to pay the full balance, but would be expected to pay at least $100 or more towards it. He went into the office today prepared to pay $150 but the office manager told him in order to see the Dr for his treatment, he would be required to pay the full balance. My goodness.....Were not trying to get off not paying the bill, but when you have complications from kidney failure and you are trying to keep up with important appointments for your health -the last thing you want to be stressed and pressured over is the office staff hounding you for $$ and telling you its not their fault that we have insurance deductibles etc......WOW is all I can say. Its very obvious that if you dont have an abundance of $$ your health suffers& the health provider & their office staff cares less!!!!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Cho for over two years and credit him with saving my vision. He diagnosed a rare eye disease through extensive testing and would not stop until he confirmed my condition. I would be blind if it were not for Dr. Cho. He has been patient, kind, and so helpful with guiding me through some tough treatment decisions. His staff is amazing - always professional while remaining warm and compassionate. His team has helped me with everything from complicated insurance claims, changing appointments/locations, billing, research, and even my bad days!! I cant imagine not having Dr. Cho and his staff to help me through this time in my life. Wish I could give them TEN stars!
