I came to Walmart for my glasses and new prescription after having the exam at Vision works. Vision works couldnt locate the frames I had picked out before the exam and therefore, started to pick out others more expensive.At Walmart, Laquita assisted me with everything from frames to contacting my insurance for authorization. This part took almost a week to work out with Superior Vision which is a part of Cigna Medicare Advantage. So today, my new glasses and sunglasses were ordered. Laquita was very helpful and kind to me. I thanked her numerous times during this visit.Give Walmart a chance, I saved a lot of money!

Me family has been seeing (no pun intended) Dr. Miller for over 10 years. She is the best. The center is convenient and cost effective, even when you have to pay out of pocket. Stop by and see them.

I had an eye exam a few months ago and needed some replacement contacts. Went in today to see if they had a trial pair I could get until I ordered. I found through research on line I could save $80 by ordering online. I decided not to order through Wal-Mart, there was an older black gentlemen who told the associate helping me to not give me the trial contacts because I wasnt ordering with them. He was VERY NASTY. I had to grab my composure and leave quickly, he embarrassed me by saying it loudly in front of staff and waiting customers. I will NEVER SET FOOT in this place again. I cant believe hes allowed to work and mistreat people the way I was mistreated today. He acts as if its his eye center. Im very upset!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible service designed to exploit, confuse and then turn away from their customers when confronted with these facts.They blend confusing and poorly formatted forms with lies about how much your exam will cost. Quickly become an expert on how eye exams are done, different kind of eye exams, and general pricing for all of these or they will treat you like youre an idiot who should already know all of this and demand you pay for what they have coerced you into.Theyll then be unwilling to discuss your concerns about how you are being treated and how confusing everything has been. Truly a terrible experience with zero transparency or customer service.

Called them like 3 times from 12noon-2pm, and on the last call i was told them are at lunch and will be back at 3pm. wtf you guys have 3 hours for lunch? and only one person works there? i mean i just want to make a appointment. Hope the store supervisor will do something about it!!!!

I hardly have problems with this Vision Center. I typically set an appointment, show up, place my order and then leave. If there are any issues, it is an issue with waiting. It can get busy and a phone call will be missed. If you do not have appointment, expect to wait awhile if there are people in the office.

This is absolutely unexceptable that I call a store during mid day and get no answer, not once but 4 times I called and it just rang. The automatic system kicked in but never did I get a real person to answer my calls....frankly this is just Piss Poor Service to say the least and many WalMarts are loosing their cutomer service attitudes and soley entertaining the profit but not the people making the profit that WalMart enjoys, the customer.....8/15/2014

I called at around 1pm to get a pair/box of contacts before I left for vacation. The worker on the phone told me she could not help me because one, she was on the doctors side & two, they were about to go to lunch. Customer service was very poor. They did not help my needs at all. I will never call this location again for help!!!!

I never have had any problems with this Vision center.
