Love the Conyers office! Dr. Titak is very thorough and was patient with all my questions. Larissa, the tech, and Tanya, in optical were both very helpful in helping me with glasses and contacts. And everyone has such a great attitude, even with all the restrictions and all we are going through.

Tanya is the best in getting my new glasses ordered and adjusted for me. She even helped me pick just the right frames. She makes eye Dr appts awesome!I also think Dr Foster is fantastic! I have been a patient for a LONG time and dont plan on going anywhere else! I highly recommend the two of them!

Been a customer for over 50 years went for eye exam on 8-31-2021Dr T was very professional, worse experience I ever had with optical tech in front office, now can’t get a call back to get problem resolved with eye glasses. Someone needs to be accountable without me having to go make another trip. Awful experience.

The doctor was very nice and professional. However, this company is very expensive when it comes to getting glasses. I spent over $200 for my seven yr old daughter glasses WITH INSURANCE!!! IT IS RIDICULOUS TO PAY THIS MUCH FOR A 7 YR OLD.

Dr. Titak is definitely passionate about his job and it shows in his character, experience, and zeal that he brings to the visit. To date this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with an optical center. My appointment was in March but I have yet to receive the correct lenses for the glasses that the sales rep will literally push on you as he excessively talks causing further delays in your time. I’ve had to call four times over a span of five weeks to get my contacts to which they forgot to order, I’ve just received them last week despite my initial exam being in March. I finally received the call to pick up the correct glasses lenses I’d waited almost 3 months for to be told upon arrival they could not be released due to there being no optician in today. Dr. T was absolutely wonderful however the office staff needs improvement. Often times when you go in you’ll wait as they are too busy speaking about their personal lives to ensure a speedy and effective check in and out procedure.

This is the worst optical center I have ever been to, the doctor was great, very pleasant and made sure my eye are needs were met. However the employees are very unprofessional and have no desire to assist. My first encounter with a receptionist at the front desk was absolutely horrible she tried over talking me on several occasions and wasn’t very clear on explaining my benefits. I spoke with the office manager Rita about my encounter and she informed me she would definitely address my concerns with the receptionist and give me a call back in regards to a referral about lasik surgery, Rita the office manager never called me back. I had a follow up appointment to go in for my contact lens fitting and had to wait more than one month for an appointment just for them to call late Friday evening to cancel my appointment due to the doctor not being in. In addition to that once I decided I wanted to purchase the contacts I called the office and they scheduled for me to come in to the office. Once I got to the office, the office manager Rita informed me there was no need for me to come in and I could’ve just purchased the contacts. Rita also overcharged for my contacts and I had to call to be refunded. Rita also informed me I would receive contacts in 3-5 business days, when I called to check the status of my claim. I encountered Larissa who was very rude with me and informed me my contacts were just shipped when I ordered them a week ago. Larissa kept telling me what she couldn’t do and that I was given the wrong information and did absolutely nothing to try and resolve the situation as I was going out of town and needed my contacts. I was able to speak with the office manager who provided me trial contacts until mine came in and again I was inconvenienced with having to drive to the office. My last encounter was with Larissa on yesterday she was very rude, nasty, refused to offer any assistance and disconnected the line in my face. I called back and spoke with Shy who was very helpful and sent me all the information I needed. Please be aware when you go into the office the staff is very incompetent, rude as hell and just makes excuses avoid it at all cost and I will never return here again!!!!!!

Highly recommend. My first visit and a very impressive first visit. The receptionist is very pleasant and sweet, she is about to have her first boy. Congrats to her. The doctors are knowledgeable, caring and professional. The facility is clean and nice and Covid conscious. The staff is helpful and friendly.

This is a great place for eye care. Doctor O and the technicians are wonderful. Did not give a 5 because lady at front desk was not terribly friendly. She said she was having a bad day and I understand. It just puts a bit of a damper on things when it seems like folks dont like their job.

The technician that did my pre exam was Great, the Doctor was good, but Stephen seemed to be in a hurry, he refused to measure me for my glasses. I was not comfortable with that experience. I hope my eyewear is a geat fit. The next time i will choose a different place my glasses.

I have been a client since 1981. The office staff is nice and will take good care of you. it is nice to see the same smiling faces each time I enter the office. Dr. Burns was my main doctor for years. He then brought in Dr. Paige Foster. He has retired so now I see Dr. Foster. She is great and thorough.

Felt rushed as if I wasn’t paying for the service. Plus I was told 14 days is normal for waiting for my lenses due to COVID. Front desk service felt like I was talking to someone who hated there job. Definitely didn’t feel welcomed. Main issue was with the front desk. I felt like a native Indian scolded for my skin color. Doctor was decent.

I normally go to a Big Box store to get my glasses and contacts. I decided to visit an Optometrist office instead this year. I was extremely satisfied with Clarkson Eyecare.The office is cozy, much different from the Big Box locations. I really appreciated that the optometrist used modern equipment to get a more detailed diagnosis. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Ask for Phillip or Tanya, they were really attentive to my needs.The eyewear options were also nice!! They took my insurance and there wasn’t the pressure of the “hardcore upscale” like at the Big Box stores. I sincerely enjoyed my experience so much that I’m making an appointment for my husband as well.

During this difficult time of COVID-19, I was extremely impressed with their safety practices - social distance, after every patient checked out, the staff would sanitize the counters, pens, chairs, door knobs. They would open the doors for you whether coming in or leaving. No walk ins are allowed, sanitizer in every room. The doctors and staff are extremely pleasant. I would highly recommend Clarkson Eyecare.

This eye care office is the worst. We had to wait a week for appointment, then the doctor screwed up the prescription because he didnt know the old one and couldnt figure it out. We waited over 2 months for glasses and when they did come in they were wrong. So he needed the old prescription to reorder glasses and it was pathetic. And because we ordered contacts then we are still waiting for them 4 months later... and are expecting them to be wrong because they were ordered with the first prescription.

I would definitely recommend this place for eye care , exams, new glasses or contacts if you need them. I have been going there since 2017. I’ll rate Clarkson Eyecare a 10. Good Place! Thank you!

Dr. Burns and Dr. Foster are absolutely the sweetest doctors I have meet. Dr. Burns is always very friendly saying Hello to everyone. Dr. Foster is wonderful, she explains things to you and she is always smiling. I live about 30 - 40 away from the office and I never mind driving to see them for any problems I may have or any glasses my family or I may need.
