My 2 boys have been going to Dr. Proctors office since they were 4 years old. He is very detailed and patient with kids. His staff us very personable and makes everyone feel very comfortable. By far, the most pleasant experience we have had!!

Childrens Dentistry is the best! My son has never liked going to the dentist until he went there. Dr. Proctor makes him feel very comfortable along with the rest of the staff. Im glad I found them.

We get such wonderful care every time we visit this dentist. Dr. Proctor is professional, kind, gentle, and caring with my children. The hygienists are also very good. My daughter told me when we left the other day “they spoil us every time we come!” They actually love going to the dentist, and that makes me happy.

My 3 year old had a appointment today for a filling. Dr. James Proctor and his staff did a phenomenal job! They were both professional and patient. Parents, be warned! My child was referred by our regular dentist and taken to this practice to have cavities filled. Instead of filling the cavities, random places where there was no decay were filled instead. Our family dentist was appalled when he saw the x-rays taken at our next check-up and said he will not refer any more patients to this office. Do NOT take your child to this practice unless you want to put your child through unnecessary torment only to find out that the problem has not actually been corrected.

We LOVE Dr Proctor and his amazing staff!!! They are friendly and my us feel comfortable. My daughter would get so nervous knowing she had an appointment and at the dentist and his staff was patient, calming and reassuring the whole time! Now going to the dentist isnt an ordeal and we are truly thankful for that!

Everyone was so professional and kind. it was my son’s first dental appointment and he was so scared, but ms. michelle really helped him calm down and realize there was nothing to fear! she was so patient with him and really talked him through everything she was doing. the receptionists were so sweet, and dr proctor was amazing. can’t wait to see them again next year!

I took my 19 month old for her first check up. The staff and Dr. Proctor were super friendly and made it such an enjoyable experience! This office was bright and cheery and they even gave her a surprise.

Dr. Proctor and his team are one of thee best out there. The dental hygienist are so patient and sweet, and Dr. Proctor is so skilled at his trade, and is very patient and quick. He reassures my kids every step of the way, should they have to get more dental work. I would recommend to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist to go see him. Also, so theyre not forgotten the women at the front desk are very sweet and helpful as well and provide excellent customer service.

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Proctor since she was around 4. He is always kind, but honest about what she needs to do to keep her teeth healthy... and I appreciate that! The whole staff is friendly and thorough and I am so happy that my daughter has such a great place to be that takes care of her! My daughter loves the treasure chest and the decor which was very inviting for her, I personally found the scheduling staff to be rude and almost as if they could care less if they got our business or not.. so I have chose to take our children somewhere else... the last time we were there the dentist wasn’t very friendly neither and seemed rushed, but the hygienist was very friendly so overall it wasn’t a horrible place .. just didn’t give me the warm and fuzzy feeling I like to have when choosing where she goes for the next 10-15 years for dental care. I’m a total experience kind of person I suppose... especially for paid services.

I went to Dr. Proctor when I was a kid and now my daughter goes. She is always very excited when I tell her she has a dentist appointment. All of the staff is always very nice and welcoming.

Amazing service from the first phone call I made to the end of the service. Everyone was phenomenal. My 9 year old daughter has some major issues with a few of her teeth and Dr.Proctor made her feel at ease and the staff was super helpful and informative. Can’t wait to go back!!

Dr. Proctor and his staff are amazing! Great customer service/patient care all around, from the front desk to the dental assistants and hygienists. Everyone was patient. My children were the last patients to be seen before they went to lunch and no one made us feel rushed or uncomfortable. My son is on the spectrum (ASD) and I could tell that Dr. Proctor and his team are familiar and comfortable working with him. Ms. Jennifer (front desk) beautiful spirit and very welcoming. The perfect person to speak with as soon as you come into the office. Ms. Michelle (dental hygienist) very patient with my sons discomfort. Although he was kicking and screaming she still explained EVERY step as she went along. Ms. Angie, I’m not sure of her actual title in the office, but she was my SHEro throughout the entire visit. She helped keep my son still while Ms. Michelle cleaned his teeth, then hopped right up and got balloons for the kids to keep them at ease while Dr. Proctor did his examinations. And last but not least, Dr. Proctor came in, did his exams on each child, and was very patient and informative when explained to my husband and I what treatment the kids need and how we could improve with their dental care at home. Overall a great experience!!! Glad to add this office to my children’s village!

My children have seen Dr. Proctor and his staff since the age of 4. They are now 19 and 13. I love them. Appointments are easy to schedule & the staff is always wonderful.

First visit went good. My son isnt the easy dentist patient. Your average 6yo. But this second visit apparently forcing his mouth was the way to go. I wasnt there but his father was. I dont know what the dentist thought he would accomplish forcing a child but patience is apparently not his thing. I would recommend another dentist if your child is difficult.

I took my daughter to see Dr. Proctor yesterday. This was our very 1st visit to see him. She was terrified. When we got to the back I was so impressed with Dr. Proctor and Angela. They immediately put my daughter at ease. He was very thorough and kind. I do believe I will be switching permanently to this office. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Dr. Proctor is great with my kids and his staff is amazing. When my 8 year old broke her top jaw and needed a splint, Dr. Proctor was the only dentist I could find to put it on. I am so thankful we found him!

This was my daughters first dentist visit ever .She cried because thats just her, she doesnt like being touched. Dr.Proctor answered my question very quickly even with her being fussy but she was only getting her teeth looked at. The staff was very patient and nice.

All my children come here and although they hate any dentist visit they agree to come see Dr. Proctor thanks to his great staff and the treasurer box! They even made an appt for my son right away who was having tooth pain. The staff is very patient and we are always in and out!

My 8 yr old twins were nervous for the first visit with a new dentist but that didn’t last long. They absolutely loved the hygienist and Dr. Proctor. We were in and out quickly and no tears (and hopefully no future butterflies)!

Awesome people!! Dr. Proctor is very thorough with exams. He takes time to explain everything and to answer any questions. The staff is great as well!!

I cant believe they have the nerve to keep sending me emails and text messages. Their lack of knowledge and professionalism cost me a lot of money. When it came to the practice by Dr. Proctor the services was not too bad. They treat kids with a nice approach. However Dr. Proctor stopped accepting the insurance I was using for years and they conveniently forgot to mention it till after all my kids appointments were done. Then came the huge bills and straight to collections with no opportunity. If they would had communicated hey by the way we are not accepting this insurance anymore I would have taken my kids somewhere else where the INSURANCE COVER 100 % OFF THE COST I ended up paying hundreds of dollars afraid their collection agency was going to try ruin my good credit. I take my kids now to Dentistry for Children on 3111 Avalon Blvd by Salem road where they accept my insurance and the service is a lot better.

I have 4 Children and have gone to other dentist but, None of them are like Dr. Proctor! He is one of the best dentist Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting. He does a amazing job and is very very good with children! I am glad that we found Dr. Proctor!

Whenever I bring my children to this office we are out in less than an hr. The staff is amazing and friendly and although I have moved, I will continue to drive to Conyers for their services.
