Trash of a dentist!!!! Deserves 0 starts. Disgusting attitude, not professional at all. Business should be shut down, only cares about the money not her patients. 😡

ABSOLUTE WORST DENTIST I’VE BEEN TO !!Manager (only teeth cleaner in the building) was completely rude and rough on my mouth!! Pinching my lips, rolling eyes, huffing and puffing... Do not go here unless you want your mouth the be in pain (not even the good teeth cleaning pain lol). We understand if you’re having a bad day but please do not take it out on your patients! However receptionist is very very sweet i wish she didn’t have to work in such a bad environment!

Highly recommended. Very professional and answers every question Super knowledgeable dentist and makes you feel very comfortable while waiting. Never a long wait. Always an easy in and out situation.

I’m not happy at all. I overslept and missed my first appointment, so I was fine with paying the $35 no show fee. My next appointment, I come to the office and they called someone else in my appointment slot, resulting in me having to come back an hour later to be seen. If I am getting charged for not showing up, I should not be having this conflict. Also, where was the generosity to squeeze me in after I overslept by 20 mins for my first appointment if that’s how things are done there.

Great receptionist. Good if you dont want the hassle of a busy place with too many people. Everything was very quick, and thorough: its a one woman show in the back. Only minuses are: the office could use some updating, and a bit of a rough touch.

FYI, PARENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE BACK WITH THEIR CHILD/CHILDREN. I was asked to wait in the waiting room while my 6yr old daughter go to the back alone. I havent ever meet the doctor or seen the doctor face, I felt uncomfortable, declined and we left. We live an hour away they didnt take none of that into consideration, just told me I couldnt go back there with her. Thats odd to me but That is most definitely something that should be stated upfront. Before people waste their time money and gas. 10/22/19

I’m new to the area and this was a horrible experience! Rude and disrespectful with her comments to my son and I! Added work that wasn’t necessary and now my son has a tooth 🦷 ache 😖! We went for a simple cleaning and it turned into a Bad day ! And the Receptionist is great! But the Doc cannot be a one-man band in a office space made for at least 20 employees! Just not gonna happen! Then she half cleaned My teeth! so disappointed in this black woman

Shes experienced, knowledgeable, honest and straight to the point. There isnt a long wait time and its very close to home. My experience was great and I would recommend her to my entire family. The office receptionist is very warm and welcoming as well.

I really want to put zero for her. She is rude, very unprofessional. She kept pulling on my lips talking about relax. How can I when you are sooooo ruff. I would not recommend her to my enemy. DON’T GO HERE!!!!!!

Ive been with Dr. Bingham for over nine years. No problems. She makes you feel right at home. The wait isnt long and she gets right to business so you arent in there all day.

Ive been a patient at Bingham Dental since 2008. The office is conveniently located in Conyers where I work and she does a great job to make my appointments fast and effective. She has a quick check in process, doesnt waste time, gives me honest answers, and were able to build 6 month check-ups the way I want. Overall great experience.

I had a really bad infection in a broke tooth and she said she numbed it and it hurt and she like calm down and i said that hurt and i still can feel it she said i gave u enough to numb a small 🐎 and im like im not a 🐎 and she was pulling and i felt it and i was crying and she said a 3 year old is better then me and that i need a oral surgery from now on and i had it done jan 14 2019

Meanest Dentist Ever.She not only terrified me in the chair, but when I decided to go to a different dentist today, with an emergency extraction, she put a 24 hour wait on my Dental records. She also pulled two teeth without getting rid of the infection that she assured me did exist in my tooth. My face swelled up the size of a softball, and hurt like hell for 3 days. She said Were going to get the teeth out first, and then give you a prescription for the infection As far as I was aware, this is the exact opposite of what you are supposed to do. And to top it all off, she called me names while I was in her chair. Worst Dentist Ever. Dont go here. If your insurance isnt taken anywhere but here, pay a man with a horse to have him kick you in the face. It will be time better spent.
