OMG This place was amazing. The level of professionalism was off the charts and the staff actually care about their patients. I still have a long ways to go, and if every day is like the first one, this will officially be the best place to go get dental work done. You will never feel nervous about going to the dentist again, I assure you.

I was referred to the practice by a friend. After having bad experience with a few practices I stopped going for care. I called Dr Arrues office and because of my emergency i was able to be seen on the same day. I was so elated that I did not realize Id left my wallet at home. Abby and the other staff were so caring and apologizing. But, it was my error due to my excitement. I could not be seen because I did not have my ID.I have another appontment set. But I will say that the first impression is what sets the tone and atmosphere. They knocked it out of the park. They were so caring.So I now have a new dental provider.Yay!!!lisa w-

Andrea was so gentle with me and my sensitivities, always checking to make sure I was comfortable. April and Jamie at the front desk were so friendly and helpful in choosing the right plan for me. And Dr. Arrue was amazing. He took his time with me, breaking down all of his recommendations so that I could understand each one clearly. After having some bad experiences at other dentists I have tried, it feels good to have landed in such a warm and comforting place :).

First off.. This place AMAZING and so clean!! Especially with COVID-19 they’re taking all the right precautions too make sure we are all safe. The staff is the best and personable. Dr. Arrue is hands down the BEST dentist I’ve ever seen. But Jenny 😍😍 you can’t help but too love her. She explains in such detail so you can understand everything, she makes you laugh, she’s gentle & she definitely makes sure you leave with very clean teeth. I chose Dr. Arrue because I have always been afraid of going to the dentist. He and his staff are gentle, patient and very considerate of my fears. Even though I live 27 miles away, I am more than happy to make this drive in exchange for the trust and comfort I feel in their hands. As usual, Dr. Arrue is the best. You dont find many doctors with excellent bedside manners today. Dr. Arrue sold me the first time I went to him. He extracted one of my wisdom teeth. The root was long and difficult to remove. He called my home at 8:30 pm to check on me; this meant so much to me.My husband has been terrified of going to the dentist since before we were together. He was so impressed with Dr. Arrue and his staff; he said he would never miss another dentists appointment as long as he lives.

I can honestly say it was the best dental experience I have had..... ever. I told Jenny about my past dental experiences and my anxiety with dental visits. Professional, gentle, informative and pleasant. From the front desk, to Jenny, my hygienist, to Dr. Arrue and Ms. Liz, everyone was top notch. The staff there was very nice and just made me feel right at home. Although I am very comfortable with my dentists in Augusta, GA, I could see myself visiting this office again in the near future.

Unfortunately I thought this was a good dentist until the billing came into play. There has been 2 separate occasions where they have sent me a bill in the mail after I have paid out of pocket. Not to mention, I had 2 fillings and Im still having sensitivity and Ive been in the office twice for the same issue. Customer Service is good but not good enough if it is affecting my money.

The staff is friendly. They make all your fears disappear. The doctor knows you by name. They are extremely polite and accommodating. Even if you have a mouth filled with cavities or gum disease they never ever let you feel like less than human. They have hearts of gold. First of, Juan Arrue is the most personable dentist Ive ever met, mind you, hes been my dentist for over 20 years so I havent met too many in the doctor/patient sense! Not only that, I think the quality of his work is outstanding. He takes the time and attempts to explain conditions/treatments in a non-anxiety inducing way...mind you this doesnt always work, especially if youre talking root canal or some other painful procedure - sorry Juan, but sometimes ya just gotta accept the fact that no matter how nice you and your staff are, people are not gonna think a root canal is better than a day at the beach! Which leads me to the next bit of praise - the staff. These folks excel at making your visit as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Its like they get together for yoga and meditation before work so they can be as calm and helpful as possible when dealing us, the toothy (or not, as it may be) public. I had an appointment this very morning and on the way, there was an accident on I-20 between my house and the office. I called the office while sitting in traffic to let them know and they rescheduled me for 1:00 PM. A few minutes later when I was miraculously able to extricate myself from the traffic, I called back and they told me to come on in and they would be able to squeeze me in. As soon as I arrived at the office, I was taken straight in for my exam. Now you may say Well, yeah, but youre a 20 year patient to which I say hogwash! These folks are just nice and are willing to do whatever they can to help. I really appreciate this attitude as it saved me having to make the 20 mile journey twice. Yes I did say 20 miles, if your dental experience was this good, you probably wouldnt mind a twenty mile drive either. Ive thought of finding a dentist that closer to my home, but I ask myself would I enjoy those semi-annual visits as much? - The answer is always Naaaa.

OMG....Although a little apprehensive today whether to keep our family Hygienic appointments, solely due to COVID-19 concerns, Dr. Arrues safety measures put me at ease the moment they greeted us at the front door (PPEd down), took our temperatures and escorted us to the back. He and his entire staff on duty welcomed and treated us the same as prior pre-COVID visits! I felt COVID safe and relaxed within their facility.Thank you Dr. Arrue and Staff for all that you do! The love was surely felt!
