This was literally the worst experience at a medical facility that I have ever had. I’m not saying what service I got because this is public information, but just know they don’t actually look at you as an individual client, you’re just a paycheck. They don’t take their time with you and if they mess something up like they did with me, it is everyone else’s fault but theirs. They didn’t tell me any aftercare for my procedure, I had to call the next day and get instructions. After 14 days I had my follow up appointment and I was crying at the appt. because of how bad I looked...they said they “couldn’t see a difference but they’re sorry i feel so bad about it”. It was a horrible experience and I could tell they didn’t really feel bad. When I left everyone in the waiting room saw me leave in tears...PLEASE save your money and go somewhere else, because this place is simply not professional enough to be a “Medical Spa”.

Loved the hydrafacial! Amazing and they made me feel so comfortable! My face loved it! Very happy with the results!

If you are looking for professional advice on how to look your best then look no further. I have used a ton of their services including Botox, massage, and facial peels but I am most happy with my most recent experience with the sunspot removal using their laser. I got a peel in November and then the laser in February and my skin looks 10 years younger. Mrs Moix is a true professional who sits and consults before any new treatment. I’m a very happy customer.
