I love to go here for massages as the staff are always helpful. I am a member, and I can say there are benefits to this if you want to get monthly massages. The only drawback I can think of is that they do get booked out very fast. Make sure you book your next appointment when you leave, otherwise, you will wait longer. You can always change your appointment later if needed. Also, if you are looking for relaxation, this is the perfect place as I always feel like I can just zone out. The RTR session is great postworkout or a quick pick me up if you are sore from sitting all day. If you keep having a persistent issue, see a doctor. This is what I did and it allowed to me enjoy my massage again.

It was my first massage and it was great! the ladies at the front desk were very friendly and checking in was a breeze. Megan was my massage therapist and she walked me through everything that was going to happen and she made sure I was very comfortable- from the heated blanket to where/what shed be massaging. I had an injured back before my session and afterwards I was almost totally healed! Ill definitely be back.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would!!! I have problems with my back, neck and massive knots in my shoulders. The service was superb both managers were super awesome and nice. Alexis was my masseuse and she did an amazing job. She made me feel very comfortable and made sure my body wasnt exposed in any way. Alexis communicated with me throughout my massage to make sure I was comfy and that all of my trigger points were taken care of. I became a Massage envy member and I will now be booking weekly massages. Super excited to see my progress. I CAN’T WAIT FOR MY NEXT APPOINTMENT!!! 🧖🏾‍♀️♥️

My wife and I experienced a couples massage here and were treated professionally, and with detailed attention to our concerns. The massage therapists were thorough and polite, though willing to engage in light hearted or meaningful conversation. The manager was very friendly and helpful in straightening out some account issues we had and even in guiding us toward our other out-of-town experiences in Conway. We left feeling relaxed, satisfied, happy, grateful and ready for our road trip home. What a pleasant surprise from a small community, seemingly isolated from the hubbub. 👌

I had a hour massage with Alexis and she was awesome , I was nervous at first , I have only had a couple massages before and it’s been a long time but she made me feel very comfortable and I felt great when I left , I have never had a massage like this , it was way more than I expected and I enjoyed every minute of it , she asked me about myself and any concerns like headaches or backaches and she worked in those areas more than any and I loved it . Haley at the front desk was super nice and helpful to , I had a all around excellent experience!!! This was the Conway location .

Went for the first time today. Everyone on staff was practicing social distancing in the lobby and doing a wonderful job. My therapist was George, and he was fantastic.Can wait to go back!

They are really good company they have worked with me through the loss of my job and instead of making me hold to my contract they kindly let me out of it! I truly appreciate massage envy! They give great massages and obviously great service!

Talk about amazing. From the moment you walk in the door the staff makes you feel at home. Rebecca was absolutely perfect. She made me feel velvety comfortable and made sure to be cautious about the areas I didn’t want to be massaged. She was friendly, and very professional. I will most definitely be back!

Melissa was an awesome masseuse! She knew it was my first time and took every step to make sure I was comfortable. The owner Albert is also great and very understanding! I couldn’t afford signing up for the membership at this time, and Albert was still able recommend offers that work with my specific situation and make me feel welcome to come back anytime. Massage Envy was FABULOUS. Melissa gave me my first deep tissue massage and she was wonderful. The staff were super kind and helpful, and answered all my questions.I was a little nervous because I didn’t know what exactly to wear, what to do, or what to expect. Their online website was very resourceful and so was everyone else! I will be back! SOON!

I had the best massage from Claudia today. She really listened to what I needed and consistently checked to make sure the pressure was perfect. She gave feedback on what she thought was causing my knots and tension. I already booked again with her!

I purchased two gift cards for my husband and myself at Christmas. Right after Christmas my car was broken into and they were stolen. I called and was told that they had them on my account and we COULD still use them. When I called to make an appointment, I was told they were on my account and they could see they had NOT BEEN USED but that I needed to call the next day and speak with a manager. So I called and was never able to speak with the manager Albert but was told I couldn’t use them. I asked to speak to the manager and was directed to someone else who was not Albert and never gave her name but said my gift card was like “cash” and would not be able to be refunded or used. Overall dissatisfied with the customer service. No one was on the same page and now the business has gotten over $100 from me that I can not get back or recieve a service with. If I could give less than one star I would.

Just by chance I noticed your Massage Envy sign during a recent trip through Conway and decided at the last minute to drop in. Was pleasantly surprised to discover your newly opened facility and even more pleased with the enthusiastic welcome and the best deep tissue massage ever! Hopefully I will be able to return on my next trip east.
