Beware... the staff in this place, including management, thrives on drama. It is about the residents only with a few hard-working, dedicated employees. This company pinches every single penny it can but constantly increases what the residents have to pay. All that matters to the company is how much money they can get from their residents without giving anything in return. They advertise how wonderful this facility is but the resident care is lacking in many ways. The food has fancy names on the menu, and it’s not even worth eating most of the time. The call bells take 45 minutes to be answered and what if someone is desperately ill or fell and needs help right away? The executive director is almost never there and the good nurses are gone. Don’t let the hype fool you.

When it came time to have to place my grandparents into assisted living we choose Ridgemere and have not had one day of regrets. The staff is caring, loving, full of laughter and have become extended family. I highly recommend Ridgemere to anyone looking for assisted living for their family.

This place doesn’t even deserve a one star rating! Got coworkers threatening other coworkers in the building, COM won’t do anything about it. It’s almost like high school all over again. People trying to steal others jobs. I would definitely NOT recommend this place.

Brandy and Amy have been very helpful and accommodating getting my parents settled into Ridgemere. The facility is absolutely gorgeous and I have been extremely pleased with the friendly and positive receptionists that greet everyone as they walk in. It’s the perfect fit for our family!!

Had to move my aunt to arkansas from texas and I am so glad we picked this place. absolutely the best staff!

I worked here for one year as a caregiver, mostly in the memory care (MC) unit, but sometimes worked as the only caregiver in both the MC and the assisted living (AL) sections because we were so short staffed. I left because of disorganization, my pay checks being short, and disrespect by management and fellow caregivers. They hire sketchy people who are supposed to work as caregivers and put people back in MC with no training whatsoever. A few months after working at Ridgemere they will give training but shouldnt that come before working in MC??? There are currently less than a handful of staff who actually care about the residents and put in an exceptional amount of effort for them. I would never put my family in here unless management is changed. The only good thing I can say about this establishment is the food is wonderful. This facility has a lot of potential but staff has to be given a higher standard along with respect. Abby, do better!

From the ED to the entire staff very professional and very caring!

My Mother moved to Ridgemere a few months ago, and even under these stressful circumstances, the staff has always been so courteous and helpful to both her and me. Mom loves the food, and is excited that more activities can start again soon. It’s a beautiful facility!!

This place is horrible to work at I do not recommend don’t apply here management is disorganized and will fail you entirely. They don’t care for the residents as they should again do not apply here and don’t send your family here .

Ridgemere Senior Living is a beautiful facility very clean and resident centered. The staff is professional and very helpful. I took a tour at the facility with the administrator Temeka and I was very impressed with her dedication and commitment to our elders. I was more then impressed while walking through the facility I could truly tell the residents living at Ridgemere are truly happy and taken good care of. 5 star facility

Ridgemere is a beautiful facility. It’s very well run and the staff is very professional. On our tour we learned that the director is very personable and has a great vision for the facility.

Unless they get their staff figured out FastThis place will fail for sure. After paying thousands for my father to live here they wanted us to pay an independent “sitter” thousands MORE because they had no idea what they were doing. They try and get away with hiring untrained and inexperienced workers. Not even LPn’s.Definitely would Not recommend. Looks good on the outside but the internal is Rotten.

The new maintenance director sucks!! Doesn’t know how to fix anything or get anything done..Gonzalo was the BEST maintenance guy I’ve ever had!! Very professional and always got things done when needed. He was excellent! Disappointed to see him go!Tameka is so unprofessional. I’ve heard her make rude remarks to other residents in front of me, and I was highly disappointed!! Taking my mother out!

The new Executive Director Temeka is remarkable - warm, welcoming, experienced, and passionate for Seniors! And the facilities are beautiful.

I’ve visited Ridgemere back a few weeks ago and Temeka was more than helpful. Temeka has been a mentor to me from the point of me becoming a CNA to later being promoted to an Activities Director. I have looked to her in my current Role as Sales LeaderIn senior living. I have never met a more caring a professional person. Temeka’s first love is quality senior care. I’ve never visited a more welcoming community.

It started out to be a great place to work and then after a while it went down hill cause they hire people that dont want to work and wont stay which makes them where they are constantly understaffed where the ones that will work are overworked and underpaid and the management there is very unprofessional and rude and dont value the good employees and talk to them like they are dogs so I dont recommend this as a workplace for anyone.

My parents are out in the cottages.We’ve been having problems with the new lady who took over. Ms. Tameka.. unprofessional!!!!The way she talks to her employees is completely out of hand and something needs to be done. Thank you!!!

The community is beautiful and the food and staff are great!

Jordan in memory care is a wonderful caregiver. You can tell she cares very much for my family member and all of the elderly in memory care.

Worse place ever to work at . They don’t care nothing about their staff and if you don’t do what they want they will fire you . Very unprofessional place from staff to heads in the office all they do is betray each other !!

Turn over rate is horrible!!Every time I go see my mom I see new employees!!Tameka is rude and very unprofessional!!She doesn’t know how to talk to people.Every time I have a issue and I address it, she’s rude!
