Very disappointed in services. My father in law wears an alert necklace daily as he is a high fall risk. 2 weeks ago he had to be transported to the ER for medical issue so his alert necklace was removed by staff. Upon returning to the facility, staff failed to give him back his alert necklace. He fell out of bed and had no way to get staff assistance! He had to call his daughter to come get him and teansport him to the hospital due to falling out of bed and hurting his back. This is unacceptable!!

Anderson oaks goes above and beyond and takes great care of its residents.

I want to thank the administration, nursing staff, and caregivers at Anderson Oaks for the wonderful and compassionate care they gave my mother, Lois Euralee Dubose, during her stay with them.. They were amazing at answering all our concerns and phone calls. Always responsive and returned calls promptly. We were blessed to have her at such a wonderful facility. We cant thank the Anderson Oaks staff enough for the wonderful care they are providing for Toms father. He has been at Anderson Oaks for three months now and enjoys all of the activities and good food. The staff is always so helpful and we know he is safe as well as happy. Moving a loved one into a Assisted Living facility is never easy but the Anderson Oaks family (thats how you come to think of the staff) has made it a positive experience for everyone involved. Not a very caring staff. There should be a nurse on duty.

This place is awesome!!! My mother went there to live a week ago and loves it already. The ample staff is professional and most accommodating. The homey atmosphere and non-profit status were most appealing to me. It has turned out to be a better experience than I could ever have imagined.

First off the placed smelled and looked wonderful and clean. Justin was absolutely friendly and knew answers to every question we had including having the perfect wording. Many people have recommended this place.
