First time at CCC - Kate fixed my Covid home color blonde and gave me the perfect, subtle cut. Very happy and looking forward to going back - and checking out their spa services.

Beautiful but comfortable salon. CJ was great. She was inviting and friendly as soon as I entered. She gave me a great cut and style that solved my postpartum thin out...and the scalp massage 👌 Thanks for making a new mom feel human again.

Loved the place staff was very nice everything was clean. All the products smelled good. Getting your hair washed was euphoric. Over all wonderful people and wonderful place.

I had an appointment for color correction. The stylist assured me she could remove the color. After 5 hours sitting in her chair (and hearing this was the biggest project she had ever done) I was just happy to have the dark color removed. Then I got home and saw there was still red in my hair and uneven coloring where she added color. This was a very expensive appointment and I expected to be given what was stated, the red color removed. I simply did not feel confident in the skill level of the hair dresser so I went to another salon for a consult, where I realized my hair color was much worse than I had originally thought. At that point I reached out to the original hair dresser and expressed my concern and also that I wanted it to be corrected elsewhere. She told me that I could go back and have it fixed by her but, after seeing my hair I didn’t want to take any more chances with her. I was so upset that I tried to talk to the owner about a fair refund. I understand the dresser did some work and I wasn’t expecting the entire amount to be refunded. This was a poor job (and I had to pay to have it done again) and was basically told they don’t refund color correction and that I was actually given a good deal. Let me describe what this “good deal” looks like (because I can’t figure out how to post pictures.) My hair was a dark brown-red color and I wanted to go to a lighter blonde with highlights. After the long process I walked out of the salon with brassy blonde hair. Which was fine, I understood the process wouldn’t leave me platinum blonde. I was happy the red was gone. Or so I thought.... the next day I noticed red under the top layers of my hair! Then I started examining my hair and found long strands of hair with 3 different colors in the same strands of hair! At that point I was upset and feeling like she probably didn’t have any experience with color correction and I was her guinea pig. What was even more upsetting was seeing the pictures of my hair that my new hairdresser showed me! I had an inch of ugly orange blonde where she put foils and then it was a darker brown just below it! If I am able, I’ll post pictures. I don’t write reviews, but I feel like I should share my experience. I would not recommend CCC for color correction!

I always love coming here to get my hair highlighted. I see Adria and she is outstanding! I never leave disappointed. The place is also beautiful and inviting. A+ I would highly recommend!

Great job completly ruining the hair of my fiancé.After a failed professional treatment and two more professional treatments on top; to further damage and try to fix the first failure today: which, couldnt trouble the owner to come out and check what kind of sham establishment they were possibly running ... No drum roll necessary. the final result is almost to the standard of Walmart dyes given to a blindfolded 7 year old. Leave it to the professionals these people might have on staff, but is possible total destruction of your hair worth that waiting list gamble ? Just go somewhere else.

Absolutely loved the service I received at CCC!!! I saw Stephanie today and she was so kind and helpful! I went in with hair that hadnt been cut in 8 YEARS!!! I like to grow my hair out for long lengths of time and then cut a good amount off to donate. This time if I had to estimate it would be roughly 20-24 inches!! The shampooing was like a massage and it felt great! The cut and style was perfect and it feels a million times better!!!! Couldnt be any happier with the services I was given at Creative Color and Cuts!! I will be returning for trims and hopefully a balayage in the distant future!!

I went with my wife for her hair appointment and the service there is excellent and all the employees are very friendly and welcoming. My wifes hair looks amazing and now I even have an appointment to get my hair done there also

I went to CCC yesterday and my hair was colored and cut by Nicole, She listened to me, offered suggestions and I was very impressed, as I have been to many salons but none can compare. I felt very satisfied when I left and my guy loves my hair!! Thank you, Nicole!!

Went in asking for a warm brown color and came out with the darkest black Ive ever seen. Everyone seems very friendly but I will not be going back.

By far the worst salon i have ever been to. The staff was uninviting, it was the midddle of december here in NH and the walkway was not shoveled, sanded, or anything to make it safe. The owner spent the majority of her time while i was at my appointment talking about how much alcohol she had consumed the night before. My appointment was scheduled for over a week and my hair was not done right due to the lack of hair dye they had promised would be fully stocked and ready to go for me. A miscommunication of what day i was going to return to get my hair fixed, as it was not even CLOSE to what i had asked for, turned into the owner referring to me as “she” after i had said it was the owners responsibility to make sure everything is correct for their clients. I was refused a refund after said miscommunication and it then became clear the owner does not know how to be apologetic or how to deal with upset customers. Appalled by how I was treated and how unprofessional my complaint was taken care of. I would scream and holler to anyone wanting to go here to please rethink. Much better salons in the area than this. Not with your time or money.

Absolutely love this place! They post all of their amazing work on Instagram which is how I found CCC. I had my first balayage session here with Jordan and loved my hair so much that I went back three weeks later for my second session! She listened to what I wanted and the ideas I had and transformed my hair into the perfect summer color. It is a very clean salon and everyone was so friendly. I would highly, highly recommend Creative Color & Cuts!

I have received excellent haircuts and advice while transitioning from coloring my hair to grey from Stephanie.

Overall my experience here was not great... I wanted a balayage brown done and a trim. First of all, when I said I wanted a trim, Tiffany, my stylist, did not even bother to ask how much I wanted off and just started to cut... I understand that I could have specified as well, but as a professional, I think she should have clarified this with me.Now to the actual balayage. Because I had box dye in my hair, Tiffany told me that some parts may have a red tone because of it. That, to me, was acceptable so I went ahead and did it. Throughout the entire experience she did not communicate to me very well about what she was doing with my hair. Im not sure what kind of toner she put in my hair, whether it was a warm or cool or even what color it was. I was a bit skeptical because I had only showed her, for a brief moment, a picture of the color I wanted once and she never asked to see it again... When Tiffany was finished, I only saw the front view, because she didnt bother to show me the back nor did she even ask if it was to my liking...When I first saw it, it looked OK, but that might have been because the lighting in the salon is not the greatest. The room is surprisingly poorly lit considering the amount of studio lights they have, the room also has natural light coming in through the windows at the same time which creates an awkward lighting overall.After having the hair for a day, there were a few things I noticed. First, the balayage itself was poorly done, there are blatant streaks of my black (my natural hair color) that were not balayaged, some of the color transition was also very sudden, as if the color just cuts right off. Most of my hair is actually still black...Secondly, the color overall was not uniform. Some parts were brown and then there were random streaks of hair that had a yellow greenish tone to it. So I decided to schedule another appointment to get it re-toned.I go in one day later, and another stylist (she did not tell me her name) agreed that there was in fact a greenish tone in my hair. When I asked why it was green and not red like Tiffany had said the day before, this stylist told me that box dye is unpredictable... This is another problem, I have one stylist telling me one thing and another stylist telling me something else... If it was so unpredictable, I should have been told that from the start...We go to the sink and she starts mixing a toner. When I ask what colors she was using, she gave me a vague response, something along the lines of a mix of things... So she applies the mystery product to my hair. After she blow dries my hair (which she did not completely dry...) I definitely notice that the green disappeared. So I paid for the toner and left. However, when I got home, I noticed that some of the lower layers of my hair was missed and did not get re toned and stayed yellowish green. Not only that, but some parts of my hair actually turned to an orange red hue. So I now have brown, orange and yellow in my hair. I think this patch of colors could have easily been avoided had the stylist taken more time to re tone my hair, she simply missed a few chunks of hair because of carelessness.I dont normally give bad reviews, but I spent a total of $250 here and I was really expecting something better. The stylists both times were poor at communicating and clarifying. Both seemed to have something to say about the box dye but what they had to say did not match. This made me feel like they didnt actually know what they were talking about which leads me to mistrust their professionalism. I will not be coming back here again. I will include a photo of the my hair now.

I have been going to Creative Cut & Color for years and I have always been happy with the services I have received. My entire family goes there and wouldnt go anywhere else.

I waited 20 minutes for the hair stylist . Which was okay, but then she talked to me for 5 minutes . She told me it would be hard to do to do my hair and it would take time which she didnt have . As far as I know the place closed at 4. I understand my hair would tke alot . THEN why would you give me that stylist .

I went in asking for a little below the shoulder haircut and got a little above the shoulder. I do not feel confident and I do look like a boy now.
