Upon arriving, the employee was standing outside waiting on another client to come out of the pet supply store next door to establishment as she was watching her dog. When we were finally let inside by the one employee who was working i asked for a bang trim for my daughter and also asked if she could wash and blow dry and i was told she didn’t have time. Upon checkout i was charged for a full haircut was and style in which i did not receive. The bang trim should have been$5-$8 not $18. Tried to call to speak with a manager and got the same girl on the phone who told me the price was correct and that she was the manager. Will NEVER go back so unprofessional and not to mention she never washed her hands when she came back in! And not that i care about a mask but she wasn’t wearing one of those either!

Amanda Frohe is absolutely amazing. She’s so sweet and I absolutely loved talking to her while she did my hair. Definitely will be recommending to everyone! Also my hair is amazing!

I was nervous to have my hair done and eye brows waxed at first but Amanda Frohe cut and styled my hair and did such a good job!! I will be recommending her to friends and family!

Short on help but nice

My stylist Kaylee was very nice and gave me a pretty cut but there was no hot water so I could get my hair shampooed. Kaylee told Amanda the manager 3 times that there was no hot water. Amanda totally ignored her and did not care apparently because she didn’t even address me concerning the matter. What hair salon does not have hot water? I complained to the website attached to this company but they must not care either because after 72 hours I have not gotten a response.

Supposed to open at 10. Arrived for my 1015 appt door locked. Called 3 times no answer. Waited until 1030 door still locked and not answering phone. Had to book appt online because no one answer phone. Very unprofessional will not return or reccomend.

Suppose to be open at 9:00 a.m. on Saturdays. Their Holiday Hours only include Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, and New Years Day. There is no explaination for the closure.A couple months ago I shaved the side of my head and a sweet young lady fixed it up for me. We had a great experience.

I showed up at 6:15. Hours state they are open until 7. Front door is unlocked, but it doesnt appear that anyone is here. I called out, opened and closed the door so the bells would jingle. I even called their phone twice with no answer. I can hear a machine going in the back, but doesnt appear that they want any business.

Recently moved to Concord and was in need of a good stylist to do my hair. I did try another salon here in Concord and took a picture of what I wanted which was very similar to what I already had (pixie cut) the stylist did NOT do what I asked, instead she did what she felt comfortable doing. I went today to fashion hair and had a completely different experience. Shy was very nice from the moment I walked in, she was attentive and did exactly what I asked. I can honestly say i am beyond happy with how my hair came out. I highly recommend SHY.

I went there with my daughter and I will never go back. I asked for them to bleach it and they didnt do anything but lighten it which made it orange and my daughters hair was extremely uneven and choppy. Very disappointed.

If you dont want chopped up hair and no eyebrows left DO NOT GO HERE. Because these people can not do hair or eyebrows. Its AWFUL and Im going to suffer for months because I went here and it takes forever to grow back hair. Id be scared to go here if I was you. I didnt get a sorry and I had to pay full price.

I have been going to see Sarah for almost 5 years. I followed her from her school, The Aveda Institute of Charlotte, to her current salon, Famous Hair. She is fantastic! I recommend her to everyone! I have short hair and I like to try different styles (buzz, scissor cut, etc.) Even with my lack of hair she always manages to give me something new and funky! She is very meticulous... especially when it comes to color. I always love trying new colors and she is always on board! I have yet to be disappointed! Her eye for style is on point! If you are looking for a simple trim or an entire make-over... please ask for Sarah! She will make your day!

Im extremely skeptical of going to salons to have my hair cut. My hair has been butchered, burned, & tied in knots, but Adrianna is AMAZING. She really took my requests seriously & gave me the exact cut I want. She listens and understands. She thinks realistically & helps you understand what youre getting your self into before going all willy-nilly on your head. Best part is... SHE DOES CURLY HAIR! I highly recommend. & from my experience this salon is DRAMA FREE.

Clean and the employees are courteous and professional. Weekdays you can usually walk in and be in a stylist chair in about 5 minutes. Weekends there will be a wait. All of the stylists take time to listen to what you want and make sure you are satisfied before you leave. There are usually coupons on line so try to use them for 30-50% off regular prices.
