Awesome experience with my stylist...however with just one person doing hair and answering phones and attending to walk ins Isa bit much with alot of interruptions...other then that my experience was 👍...O would suggest a front desk greeter to answer phones and assist the walk ins who have questions..

I made an appointment online for 1:40 and arrived there early to only find out that my appointment didnt mean anything because as I was told they dont do any online appointments anymore. Which is not my doing. I made an appointment took a day off work to have my hair done. Only to come back on 2 hrs! The salon lady gave me an excuse that a lady walk in decide to do her hair and make me come back in 2 hrs! She did not honor my appointment at all! And expected me to come back. I am upset about this and WILL NOT go back to that salon ever again!

They had a bin clearly labeled all items 50% off. They had many of the same item in there. I asked how much with 50% off and the older lady said no, and tore off the 50% off sign. So unprofessional.

They did an amazing job on my hair and even stayed open late to do it!

A month ago and had been the first time in many years that I had stopped in to Smartstyle Hair Salon. I had a hair emergency I stopped in for a wash-and-set. I was very satisfied with the results. Check out their website they offer a few discounts if you meet the requirements.

It can be hit or miss. My daughter goes sometimes. Initially the stylist were great, but the last 3 times weve gone were a miss. 1 had my daughter at the shampoo station while she discussed plans for the bar b q in the back room. Then rushed through everything else. 2 didnt believe in using oil on her clients hair (she didnt have any) 3 one said she couldnt take out the 3 braids my daughter had without charging me extra. But there were 2 (Mo and I forgot the others name) that did an awesome job and were very professional.

If I could 0 stars I would. I took my 15 year old to get a trim and ended up with her getting Head Lice. Beware of this place unless your bald and don’t have it to worry about. Worst experience EVER!

The ching ching lady Mary did my sisters hair with an attitude. She tell you that you are good and dont pay then take people to court. She lies and dont know how to do hair at all. Cant even remember to tell a customer to pay even when the customer told her they hadnt paid. Stay away from them beginner hairstylist.

Ive been here before and had one of the best experiences with one of the stylist. She did a really great job on my hair, I wish I could remember her name...geesh!However, this last time I went, I had a stylist by the name of Tameka who butcherd my cut. My hair is now, choppy, uneven, hard to style and very, very unmanageable. If you go here, please see another stylist. She was just cutting from any angle. And all I asked for was for my ends to be cut. Never again will I visit this smart style.

Went there today for a cut and style The stylist I had with Patricia and she Give me the exact cut I wanted Even gave me some at home styling tips I will be back

Asked for layers and got none. Had a picture of how I wanted it and I look the same but 2 inches shorter than what I wanted and still dont have the cut I asked for. Will not go back ever.

I went in with hair past my shoulders and walk out with a super short cut which I did not ask for. The old saying is they snatched me baldShame on them and I will never step in a smartstyle salon again. I will also spread the word to all my family and friends.

I have never got my hair done there but went with a friend who got hers cut and the stylist was super nice and fun. Had a great attitude but my friend wasnt really happy with her cut. She wanted a lot of layers and got one layer instead. Overall for th cheap price and great stylists they have I would definately go when I am ready for a cut!

I was very pleased with my visit. Having had surgery, I could not wash my hair and Antavia did a great job, taking extra care considering my special needs.

She did a good job with color

Over priced, rude, and cut my scalp with the all the hair pins that was placed in my head.
