Be very Leary of putting a relative here. The sales made it look so inviting but looks were deceiving. They mistreated my husband. If you can please check into the reviews and see if there is another facility that can better care for your loved one. This place is bad to people. One day they will be old and I hope this comes back to haunt them.

My 95 year old mother has been in the memory care facility since the end of February. From the moment we first visited the facility to this day the staff has been extremely helpful, kind, and compassionate to the family and my mother. Mom wants for nothing. They watch over her and care for her with professionalism and kindness and empathy. She is cared for nutritionally and physically. During the COVID isolation the staff has done everything possible to keep us in contact with her either by Skype or helping to set up a device in her room that allows us to video chat with her. If I call, and I do often, for help on any way they respond quickly and efficiently. Mom knows that is she asks for something they will take care of it. It does not help to name names who is helpful there because everyone I have dealt with does whatever they can to care for mom. Putting mom in a memory care unit was very hard but Concord Place took a lot of the sting away.God bless them and thank you all from Mickey and her family.

My mom is in her 3rd year of living at Concord Place. After an initial adjustment of a few months, she is really at home there. She feels safe and loves it.It brings me untold happiness and comfort to know that she is in a place that she not only loves but all the staff and other residents are so kind, and I feel they love her too.Concord Place is currently undergoing a re-do with new painted walls, carpet to come, etc. It is going to be really nice.If I needed a place, its one I would choose for myself.

I have been a Life Enrichment Coordinator at Concord Place for over a year now and I absolutely love it here. The Residents are so fun to do activities with and the staff and management are caring and truly want the best for the Residents. My Mom is a resident at Concord Place Assisted Living and has resided there for over 3 years. While it will never take the place of her home, the staff work hard to take care of the residents and develop relationships with them. It is a small community and this adds to the close atmosphere.

I love how our community engages on a daily basis and the residents, family members and staff make this community vibrant! My dad currently lives in the memory care unit at Concord Place and we are very pleased with the entire community! The staff are knowledgeable, caring, and so kind. We are super thankful for Concord Place during a difficult season!

Concord Place is the best community I’ve ever been apart of. The residents and staff are very caring and loving.

Went there to trick or treat but the staff seemed very into their jobs socializing and taking car of the tenants. Didnt see any of them on their phones or anything which was nice to see this day an age.

Brookdale deleted my review! They don’t want you to see the truth! The building is lacking in general maintenance and repairs throughout! The staff is terrible. They ignore residents needs. Our mother was there for 5 years! 5 years too long! In that time they stopped her life long meds! And refused to give her glaucoma drops nor refill her other meds! But she was charged for the meds and for administering them...which they didn’t do! In that same amount of time, they not once cleaned her room nor washed her linens or clothes. They never once cleaned the bathroom! Even on her move in date we had to clean everything! Staff is lazy! They have terrible attitudes and every time they got a new administrator about 2 per year at least, they couldn’t do much to fix anything if they tried because it’s too messed up! Extremely high turn over rate and without notice! Several diffferent administrators during her stay! No communication to families on any issues! And watch your statements very closely! They seldom missed a month where they didn’t double charge or over charge! They owed her over $1000 because of this when we moved her out of that terrible place! And that’s with me recouping her over charges every time they did it! If you’re looking for a good place and at half the price with far more services and CLEAN.....take your loved ones to Crescent Heights! They treat families great too and everyone can dine in the beautiful dining room together. Brookdale is a corporate money machine robbing it’s residents and their families blind while paying their staff next to nothing and putting no capital back into the poorly maintained buildings, so they can’t keep a staff! DO NOT GO TO THIS DUMP! They even had the lock off our Mothers room so she had ZERO security from any night time intruders! Our dogs food smells better too!
