I work for Morningside of Concord. Its a great facility and our residents love it here. Great atmosphere all around.

We have a precious loved one at this Five Star wonderful Care Facility. Words cannot describe the loving kindness that all staff members demonstrate to the residents on a daily basis. The quality of care along with the many activities are second to none. There is no comparison in cleanliness, service and friendly people, you will be WOWED!!

My mother was suffering from ALS and I placed her in Morningside of Concord from another facility in town in November 2019. Their staff was FABULOUS in every way!!! I was always informed of the state of my moms condition. They were proactive on things they were witnessing as her disease progressed. Most importantly, my mom was comfortable, at ease, and pleased. This is the Gold Standard for Assisted living facilities in my opinion. My only regret is not placing her there initially! Thanks Very Much for all your help Morningside of Concord!!!

I believe in acknowledging a job well done! We have been so very pleased with the transition of our loved one to MorningSide. The staff upon registration and move in day with all of the restrictions of COVID 19 were more than helpful. In the weeks that followed we have seen an amazing social engagement, participation and positive reports all around of staff and fellow residents. I am a family member who visits regularly. I see the same consistent staff from the managers, to the nursing staff, to the dining room staff. They keep good people. My mom has had the same housekeeper for over 5 years. She loves it there and says that everyone is so nice to her. I love visiting because everyone knows me and is so warm and welcoming. I rest easy knowing that my mom is well taken care of and part of a huge family at Morningside.

Wonderful community! Joy to visit and see everyone love what they do and are passionate about caring for their residents. Lots of events and involvement. Feels like one big family. The building is spotless and the staff are always kind and professional!

Our family is extremely pleased with the care our mother receives in assisted living at Morningside of Concord. She feels comfortable and secure in her apartment which we could furnish and decorate with her belongings so it feels like home. The administration and staff are helpful, responsive, caring and compassionate. Their efforts create a warm, friendly environment for both residents and their families. Dining services are top notch - Mom often comments on how good the food is. The facility itself is well-maintained, clean and welcoming. I would highly recommend Morningside of Concord!

The staff is amazing!! Starr, Catherine, Tammy, Tamara, and Crystal are professional, yet make you feel a part of the family from the moment you meet them. The community is beautiful and so clean. It feels like a family from the minute you walk through the door. They have a team philosophy, and everyone is there to help their residents , and their families. Morningside of Concord is truly the definition of 5 Stars!!

My aunt made her home at Morningside the last three years of her life. Those years were full of new friends, good food and fun activities. She really liked going on outings. The staff was very welcoming and I always saw the same staff when I visited. Morningside became an extension of our family in the care of my aunt. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for assisted living.

Morningside of Concord has a home like feel. It is obvious they are very professional and caring. No matter when you visit you are always greeted with a smile and can tell the residents are well taken care of. I look forward to the Car Show every August and it benefits Alzheimers. I love, love, love this facility! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming when you walk in. You can tell they all genuinely care for their residents. From the care staff, to the kitchen crew, to the maintenance staff and everyone in between. The food is great and you can tell the kitchen employees take pride in the food they cook and serve. Ive heard numerous stories about the management team coming up with new ideas to do something special for individual residents. Im happy Cabarrus County has the assisted living facility it deserves.

The facility is clean, the food is excellent, and the staff caring. What else can be said about the best assisted living facility in the county? My mother-in-law has a complex medical history and the leadership team and staff have been wonderful in working to provide for her needs. It is a place clearly guided by an active interest in delivering the best care. The culture of the organization is positive, caring, and professional.

One remarkable thing about the Morningside team is that many of the caring faces I see each time I visit were there when my first family member arrived over 6 years ago. I have visited Morningside often over the years and found it to be such a warm environment from the time you walk in the front door. Robin usually greeted me and always asked if I would like a cookie and coffee. The folks that live there seem so happy and the staff is always so friendly.

This is wonderful community filled with loving staff. My sister was there for a short period of time before needing skilled care. I can not say enough about the loving enviroment that makes up Morningside of Concord. NOT all communities have the high level of care and compassion that is found at this community. When the time comes for me to leave my home this is where I want to make my new home.

The team at Morningside of Concord is awash with angels…from the top down and from the bottom up…any way you wish to look at it. It was evident the very first time and any time I made a phone call to Morningside of Concord and the receptionist answered. It was apparent when I walked through the door; it was always clean. Whether it is dietary or housekeeping or maintenance or nursing or daily activities or administration or laundry service…they are all excellent. It was a delight for my family members to live with them. It was a delight for me to visit. If I need to live in an assisted living facility someday, I’d choose Morningside of Concord.

My mother has been a resident for over 1 year. She has said if she cannot be in her home this is the next best thing. The facility is nice and clean. Cannot say enough nice things about the staff from management to maintenance. It is a a very caring facility. I would highly recommend.

Morningside is a wonderful facility . Every person there always seems to be in great spirits. Every year we participate in a car show to help raise money for Alzheimer’s that morningside puts on and watching all the residents come out and judge the cars is something to see .. wonderful place

It’s has been almost twenty years that I learned about Morningside of Concord As a private caregiver to an elderly lady that had to have more care, I know this was the best place they could have found. The love and compassion that the staff shows towards not only the residents but families and visitors is outstanding. This is the reason that when my aunt needed assisted living care we chose this to be her new home.

Morningside of Concord has been so incredibly helpful over the last two years of providing what has been excellent care for my father. The experience has exceeded expectations. The staff – Starr, Robin, Charles, Brian, Terri, “Kat,” Tammy, Tamara, Catherine, Tameko, “Big Kay,” “Little Kay,” Jennifer, Nikki, Michelle, Donna and the many other caregivers and dining staff that I’ve met and interacted with more briefly (and haven’t memorized their names, unfortunately) have become an extension of our family in many ways. The staff has gone above and beyond for my father and he has praised the attention and professionalism of his caregivers. Our family is updated regularly regarding his care and notified of any changes or causes for concern and proposed solutions. With his health issues, there are many ups and downs and the staff has been very communicative and understanding. The staff has a great attitude about the realities and, sometimes, hardships faced by the residents and seem to approach each situation and interaction with grace, humility, kindness, and love. The employees and residents both seem to share a sense of joy in working together. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Morningside. These people genuinely care and love what they do.

I work in healthcare advocacy and navigation for older adults and am frequently in and out of all types of senior living communities. I can say that I have been impressed with the staff at Morningside in terms of their caring, friendliness and empathy that they show for their residents and their families. The therapy team is exceptional and the Executive Director is very engaged and responsive.

Love, love loved!!!! My great aunt had a stay here for respite care. The staff were absolutely wonderful to her. They were kind and helpful with us whenever we had questions!!!!!

By far the best facility around. From the carestaff to the laundry department everyone has great manners and goes out of their way to make sure the residents are taken care of 110%.

It is such a nice place and they are so helpful and kind to everyone. You truly see they care about their residents.

My aunt is a resident at Morningside going on (4) years and she talks about Morningside as her home. All the activities both within the facility and the wonderful “outings” are a constant discussion when we visit. Coming in the front door until leaving, everyone is so friendly and always willing to stop and talk with us about how our aunt is doing and friends she has. The care and compassion that seems to be effortless and endless continues to show the commitment of Morningside’s goal of providing the quality of care that everyone should strive to provide for our loved ones. This place is awesome, the care staff that work here on the floors genuinely care for these patients just like if they were family, the facility is well keep up and clean, everyone smiles and greets you, they make you feel at home.

Morningside of Concord was the right choice for our family when we were looking for an Assisted Living Center for Mom.
