If you’re looking for an affordable place to take your child to get their 3300 form signed for school this is NOT the place. I called to schedule an appointment & SPECIFICALLY asked them if they’d be able to sign the GA form 3300 & they said yes. I go today after taking time off work, for the appointment & the NP says no, they cannot sign off on it. Their excuse is that the people who answer the phone don’t live in GA therefore they just say yes to everything. Literally, not a valid excuse. I work in the corporate office for a company that has multiple locations in MANY states; states I’ve also never lived in, yet I know where to find the information for each & every state & I know how to verify said information so that customers / parents DONT WASTE THEIR TIME. How can you do a physical for sports at school but can’t do a physical to sign a school form .. someone, pls make it make sense.

Do not go. They do not care about you or your family. I brought my dad and he was sent to get X-rays said after 3 days He would get the results. After going up to the clinic and calling them two months later finally spoke to the PCP and she said he needed to find somewhere else. This place does not care about your family they do not care about your loved ones yes it is cheap but your families life is worth a lot more. I hate that my dad is hurting I will def take him somewhere that cares.

NP Allison & NP Tawya are very competent and compassionate nurses. Ms. Shanta, the medical assistant is kind and efficient. Because of the great care theyve consistently provide, the ease scheduling appointments on short notice, as well as the relatively short wait times, Ive selected this clinic as my primary care provider.

They scheduled an appointment on a Sunday, even though their hours say Sunday 10AM-6PM they were closed. I will not be making another appointment with them.

Nurse Tawya was absolutely awesome!!!!!! She is very caring, very personable, made great suggestions for my overall health, & extremely professional! Very compassionate. I really hope i get to see her the next time i am in.

My initial experience with the FNP and Medical Assistant was positive! They were professional, friendly, and attentive. I had to come back for a follow-up, and it was a different FNP that day, and she was rude and unprofessional.I’m an RN currently studying to be an FNP, and there’s no need to be rude to patients, no matter how busy you are.

I went into the clinic with no appointment with an urgent matter. The secretary was courteous, talked to the RN, and fit me into the schedule. The RN was very nice and listened to everything and got me the help I needed. She even was looking in the system to make sure I got the best deal on the prescription, without me asking. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I have been one more time since then and had the same great, friendly, experience.It is also way cheaper than another place.

I needed a TB skin test for school, and my pharmacist recommended that I come here for quick service. I was very surprised with the quality of this clinic. The space was very clean and well maintained. The staff was knowledgable, kind, and professional. Tawya, the NP on duty, made for an easy and pleasant experience. She is so nice! Thank you for a great start to what I thought would be a hectic morning!

I was extremely pleased with the service I received on 11/02. Anne O’brien, NP was my nurse. She was very attentive and listened to my concerns and offered solutions to resolve my concerns. She schedule a comprehensive metabolic panel to support the findings. When I returned a few days later to have my lab draw, I was extremely pleased yet again. Cortanna, MA did the lab draw. It was the most pleasant draw I have had in 10 years. My veins are small and deep. But she completed the draw flawlessly. She was professional and accurate. I expressed how impressed I was with her skills. When I returned a 3rd time to review my lab results. I was seen by Tawya Thomas,NP. She was amazing as well. She made me feel at ease about my lab results and explained everything in plain English so that a person without a medical background can understand. I am sorry other visitors had a poor experience. But I am looking forward to returning to this clinic for my medial care. Thank you for consistently providing great care. Keep up the great work.

Took my neice in for ear pain, the staff was very nice and the dr was great. She even helped find a ear drop with a coupon to help get the cost down. I highly recommend this clinic.

I cannot even begin to say what a great experience I have had there everytime I have been. I dont ever write reviews but I definitely feel like they deserve one. The entire staff is super nice, my wait has never been long, they are extremely through, and did I mention extremely nice. I have actually quit going to my primary care and switched to Allison Varnum who I LOVE. The other lady is as sweet as can be as well. I would recommend them to anyone. My only complaint is they are not taking Blue Cross and Blue Shield yet but will be soon.

I was told that if no one showed up for their appointment that my teenage child would be seen. The person who spoke to me said they were the only person there. This is not an urgent care by any means. It seemed to be poorly ran, disorganized and even though the receptionist/NP was friendly she was little help. Thankfully there was another urgent care nearby and my child was diagnosed with Flu A. I would not recommend this place at all.

One of the worst experiences Ive ever had with a doctors office. My first visit was with Dr. Varnum who I had absolutely no issues with. If you must go here, make sure you schedule with her. Her assistant, however, was very cold and non-responsive towards me. Never made eye contact with me. Very awkward during my exam, never saying a word to me, no smiling, nothing. Again, Dr. Varnum was great and the only reason I let this all go. I was told Id have two medications waiting for me at the pharmacy. When I went to pick them up, the pharmacist said there was only one waiting for me. I called the clinic so they could call the other in and I was told by a call center that they were too busy to answer and would give me a call back. A week goes by and noone has called me. I called again and Im told the same story. I wait one more day and decide to drive to the clinic myself. The same assistant is at the front and she claims they were both called in. I tell her they werent so she calls the pharmacist who tells her they only received one. She tells them of the second and hangs up and says to me, Okay it should be there. Then she walks away! No apology, nothing to say to me at all. I go back for a second appointment to go over results from testing from the first visit. I see a different doctor who is very happy and excited and talkative. So talkative that I cant get many words out at all. And a little too talkative because some inappropriate things were said to me about my medication choices that another doctor had recommended to me. I was once again uncomfortable. This second doctor recommends that I get ultrasounds done and tells me the hospital will be calling me to make an appointment. A week goes by. No one calls. I go by the clinic to ask about it. They say someone will call me tomorrow. No call for another week. Ive done enough waiting. Its safe to say Ive moved on to an actual doctors office.

Very slow service. The individuals who work here do not fully understand insurance plans that they accept. Also will jump people in line, and will accept someone with an appointment who arrived over an hour late in lieu of an individual who has been in the waiting room for two plus hours. Would not recommend.

Disappointed....Use the Clinic for several years ....I was always happy with service...very friendly employees...However this year visited after having a fall..Sept. 26 2017...friendliness still there...but timeliness in submitting leave paperwork very disappointing...Had to go out of my way to pick paperwork up and fax from my job myself..first set of paperwork...2nd set of paperwork turned in Oct 26 2017....to date paperwork not faxed...I have called spoken with staff ...told info was faxed Nov1st after leave company faxed them the paperwork I personally give on Oct 26...Paperwork still has not been received which is needed so I can get paid for time missed at work...Ive called repeated my story to several customer service advocates...transferred to clinic repeated same info I give advocate...Patience worned thin...Though I will have to pay more elsewhere..Only 4 dollars since I am a Wal-Mart employee/not at location of ...Due to this situation I will no longer use the Clinic...The last straw was when I called and the adovacte after speaking with Clinic ask me if I could call back in 20 or 25 min...Not they would call me back...or call Ms. Who ever back at a direct number...no I would have to call back speak to an advocate tell my story again be transferred to clinic and repeat...The nonchalant attitude in which this matter is being handled is appalling

So disappointed this evening Dec 26, I have been in bed all day with flu-like symptoms. I decided to go to urgent care around 7pm for treatment. After looking online and watching a Walmart commercial about their services that were offered, I proceeded to Walmart on Whittlesey Blvd. Online it stated that hours of operation was from 8am until 8pm. I walked in at 7:35 and the waiting room was empty, I was told from the receptionist that no services were offered after 7:20pm. After complaining about the hours of operation the receptionist stated again... no services after 7:20. Really?? Whats the point of advertising that a company stays open until 8pm.... when they really dont....Walmart really needs to advertise that they close at 7:20pm....so unprofessional, I could have went some where else but wasted my time going to Walmart.
