Weve been taking our kids here for the past 5yrs and we have never had a bad experience. This site is a hub for residents to train and move on, Weve constantly seen different doctors. It did not bother our family as our kids didnt have to see a doctor consistently, other than normal check ups. However it is good to know that there will be a doctor on site for 3yrs. Always a pleasant experience.

Use to be a great facility but now very long wait time. Last 3 months that I have been in and out of this location I have experience very long wait times. My son appointment was at 2:15 its now 3:31 still waiting. When I ask for an update the nurses stated it will be another 30-45 min wait. Absolutely, ridiculous and dont value their patients time. If it was Vs we are running 10 mins late they would be trying to reschedule us but its okay for patients to have to wait hours to be seen. Only giving 2 stars because Dr. Abott and Dr. L is one of the best doctors and my family has been coming here for 18 years. Maybe they should schedule appts an hour apart so they can be on time possibly.

All the staff are terrific! Receptionist, Nurses and Doctors very kind! Facility is clean, and wait time is very reasonable. I’ve been to clinics that are closer to my home, but I prefer this location despite the fact that it is further from my home.

This is the worst hospital I have seen in decades I travel the world and a local dispensary in the middle of Congo is much better than this place.

I took my 2 kids on Wed April 3rd...we usually go to the Whitehall location, but this location had available appointments sooner for both of my kids at the same time. My 2.5 year old is in the process of getting screening and evaluations done for Autism, we dont have the full diagnostic yet. The nurse we had on Wednesday was amazing. My son can be a handful at times, but what toddler isnt? I just feel like alot of times my son gets looked at different because of his behavior. I wish I would have gotten her name, because she was just absolutely amazing to my son! Like I said, we usually go to Whitehall because it is closer to us, but honestly, if I could request this nurse again for my son, I would!

Nothing to complain about, clean environment. Packing lot is at the back of the building.

I love them they are so gentle and care with my daughter Im glad my daughter goes here..... And its just for kids😊😊

Love this place! Been going here since I had my 3 boys 13,11,3. I dont care where I move I will always come here for my boys appointments! Elaine is wonderful, great personality and all! The other staff is wonderful as well, wait time is not long at all😍😍💋

The staff was very rude to me,my daughter had an appointment and I called that I was running late,I got there only to be informed that the doctor can’t see my daughter.nation wide should step up.its not fair driving 30miles only to be sent back
