I had a physical and a TB shot done earlier this year. All I ask the clinic to do was to fill out the paperwork for employment, and It takes 7-10 business days to fill out the papers. When I call to check on my paperwork it’s half way completed! I’m unemployed and I have a gig lined up and the only thing that’s holding me up is proof of the physical and TB I had done this year. I’m getting upset because it’s holding me back from money to support me and my 3 boys. I’m ready to switch providers

I cant wait to never have to visit this Godforsaken facility again. No communication. Appointments cancelled without notice. Its impossible to get a hold of the doctor when I need a referral. I never received the results from my bloodwork, which was done 2 months ago. Ive been trying to get a hold of somebody for a GBS test (which I found out I needed from Google, not a recommendation from Dr. Marable) for over 2 weeks. The baby is due in 3 weeks. At this point, by the time Primary One follows up with me about prenatal care, shell be old enough to schedule an appointment herself. 🙄

I have no complaints. I have had 6 appointments here thus far and each one has exceeded my expectations. The staff that I have encountered have not only been professional but very kind and empathetic as well. Not to mention, I had mistaken my appointment time once and was extremely late but they still accommodated me without any problems. Keep up the good work!!

I asked a month ago if they were taking a physical during COVID and they said yes! When I got I into the building the front staff informed me that it was a telegraphy visit. I’m so angry that they didn’t tell me this earlier. I even got a mail letter stating that I needed to arrive at the facility 15 min earlier. HIGHLY upset that they waisted my precious time. Never going there again.

I have had great experiences at this location. The staff have all been very professional. I have NEVER had a very long wait. The diabetes/nutrition classes and staff have been very helpful. People who share my challenges & successes. Dr. Sun is very forthright and honest. I take my 92 year old mom there also...always a good experience. In some instances better than a private doctor. Thank you.

I’ve been waiting for a call back since Monday. Waiting on lab results for an entire week. I finally speak to someone today she said oh we didn’t know you had the tests run at our facility. We’re not even showing any tests were done. I’ll have to look into this after waiting in pain and miserable for 7 FULL DAYS. This is unacceptable practice. Clearly doesn’t care for her patients. Or maybe it’s because I’m cash pay? I never had any issues until this year. As far as I’m concerned you’ll never see another dollar from me since my CASH isn’t good enough to receive quality services from you & I’ll be filing complaints with the BBB as well as whatever healthcare officials I can reach in the local area.

Not sure why all the bad reviews. Im always treated well. I think people need to understand these people have yo deal with a kinds of people and issues. We need yo treat them with the utmost respect.

I’ve been coming here about 3 years now and there are so many resources here! The doctors are really here to help you and they go by your income or take insurance! I love this place! Sometimes there’s a wait but usually I’m in and out!

I really dislike this primary one location , I come here for my obgyn care and lets just say I would never recommend this doctor office, the receptionist are rude , always on their phones. They need to do better , always switching doctors on you which is annoying but thank goodness I found a better doctor office for me and my child.

My partner and I received care at Primary One while in transition with work, insurance, and housing. They were very support with our financial and insurance limitations. I was 20 weeks pregnant at the time, and everyone I met, from prenatal, to counseling, to dental, was very nice and helpful. My partner loved his dentist and felt that he wasnt going to push unnecessary dental treatments on him like he has experienced with a other dentists. The prenatal team is fairly traditional/allopathic in their approach, so if youre looking for more natural-based prenatal care, they might not be the best fit. Sometime wait times can be a bit long, but if you can prepare for that and be patient, I think youll find the people that work here are very caring and supportive. Overall, I was really impressed with the care here.

Worst place don’t go !!!! Biggest regret of my life Dr.Marable and NP Ebony Walker are two of the worst ppl to see if you go here. Will rush you and are very rude gave me the wrong information several times. Can never get ahold of corporate office to fix anything !!! The care is honestly a joke somebody off the streets could do a better job

Tried to make an appointment for E. Main Street location and got ZERO! These people never answered the phone. Instead, I was on hold with an endless loop of the usual All agents are busy. If you would like a callback enter your phone number ... Blah, Blah, Blah.Customer service is at an all-time low. Our family is going to choose another provider--another company. Outrageously poor Customer Service.

Have been here twice now and both times have been told I cant be seen. This time its because the doctor called off 10 minutes before my appointment! They have no back up to see patients that have already shown up or anything!! Worst healthcare provider Ive been too!!

Everything has been 100% perfect up until i was on hold for 4 hours this morning trying to get ahold of someone about an appointment they were supposed to call me about and its been 3 weeks and they still have not called

Horrible just horrible! They rescheduled my appointment without letting me know and last time I was here I had a doctor who didn’t speak English took a whole hour just to type in my symptoms just to say he doesn’t see anything wrong with me. Told staff I did not want him anymore and they keep scheduling me him. Will not be returning.

This is the only place Ive found who is taking new Prenatal patients that works with my insurance. Which normally Id be greatful, but this place has been awful so far.The bathrooms are always in a terrible state. I mean urine in puddles in the floor, feces smeared on seats and the staff just ushers you in like it is acceptable.My Midwife was extremely degrading. How she spoke about the pregnancy and birthing experience was extremely unpleasant. Im not ignorant to the whole process but I felt as though she regretted and hated her own body which shaped her advice about it.The ultrasound appointment lasted 5 minutes. Which congrats for efficiency but completely lacks any compassion or caring. I felt as though I was inconveniencing the doctor the entire time. It was also a let down for my 4 year old who is over the moon about being a big sister and was so excited to see the baby.They also referred me to the wrong hospital for my anatomy scan. After the Midwife bad mouthed the hospital I chose (you have three options) she put me down for the wrong one.Since I cant rate zero stars Ill give the one to the nurse named Kim. She did me intake and was very nice.If you are in any way concerned about your pregnancy, if this is your first, or if you want to be treated like an equal person-please look for somewhere else.

Where do I start? I dont know who these people are, they set up an appointment without my knowledge or approval, I was left with no way to know what the appt was for, the way I found out that this appt was created was by means of a last minute recorded voicemail (no emails, so I dont even know which location), my insurance has no knowledge of them, peoples reviews for this facility are terrible, plus all this and they still want my comprehensive medical information?!?Thats not going to happen - Ill be cancelling this dubious appointment within an hour of when its scheduled tomorrow morning, because thats the only choice Ive been left with. Im NOT happy.

They don’t answer the phone

Horrible Place. I got the bill before received my results. Nobody called me with my results. I logged on to the portal but my results were never updated in there. Nurses are rude. DR Chu acts like is on drugs. Garbage place. Worse than in a third world country.

Rude rude rude! Had a appointment schedule at 10:15 didn’t even get back in the room until 11 then when o got back their waited a additional 45 mins for the doctor to even do my ultra sound. He rushed the process and was rude. The nurses were rude as well!

The worst place i have ever visit primery one helth clinics all over Columbus i have try their vision center on east main street and i went for prenatal care on agler and 17th ave and they all are very unorganized they not willing to work with you availability they schedule you when ever they want to not even asking if it works for you or no the vision center one on east main street never answers their phone and if they do they tell you to hold and let you hang in there for about 10 to 15 minuts everytime i called thats what they did when i go in the somali girl amina just be there having attitude feeling like she own the place or somthing but anyways this is good place for people who dont have any papers and want to have a cheap treatment but if you have madicaid just go to a better hospita cuz this is waist of youre time.

Came in to my first appointment a couple weeks ago and line was horrible, I got to window one and the lady at the window was on her phone I said Hi 2 times and she just ignored me, when the lady at the second window was done with her patient she immediately called me down to sign in. The lady at window 3 was also helping sign people in. Wait time was just horrible I waited about an hour to be called back and when I went to ask the lady at window one how much longer she answered in a rude way Just give them some minutes while she was still on her phone, she did not even check in the system if the doctor was late or not.I went in a few days later for a follow up and again line was horrible, only window 2 and 3 were open, I did like how they at-least had a clipboard out so people could sign in and have a seat instead of just standing in line, they both were calling names pretty quick. Lobby and bathrooms were messy and it was hot inside, take in consideration how were in 90 degree weather. no parking whatsoever people screaming in the lobby. doctors were great but still a long wait in the back, did get my prescriptions sent to my pharmacy right away also got a discount card for them which was great! I would recommend this place there are just couple things they should work on. beginning with more people to be at front.

I will never come back to this ghetto place. I had an appointment there scheduled for 2. I got there at 155. The line was long and they had 1 person working (and two others standing around chilling with the closed sign over their window). By the time I got checked in, it was 220. I had a seat and waited until 245. They finally called me up and told me that my appointment was cancelled and considered a no show because I was late. They could not reschedule me for the rest of the week and unfortunately I start a new job so I wont get any time off for at least 3 months. So that means I must go to the ER for my medical needs. I was livid. That was unfair and not my fault they are unorganized and under staffed. I was there on time. They were just slow. Do not go here. Save yourself the headache.

Ive been been calling the optometrys office for almost two months now, to find out why my daughters glasses are not ready yet after a 2 months visit and I havent get anybody to pick up the phone. Im very disappointed.

They don’t address your health issues one doctor told me lf they treat you you will not come back and they will lose money so does that mean they will not address your issues and you will keep coming back so they can take money from you wow since have been coming my health still the same no improvement the vision side is also sad
